I did (total of 19 Patent cases in 8 months as a new hired) by working 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log.
When I did, they put patent cases that's been around for over 10 years because no one could do those cases, aka COPA cases. Yet I still met 3 COPA cases per biweek.

Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, and Tuan Nguyen are main 3 failed murder suspects
Hung Havan - my officemate who is a Charles Manson like sociopath, future workplace shooter; and his coterie: Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi , Susanne Lo, her boyfriend Bill and friends from India, took control of the USPTO, got me wrongfully terminated in a haste of 2 days despite unprecedented accomplishments, make me a public enemy #1 since 2011, and 3 failed murders on me here in Arlington VA. when I went to say goodbye to Erica, Kamini Shah (my previous SPE before someone transferred to Rodriguez) and other coworkers. Hung Havan was talking to Erica outside of her doorway. I attempted to walk inside to her office, Hung suddenly stretched his arm out such my chest/breast hit his arm. I had to push his arm out of my way. Erica asked him why he did this, he shrugs his shoulder as if to say "she is fired, what is she going to do?" Then Hung Havan stood in the middle of the hallway to block me from going to say goodbye to coworkers such as Kamini Shah, which left only one way of the hallway for me to go, and that is back to my office. I went back to my office, packed up and left the Agency for good. Hung Havan wouldn't dare to block me if I am a man for fear of beaten to a pulp.

Bill’s girlfriend is Susanne Lo, and is well-known to this TC. I believed Bill has been tried to get his girlfriend to marry him, included making her jealous. I also told my officemate Hung Havan soon after I moved into the office that I already have a boyfriend, and to PETER D COUGHLAN (of AU2122 with Kakali Chaki as SPE) when he asked whether I am married or not, and later to Michele Choi, amount many others. Nathan Hillery was very close to Bill and spent nearly every day together. I spent most of my time working, I care less about anything other than work, as evidenced by my computer log time and 93% Productivity. I met Bill as well Nathan Hillery because they tried to help my officemate Hung Havan from termination. I thought Bill was Union. If Bill was Union, I would have spent the time and befriended him. My SPE Paul Rodriguez was setting me up from the get-go for the eventual termination, by given me poor performance reviews after he heard I had an apodictic first patent case, alone with the Undersecretary Mr. Kappos.. This Bill's frenemy Nathan Hillery can be heard in his office often and with Susanne Lo, sometime Hung Havan. I had seen Susanne Lo had both of her arms around Nathan Hillery's neck kissing, sitting on the kitchen countertop with Nathan Hillery between her legs, in the pantry when no one else around (I was thinking... wtf?!). I also saw Bill exiting the Electrical Room on my way to the kitchen, with Lo inside the Electrical Room. As if he just done a strenuous workout. Susanne Lo also seem to be romantically interested in Jason Procter - an AU2123 Primary, by the way she did not like the way Jason Practer looked at me (the same way Steve Jobs of Apple looked at me.); the same way every jealous girlfriend/wife acted.
As often the only woman engineer in the whole dept, or the whole tech company in the Silicon Valley, particularly when full of shithole 3rd world Asian males who acted as if they are still in their shithole 3rd world such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, sexual harassment was a daily ordeal. I would have done better than 41% had I not transferred from AU2128 to AU2123 because David Silver and I began to get in-sync working together. After I transferred to AU2123, I had to get used to how Paul Rodriguez wanted things done, but still outperformed most in this Unit/Class at 41%.
In my shared office with Hung Havan, I asked Nathan Hillery whether my 6th month Evaluation at 41% on par with others on their 6th month Evaluation, he said no. I believed this is when Nathan Hillery and Hung Havan started actively plotted for my termination using defamation because both realized a woman is outperforming them, and they may not have a job in the near future. Hung Havan also make a comment “nowadays women are smarter than men” to Nathan Hillery, as well said his sister and wife is doing better than him as a Patent Examiner.
Hung Havan- my officemate told me he didn’t like Kamini Shah, Susanne Lo and Wendy Gerber at various occasion. I knew it is motivated by the fact he does not like women to be more competent than him. I make sure not to let him or any Asian male feel I am more competent than them in anyway; hence my low key and not be seen. Unfortunately, he found out via PALM when I done 3 cases per bi-week and Productivity at +- 100%; which he told others such as Michele Choi, his friend who have a history of defaming everybody she knows to everyone in the 4th floor and everyone she talks to, to incite envy and jealousy toward me. Hung Havan also joined Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and Nathan Hillery coterie in a concerted effort to terminate me, and with the help of Michele Choi, they actively incited sexual harassments and abuses toward me that resulted in my bi-weekly Productivity dropped from 103% to 50%.
Rodriguez told me I must attend a party given by an Examiner became a Primary, which Jason Procter also attended. He said he is an Engineering Prof. Along with the whole group under Paul Rodrigues and Sister Unit which Susanne Lo also attended. I left the party early as I had to meet the 3 COPA cases as threatened by Wendy Gerber. I ran into this Prof after the party, he was hostile toward me. So I figured Susanne Lo must've have incited hates against me by instigated fake news.
Days after the party, Hung Havan suddenly asked me how long will I last here, meaning when I will be terminated. I said depends on the kind of people we have here; if there are more good people then bad people, I will last; otherwise I won’t last. He knew then I was in the process of being terminated. Hung Havan also said romantic relationship is prohibited in the office, I said “yeah, most companies have this policy”.

Days before the party, I overheard Hung Havan told Susanne Lo that Bill (in charge of COPA) and I were going to be married when Susanne Lo inquired about house purchasing with Hung, which was strange to me as I knew Susanne Lo was Bill’s girlfriend, and I told Hung Havan I already have a boyfriend; so I didn’t think much of it, surely nobody is going to believe something as asinine as this, or at least do some fact checking, unless nefarious individuals use this as an excuse to terminate me. But this is just one example of Hung Havan’s defamation of me, the result of deep-seated hatred toward women outperform him.
Hung Havan knew Susanne Lo and Bill were dating as Havan spent lots of times with them and Nathan Hillery, and socialized outside of work. So when Havan told Lo her boyfriend Bill and I were going to be married out of no where, who Havan knew I didn't know Bill personally, but only as a coworker, after Suanne Lo said to Hung Havan she is buying a house, which is understood she was getting married with Bill. My guessed of Havan did that was to break up their happy marriage, as well to incite hates against me as Havan have been doing for months with Jason Procter, Craig Dwin, David Kim, etc. Havan and Hillery both hated Lo's boyfriend Bill for the same reason - he is a white male. Like most people of color knew how White people's Structural Discrimination have been cruelly and inhumanly murdering us such as in Emmitt Tills, Havan and Hillery used White people's Structural Discrimination to go against me.
Today, Asian American women are harassed and threatened by Asian males for married non-Asian males, successful and/or famous.
Lo then spread the fake news against me in the party, instigated by Hung Havan. This is how Asian Operative invaders ousted women, Blacks and Hispanics who excelled in jobs over them. I am so disgusted with Union.
Also, Susanne Lo suddenly said good-bye to Ms. Chu with a smirk during one of AU2128's meetings where Ms. Chu was talking to SPE Kamini Shah, 2 days before Ms. Chu's termination notification on 8/10/2011. Ms. Chu had an ominous feeling. Susanne Lo had been cold and ignoring Ms. Chu whenever Ms. Chu greeted her. Just think, I found the bug that been plagued the design team for months that cost millions and might had to scrap the whole chip design, on my 3rd day on the job. I was ousted even with continue outstanding accomplishments. I told this story to Hung Havan a while back. This protégé shared the same personality and characteristics as Shawn Joseph and Nathan Hillery.

Male peers with far less qualifications were promoted, while I was setup to be terminated. Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women could barely speak or write English, now promoted and making over $150K. Male peers had weeks to month before finally terminated, I had 2 days. This happened soon after I filed an EEOC complaint. Despite the letter saying I am qualified for UI, I didn't received any. If it was mailed to me, I was evicted soon after my wrongful termination as if all White people are controlled by Asian Operative invaders, like MAGA controlled by Trump.
