As a note, the slit of my throat happened  right at the time when I had to file an EEOC Appeal with the deadline of 6/5/2013.  The slit of my throat happened on 6/1/2013.  I was discharged from the hospital on 6/5/2013.  Luckily, someone had helped me to send in my Appeal, which I was preparing for nearly a month.

I was specifically targeted for beheading as it happened on June, 1, 2013, a sunny and warm Saturday morning 10am in a Park where there were little leagues playing baseball and soccer, Boy-scouts were just a few yards away, and next to a busy trail in Arlington, VA, where people bike, jog and walk.  I rarely go out as I knew these people from Asia were out to do harm to me as evidenced by the defamation the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademarks office.  I was also targeted as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley in the 1990s where 90+% of my coworkers were from Asia; in addition to NYC, and now DC.  I typically wear a hat to hide my identity and to block the sun.  The attacker had to left up my hat to make sure I was the person he was looking for before attacking.

It took people from Asia years to keep me out of a job

in the Silicon Valley/Tech Industry/San Franasico Bay Area.  Some had to work overtime to get me fired, one of which was a Director name Raymond Tan.  People from Asia were able to keep me out of tech jobs even though I was the only person that could run complex Emulation projects on time and within budget, this including Intel, during tech bubble and still while talking heads keep saying we are short of tech talent, shown how much control they have in the Tech industry and America in general.

Immigrant/FOB (Fresh Off the Boat) and ghetto Asians with current and past H1Bs as the core targeted me/slandered/defamed me as soon I arrived in the Silicon Valley.

In a similar manner, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen targeted me the first month I was on the job.  Then Hung Havan and his cabal Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her friends from India were instrumental in finally got me terminated in less than 9 months on the job in the DC metro, where I didn't know anybody here and worked nearly 24/7.  

It only took them a few months to eliminate me from a job, and in a well organized and well planned way keep me out of a job in the DC metro using a smear campaign everywhere I went, to finally slit my throat to kill me shown again, how much control people from Asia have in the DC metro, the US capital and the leader of the free world.  The DC metro is not some hillbilly country, but the US capital, the CIA, FBI, etc, the highest government institutions are located here.  Yet people from Asia had complete control of this area.

This is pretty scary.

This is how easy to control the Americans and institutions such as the Patent and Trademark Office that terminated me.  For example, my officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Michele Choi and Nathan Hillery deliberately misled the Patent and Trademark Office into thinking I am either Susanne Lo or Michele Choi, and a co-worker named Bill and I were dating, who's last name I don't even know.  I asked if Bill had lots of enemies.  Hung Havan also said "dating is against company policy", to which I replied this is also true in most companies.   Bill had been dating Susanne Lo for a long time, and was known to many in the Patent and Trademark Office.  We also see Bill and Susanne Lo went home together all the time and was talking about marriage.  Bill was helping Susanne Lo to buy a house the time I was being terminated.  They should be married by now.

I had only spoken to Bill a few times when he came to talk to Hung Havan whom shared the office with me, and only 2 or 3 sentences as he often ignored me.  He did try to talk to me once, but I had to meet the stringent requirements put on by my Supervisor Paul Rodrigues and the Director Wendy Gerber, under the threat of termination.  Bill was helping Hung Havan from being terminated, while Hung Havan and his cabal Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends slandered, maligned and set me up to be terminated by my Supervisor Paul Rodriguez and my Unit Premary Dwin Craig.  Hung Havan knew my Supervisor was setting me up for termination because I asked Hung Havan for remedy.  It seems Bill had helped Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery and Susanne Lo from being terminated as well.  Both Hung Havan and Susanne Lo as well many Asians in the AU2128 had Paul Rodriguez as a Supervisor.  Many had transferred out of Paul Rodriguez Unit while I was there.

I told Hung Havan I already had a boyfriend in NYC soon after I moved into the office.  Michele Choi and a few others also knew I already had a boyfriend.  Additionally, I worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time and my accomplishment.  Unless I have a time machine, and somehow find a robot to work on my computer, otherwise there was no way I had time to date, when my supervisor Paul Rodriguez even refused me to go on a 2 days vacation.  I am also an asexual.

Hung Havan and Michele Choi had used their smartphone to set me up and video such I come across as if I was checking out Hung Havan.  These people would do and say anything to get me sexual harassed, abused, terminated, physically harmed, raped and now slit of my throat that meant to kill me.

On my last day, Hung Havan used force to stop me from saying good-bye to anyone, and used his arm on my chest/breasts to block me from going to say good-bye to Erica (an Asian American woman whom I befriended with a few doors down from my office) in front of Erica.

Nathan Hillery deliberately elbowed my chest on his way home one night.  It was so degrading that I had to bit my lip so not to say anything as I was still a probationary employee.  I bit myself so hard that a dark mark remains today on my lip.  Michele Choi elbowed my chest on my last day to push me out of her way after she had raided my office supply.

And finally, these are some of the people had shown such vicious intention toward me to slit my throat that meant to kill me.

Still, even today, after proving over and over against that these immigrant/FOB from 3rd world culture and ghetto Asians been lying, yet people continue to believe everything they said, while everything I said had become true, particularly about these immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asian, yet people still don't believe me.  What kind of phenomena is this?

Management never spoken to me while believing

everything being said about me by my co-workers where most were current and past H1Bs from Asia, who I had never met in my life.  Everything they said is offensive, degrading and meant to keep women down by these 3rd worlders came from a culture where women are a second class citizen.  As the resulted, I was constantly being sexually harassed, abused, under the threat of termination, physical harm and rape.

In all my jobs, I had to work nearly 24/7 because my jobs were so demanding as evidenced by my accomplishment, particularly in leading Emulation projects.  Also in the Patent and Trademark Office where I may be the first woman to have an airtight first case.  Additionally, 2 consecutive 3 COPA cases per biweek days after the 6th month evaluation, total of 19 case and  93%  Productivity with a mixture of COPA case on the 8th month evaluation.

Had management spoken to me, look at my background, at least look at what I had done, or look at the background of the slanderers, it would've been clear as to what was going, for the initiated

Additionally, it is offensive of the things they said about me.  It is meant to degrade women who excelled in the job in a man's world.  This is no different then accused a woman of being a witch and burned alive, or in the Middle East where women are stoned to death, or simply slit my throat to kill me because I am a woman who is highly educated and could do the job most men could not, which in term dishonored them as a man from a 3rd world culture.

Still, even today, after proving over and over against that these immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians been lying, yet people continue to believe everything they said, while everything I said had become true, particularly about these immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asian, yet people still don't believe me.  What kind of phenomena is this?

Lots of women left the tech industry thinking

and believing the conventional believes that women are not wired to be a good techie, when in fact, they are better than 60%-70% of the male techies.  That's because men are not told they are not wired to think technically.  

It is also because of the discriminations toward women in general by the High Tech industry and the Science field.  

One of the reasons for terminated me was "argumentative"

by the Director Wendy Gerber whom I had only spoken to once.  During which time, I spent the whole 30 minutes suggested on how to improve their antiquated hardware, software and the patent examining process.

I met my supervisor in person less then 5 times.  I wanted everything we said in writing in case anything went wrong.  Therefore all our conversation were in writing.  You can't be "argumentative" in writing while you want the supervisor to accept your work for credit such you meet the stringent requirements put upon you.

This Korean housemate's attitude remind me

of the people from Asia I used to work with in the Silicon Valley.

When I talked to this housemate, he just ignored or not paying any attention to what I said.  It is rude and disrespectful.  This is typical of how these males from Asia treated women in general in Asia, as women are not respected, not even their own mother.

Asian coworkers slandered and maligned me were mostly from Asia where there was no way the Americans could verify any of their claims on education, experiences, place of birth or even their name.  Many came illegally and had stolen identity.  This is how ridiculous it was in the 1990s and early 2000s in the Silicon Valley.  One of the coworkers was a bank teller in China and was working as an engineer.  He knew nothing, yet was able to claim the credit for the success of one of the most complex project in Chip Design, when I was the only one that had extensive experiences in running this type of project and was the sole project lead.  90+% in this tech company were from Asia.

Also, like the Europeans, Asians also discriminated against each, in a very primitive way as bad the Nazi (ie, Japan), or our KKK or redneck.  That is to say, the Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian from Asia all discriminated against each other.  Asian-Americans such as me had no idea this was going on, and got our life ruined by people from Asia in the Silicon Valley/Tech industry.  That's why I stop telling people about my race, nationality, etc.

I, on the other hand, had worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to give myself an education.  Was an adjunct, an Applied Physics researcher with published paper in one of the most respected publication, and was pursuing a PhD.  I can be found throughout the New York City education system from elementary to Graduate level university.

I always wondered why are these people from Asia so vicious, male and female alike.  They slandered and defamed a person whom they had never met in their lives to ruin the person's life, have her raped, physically harmed and killed by slitting the person's throat.  Well, these people sold their own daughter to pedophilia for money.

Those Americans believed everything they said and terminated me, sexually harassed, abuse and helped spread the rumor, had helped them to ruin an Asian-American woman's life and had helped in slitting my throat.  How different are these Americans from the Islamic extremists who would shoot a little girl Malala Yousafzai in the head at zero range because she advocated for education for women?  And most of these Americans were working in the Silicon Valley and the Patent and Trademark Office.

Been feeling very uneasy lately as if something bad is going to happen

to me.  This is the same feeling I had days before my termination by the Patent and Trademark Office in late July/early August of 2011.  I constantly had nightmares everytime I took a nap.  I was working 24/7, nap in my office and would only go home to take a shower.

I knew I was going to be terminated as my Supervisor Paul Rodrigues been rejecting all my works and make me re-do jobs he accepted months ago; also a climate of sexual harassments, abuses, physical harms and degradation by coworkers.  This was the resulted of slanders and defamation started by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen the first month we were on the job, then spread by Shawn Joseph to other Training Classes, where they spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office  (PTO).  PTO employees in term spread to their families, friends, neighbors and neighborhood such as Arlington.  I also knew the slanders and defamation by my Officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends will result in termination as they planned.

I don't know whether my current uneasiness is an anxiety/panic attack or a premonition of something bad to come.  I had frequent anxiety/panic attacks since the termination, and had been afraid to leave the house.  And now the slit of my throat that proven my premonition was right.  I also haven't been able to sleep lately except when I take the sleeping pill.  I still awaken in the middle of the night when I took the pill.  I think this is most likely my Appeal of the EEOC case will rule against me even though I had overwhelming evidence to support I was wrongfully terminated.

Prior premonitions, before this wrongful termination were mostly correct.

I don't know if I will be able to handle such news this time.

Being perceived as Americanized by people from Asia means

I don't share the same ideology (anti-American sentiment, etc) as the people from Asia, and most of my friends were non-Asians, and were well-liked by non-Asians; which they see as being a traitor.

Also, I am an independent, educated, and confident woman; which is not how a woman suppose to behave in the Third World Asian culture where women are a second class citizen.  Women supposed to be submissive (which is also why some American men liked Asian women), that's why the West sees Asian women as "mousy".

Males from Asia do not like Americanized Asian women, worse when an Asian woman such as I excelled in jobs they could not wrap their heads around.  It is the equivalent of slapping them in the face, therefore by sexually harass, degrade, fired, physical harm, rape and slit of the throat that meant to kill me are ways of taking control, and asserted authority as a man.  This is a common practice in their culture when women dared to challenge the statue quo.  Women/girls were brutally raped and killed are very common in places like India.

Basically, people from Asia continue to practice their Third World culture here in the US, and the Americans are helping them to keep women down when they acted on their slanders by sexually harassed me, abused me, degraded me, fired me, do physical harms to me.   In term turning me into hating America/Americans as well, just like them.  But I am not, I saw through them long time ago.

Typical slanders are just the opposite of the truth as the people from Asia think since the Americans are so stupid, they will believe anything these people from Asia said.  For example, if a woman is well liked or American men were asking the people from Asia for information on an Asian woman since they are all Asians, they must know each other; people from Asia would slandered this Asian woman "no one wanted her; no one liked her".  If the woman is knowledgeable, the slander would be "she doesn't know anything".  Etc.  This is also a way to ensure Asian women are NOT dating non-Asian males, and the Asian women's only option is to date Asian males.

Parents need to raise their girls to be an independent

and intelligent person, not as a princess.

Kill for thrill

A newlywed couple in Pennsylvania placed a craigslist ad, lured a man to their house, and killed him for the thrill of it.

22-year-old Elytte Barbour and 18-year-old Miranda Barbour placed a Craigslist ad the week of November 12th, offering anyone companionship in exchange for money. When 42-year-old Troy LaFerrara answered the advertisement, they had him meet them in their SUV. Once in the SUV, Elytte wrapped a cord around LaFerrara's neck, while his wife stabbed him 20 times. LaFerrara's body was found on November 12th in Sunbury, a city northwest of Philadelphia.

The couple was married on October 22nd, just two weeks before the murder. Elytte told investigators that he and his wife had tried to kill before, but the plans never worked out. Mirana Barbour had routinely been paid by men for companionship, a business her husband claims never included sex.

"She is not a prostitute," he told reporters after his wife's arrest, but before his own. "What she does is meet men who have broken marriages or have no one in their lives and she meets with them and has delightful conversation."

Both face homicide charges.

Mingdong Chen, 25, didn’t say a word during his arraignment Monday at Brooklyn Criminal Court.

The monster who police sources say butchered his cousin's wife and four children with a kitchen knife because he envied their lives sat stone-faced in court Monday at his arraignment on murder charges.

Confessed-killer Mingdong Chen, 25, went on a rampage at his cousin's Brooklyn apartment Saturday night telling cops later that the family "had everything and he had nothing," a police source said. A neighbor said the family didn’t like Chen because he “gambled and smoked.”

Another police source said Chen was also jealous because he did not have a wife or family of his own.

Assistant District Attorney Mark Hale said Chen, who wore dark scrubs in Brooklyn Criminal Court, was "a transient" and "an illegal alien."

"The defendant is charged with murder in the first-degree and other homicide counts relating to the death of a Brooklyn woman and her four children that occurred this past Saturday night by stabbing," he said.

Chen was charged with one count of first-degree murder and four counts of second-degree murder in the massacre of Qiao Zhen Li, 37, and her kids: William Zhuo, 1; Amy Zhuo, 7; Kevin Zhuo, 5; and Linda Zhuo, 9.

He was held without bail.

Chen was jealous of the life his relatives had, police sources said.

When relatives came to the house, Chen, wearing a blood-spattered shirt, said, “I know I am done,” the criminal complaint states.

All of the victims had knife wounds to their necks, the criminal complaint states. The mother was also stabbed in the arm.

A law enforcement source said cops video-taped Chen’s confession.

Chen's lawyer, Danielle Eaddy, complained in court that Chen was injured while being interviewed by the NYPD.

"On the forehead of my client there are two good sized bruises that happened ... when he was in custody," Eaddy told the judge.

Chen, who was aided at the brief hearing by a Mandarin interpreter, was also charged with assaulting two police officers.

At the scene of the gruesome slaying, 870 57th St., a man who identified himself as a former coworker of the dead woman’s husband, Yi Lin Zhou, looked for his friend.

Zhou was out Saturday night when the massacre occurred. Police said his wife tried to reach him when she grew concerned about Chen’s behavior.

"They're a very, very, very good family," the man, who didn’t want to give his name, said.

Meanwhile, neighbors near the Sunset Park apartment want to move out.

Yun Wang, 40, an upstairs neighbor said “the building smells bad” and that “we’re scared.”

Katrina He, 30, lives in the front apartment right next door to the victims and was with him.

“We will also be moving out,” she said.

Why these immigrant/FOB's Asians' slanders had no effect on me in Texas?

Because no one cared what they had to say.  This is due to discrimination toward minorities and foreigners.

Where in the San Francisco Bay Area, they are treated as an equal, therefore what they said , including slanders were taken at face value without any understanding of their culture, and so these immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians were able to incited resentment and hatreds toward me.

The reason I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area was because less discrimination toward Asians.  I did not take discriminations toward Asian-Americans by people from Asia into consideration, and they ruined everything that took my whole life to build as well slit my throat.

Engineering is not a job, but a passion

I lived and breath tech for years.  You can say I was addicted to tech and anything tech.  It took me years to get over this addiction; and now I am ready to move on to something like a Product Manager or something along the periphery of tech.

And this is the power of immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians that had control of the Silicon Valley and the Tech Industry, and now the DC metro, they are able to keep me out of the tech industry, even a governement institution such as the Patent and Trademark Office.

Current landlord told me he likes me when I came to

see this rental for the first time, and called me on the phone a few times to tell me he likes me.  I told him I already have a boyfriend and is in a committed relationship, the equivalent of a marriage; he said "can I ask you to go out for coffee anyway?"  I said "I am in a committed relationship!!"

The landlord is about 70+ years old that is still living in the 1950s and treated women as such, kinda like the old landlord that evicted me, illiterate and doesn't even know how to use texting on his phone.

I've been helping him out in showing his potential tanents the room for rent as he lives in Maryland.

Today, his wife was here in the property with him, that reprobate.

Yesterday, he saw me left the door open as I was cooking and didn't want the whole house to smell, so he said I see you are cooking and that's the reason why you left the door open, but I want you to respect my rules too and not leave the door open.  Or else I am going to give you 30 days and there is a whole bunch of people waiting on line to take this place.  I said "OK, Mr. Rodriguez.  The only reason I left the door open was because I am cooking, as you indicated."  He went on and on in a hostile manner.

Today he accused me of left the door opened again, when I wasn't even home this morning, and starting to go off on me again, I just left.  This ignoramus.....

Wird that he changed so fast so soon.  Could it be again that he heard the slandering of me from someone?  This is usually what happened when smear campaign being done to me, one moment I was very popular, and suddenly everything just change a 180 degree.

On the other extreme, most 3rd worlders, particularly males, educated or not, hated me as soon as they saw me.

by the likes of Hung Havan and his cabal Michele Choi (ghetto Asians), Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends, as well Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen (immigrant/FOB) to terminate me; also in the same way people in the Silicon Vally and the TEch industry were manipulated by immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians to ousted me.  I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physcial harm threats from Asian co-workers.  Here in DC, I was a target of a rape, abduction and a slit of throat that almost killed me.

Now such manipulation is all over the DC metro simply used slanders such "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" such I can't secured a job even with all my accomplishments.  This is the US capital and the capital of the world, while the Silicon Valley is the High Tech of the world.

Since I was targeted soon I arrived here in the DC metro and in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I had never met any of these new arrivals from Asia,  mostly as H1Bs, it must be because of racism and bigotry - a HATE crime.  Mainly, it started out as they perceived me as Americanized - a traitor in their view, and later because a woman could do the job they couldn't - the oppression of women.

So I overheard this when I walked by 2 guys

"If they fired her by mistake, why don't they just hire her back?"

A guy answer "they know very little about her".

So basically the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen immigrated to the US recently, where the history of these people's prior to moving to the US was completely unknown, and now had shown vicious intention to harm others by slandering people like me and got me fired, one of the slanders was to have people question my trustworthiness by saying "we know very little about her" (This is how they control these Americans, also in the Silicon Valley as well).  Hung Havan and his cabal - Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends all had shown malicious intentions to do harm, particularly Michele Choi who is hated everywhere and been known to be malicious; while I worked nearly 24/7,  and yet the guy had reservation about me and not those who had already proven they are vicious?  What kind of people are these???

While the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Hung Havan and his cabal, as well the immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians where the current and past H1Bs was the core in the Silicon Valley, had much higher probability to be anti-America and steal trade secrets then me, who worked nearly 24/7 with accomplishments to support such claim; yet the Americans believed the relentless defamation of these immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians who I had never met or know in my life, and repeated their slander of me "we know very little about her" so we fired her because we trusted the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends even though they had shown vicious intention over and over again toward me that resulted in sexual harassment, abuses, termination, as well physical harm, abduction and rape that resulted in slit of my throat that almost killed me.
The New York City Education system has every record of me from elementary school; but instead people chose to believe the slanders of me by immigrant/FOB (fresh off the boat) from Asia, who I had never met in my life, and fired me instead.  This is basically how I have ended up unemployed since 2001 as well as the Tech industry is control by people from Asia and ghetto Asians.  It really doesn't take much to control these Americans, they believed anything anybody said, no matter how ridiculous; just like the children's story "The emperor's has no Clothes" where people believed what they were told, and not what they see.

I even post this in my office door in the Patent and Trademark Office "like the Emperor's New Clothes, just b/c someone said it, doesn't mean it is true" where my officemate Hung and his cabal slandered me that got me fired.

All these Americans continue to talk to the likes Hung Havan and continue to be manipulated by them, and never given me a chance to defend myself, so I had to take it to the EEOC, where the AJ Nancy Graham ruled I resigned even though she said  I was terminated in our first conference.

Sexual harassment

This new tenant moved in today.  They don't get a WiFi signal from his location, so I took out my WiFi router and hooked everything up, while I was doing that, the guy grabbed his crotch in a big and obvious way while having one of his legs up to his waist.  It was a deliberate act.  I walked away and another housemate saw that and back away.

I texted him and asked him nicely not to do this again.  He refused to acknowledge this happened and make a big fuss about it.

No good deed goes unpunished.

An ex-coworker name Randy Shaffer make a sex act of having his pervis thrust forward and backward while talking to me while my Supervisor was there.  Later in his email  to my supervisor said that when I came asked him why did he did that, Randy..........

New Landlord said he likes me

He even called me to tell me that.  So yesterday he asked me if I have a boyfriend and wanted to ask me out for coffee, I said already have a boyfriend and is in a committed relationship, an equivalent of a marriage.  He said he is very disappointed.

This happened over and over again, these old males that lived a sheltered life, thought I might be a fit for them for some reason, as if I need a meal ticket of some sort, while being accused of being a gold digger or looking for a sugar daddy by some.  Most of them were considered as middle class at best with very limited education or poor in NY standard compared to some of my childhood friends.  I had worked 3 jobs since High School to give myself an education, and to pursue a PhD such to fulfill my aspiration to change the world by being a scientist and a Professor.  I would rather die than to live with a meal ticket.

I feel so insulted by those people, in addition to dirty old man like Michael Rios deliberately pick the time when I am badly traumatized by the slit of the throat that was meant to kill me to traumatize me further by evicting me.

I had lost a million dollars during the Tech bubble of 2001 without much emotion.

I turned down an offer who was the Head of Asia of a well know French multinational corporation.  He's been there and done that, wanted to settle down and be a house-husband.  He is the only one understands me.

I had worked 3 jobs every summer since High School and ensured I won't have to rely on the kindness of strangers as there is very little kindness toward Asian women which I learned since I started working in High School, and evidenced from the previous Landlord Michael Rios, in addition to the Patent and Trademark Office.   This is very typical of my working experiences where I've been discriminated as a minority, and now also discriminated  by the Asian communities as if I was the African American being discriminated by the KKK and the rednecks back in the 1950s, just because I am a woman who can do the job better than them to ensure women are kept down.

My classmates/coworkers knew that I didn't know Tuan Nguyen

yet he started slandering me the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office.  This also happened in the Silicon Valley as soon I arrived in the San Francisco Bay Area, by people from Asia, mainly Chinese, Vietnamese and Indians.  They continue to practice their 3rd world culture here in the US.

Because of defamation by people from Asia, continuous sexual harassment and abuses, and the threats of termination, I resigned and written a letter to management to make aware of what was going on.  Management fired all parties involved, included the Director of Verification.  One of the fired co-worker, a close friend of this Director, came to a place where I rollerblaked to try to do physical harm to me, but couldn't catch me as I was on a rollerblake, and he was a cripple.  I heard it was a result of an American bomb when he was a child in Vietname.  A new family moved next door started slandering me to the neighbors, they were people just moved here from China, and had an organization behind them.  This was in 2001.  I moved after this.

I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley when a group of Asian gang was waiting for me in the Parking lot of Walmart in Mountain View, when they saw me, they walked toward me.  I ran to my car and drove away.  I drove around to ensure I was not  followed.

They terminated me. Whatever reason they gave to justify

their action of terminated me, it needs to answer the question of -what did I do to deserve this?

How do they even know I existed or find me to terminate me as I kept a low key and not be seen, also worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time.

In addition to my accomplishments - an airtight first that is known to the then Undersecretary/Director Mr. David Kappos. I may be the First woman to have an airtight first case in this Patent Class, or even the Patent and Trademark Office. To ensure my termination, my Supervisor put difficult and complex COPA cases in my docket, and threatened with termination if I didn't meet production requirement. I had 2 consecutive 3 cases per biweek with a mixture of COPA cases right after the 6th month Review where my Supervisor and the Director threatened me with termination, and a total of 19 cases with a mixture of COPA cases and a 93% Productivity in my 8th month review. Furthermore, my qualifications - a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, was pursuing a PhD and at the same time a second Master's in Computer Science, as an adjunct in college and an Applied Physics researcher with published paper. I met all requirements and then some, I was still terminated.

Why?  What did I do to deserve this?  And now I am the targeted of rape and abduction that resulted in a slit of my throat that meant to kill me.  This is all stem from the Patent and Trademark Office as I don't know anyone in the DC metro.  Specifically,  my ex-officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends, in addition to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started slandering me the first month we were on the job; are some of the people proven to want to do malicious harm to me. Their defamation had not only got me wrongfully terminated, prevent me from being hired, while being sexual harassed, abused, and now a rape and abduction attempted that resulted in a slit throat. And may very well played a key role in this eviction as well.

To understand the mental state of some got me terminated, they are akin to Tonya Harding, the Olympic skater hired a hitman to break her rival Nancy Carigan's leg.  Others were the Asian version of the KKK and redneck.  Americans don't have the monopoly on racism.  This been going on since the beginnning of time.  The older the culture (Middle East, Asia), the worse the racism, bigotry and the oppression of women.

I just can not believe how much bad mouthing

and gossipy going on in this little community.  It is a sign of a sick mind, people had issues.

This started soon I moved in, days after I moved into 930 house, I walked up to the kitchen and heard Randy and Jonica talking with Xavier and the then accountant women that they didn't like me.  Randy didn't like me even before he met me as was shown when we first met.  It could be because someone had told him she doesn't like me and/or some other issues.

All these stem from the landlord Michael asked me to be his 3rd girlfriend the first time we met, when I came to see the rental.  Now that the "I don't like her; no one liked her; etc" had incited weak minds and/or people with issues to resent me, he is using that as a pretext to evict me even though the real reason is I refused him.

For Randy, if he doesn't like a person, he would say either I or someone else doesn't like that person.  Through out the time I am here, he had told numerous people either I don't Like them or no one like me, this including his friend Marish, that's why she suddenly became cold and distant; and most likely all his friends.  

If he needs someone to buy something, such as a cookware, he would say such person likes to steam and needed a cookware to steam vegetables (I was so afraid he might use me to get other people to buy him stuffs).  So I brought an electric steamer from NYC, he then complained it is plastic and cheap. Most electric steamers are about the same and in price wise.  I decided on a electric steamer because I see the large pots for steaming were burned badly at the bottom, an electric steamer shuts-off automatically to prevent fire.  Also, if one doesn't like to cook on top of plastic, one could put a plate on top.  The steamer is now broken.  I brought a mop similar to Wetjet to keep the kitchen floor clean, but without the use of battery or had to buy a special liquid bottle like wetject, and about the same price as the wetjet; then I heard it is something cheap. And now is broken.  

I've been trying to get out of their way such that "out of sight, out of mind".  That didn't work, so I tried to win them over.  Nope, that didn't work either, and so now I am being evicted.

So when Eldon when to pick the keys for the doors, he echo the sentiment "no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc" to Sarah.

A sign of a sick mind/people had issues.  Akin to the slandering by my ex-officemate Hung Havana and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends, in addition to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen that incited sexual harassment, abuses, and got me terminated from the Patent and Trademark Office, as well the slit of my throat that was meant to kill me.  This eviction is part of the abuses that resulted from "no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc" where people acted on and used as cheap tools by the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, as well Hung Havana and his cabal.  This is also why I can't find a job even with all my outstanding accomplishments.  The really scary part is Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, as well Hung Havana and his cabal had control of the DC metro, where the CIA, FBI, the White House and all the top US government institutions located.


My termination from the Patent and Trademark Office happened in a similar manner.  It started soon I arrived and defamed by Tuan Nguyen and his Countrymen, where it spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office, and took it further by my officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends that finally got me terminated.  Those in the position of terminating/evicting me already predisposed to do harm to me for following reasons.

1.  Some believed the defamation of me just because someone said it, regardless; just as the peasants in the children's story "The emperor has no clothes".  Many are in top level management.  

2. A woman who could do a job her male counterparts couldn't wrap their head's around in the Tech Industry where I have been often the only woman engineer in the whole Engineering department in the Silicon Valley.   And most were from the a Third World culture such as Asia.  This is to keep women down, an oppression of women

3.  To let me know this is still a men's world.

4.  Because Americans like me, hence the "no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc" to incite resentment and hatred toward me.  They see that as Americanized, like a banana - yellow outside, but white inside.  The same sentiment as "oreo cookie" or "that Barack Obama is not Black enough".

5. I told my co-workers in the Silicon Valley I was dating a none-Asian and had his picture on my desk to avoid unwanted attention, the FOB H1B in term told people I only liked Whitey and so "she is a racist" to incited hatreds toward me.

Most Americans believed anything an Asian said about another Asian, no matter how ridiculous.  Case in point, my officemate Hung Havan said that I am just like Michele Choi who is hated everywhere, or told Susanne Lo that her boyfriend Bill and I will be married soon.  They've  been dating for a long time, and is known to many people in the Patent and Trademark Office, also people nearby our office had seen them going home together all the time.  I on the other hand, worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time and my accomplishments, also only spoken to Bill a few times and only a few sentences while he was in Hung Havan and my office as Bill was helping Hung Havan from being terminated; yet people believed such ridiculous and out right to set me up for terminated as Hung Havan specifically said to me that dating in the Patent and Trademark Office is against company policy.  I said this to him also the policy of most private companies as well.

4.  To many, I am just another woman and/or Asian.  They could do whatever they want because women/Asian is/are the new Black.  Society and the Law don't protect us as evidenced by my EEOC case.  Most people are closet racists, they don't show it in the open, but when had a chance and thinking no one would find out, they would show it; as in my termination, my eviction and the wide spread of defamation even though I don't know anyone here in the DC Metro.

5.  Then there are those like my landlord who I refused to be his 3rd girlfriend, my previous management who I had shown no interested to be their girlfriend.  One (none-Asian) even fired me believing Raymond Tan told him that I was pregnant where I was constantly sexually harassed by Ranymond Tan and his cabals, etc, etc, etc........
