All these people still have a job and are doing very well with disproportion of Tuan Nguyen's countrymen hired since my termination with far less qualification or accomplishments.
I was hoping to use my EEOC case to make all American Companies aware of the practices of discriminations by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, the Emulation Indian Engineers from Asia, and many Chinese from Asia toward women who are more competent in the job than them. These people from Asia (mainly Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian) are still practicing their 3rd world culture of discrimination against women here in America. But then the EEOC also discriminated against Asian-American women as well as evidenced by AJ Nancy Graham of New Orleans who ruled against me that I resigned instead of terminated with overwhelming evidence; such fragrant miscarriage of justice.

My co-workers from Asia in the Silicon Valley interpreted as "she likes to look" which means - she likes to check men out. Please don't use slang in front or with them.

All these people still have a job or promoted, helped their friends and relatives hired into the Patent and Trademark Office, while they laugh at all of us who are either fired or demoted. Why Asian women are so vulnerable?
Asian culture treated women as a 2nd class citizen. I had to abscond from the San Franscisco Bay Area due to physical harm threats by an ghetto Asian coworker and an Asian gang.
This is still a men's world. There are still a large percentage of males, not just those from Asia or any 3rd World culture, but Americans as well, particularly the older generation and less educated; wanted independent, progressive and career minded women to understand this is still a men's world, that women HAVE to rely on a man to survive in our society, as they are doing to me, with the help of many women who are jealous of my independence.

I was often the only woman in the engineering department.
But since most Americans are not aware of this type of practices, often brainwashed into not to racial profiling different cultural practices, and racism/bigotry are still deep-rooted as evidenced by my EEOC case where the Adminstrative Judge ruled that I resigned with the overwhelming evidences support I was terminated, particularly for the older generation, as well rednecks and hillbillies; in addition to many were just too lazy to even bother to understand the situation, and so Americans are nonchalant of what happen to me even though they are aware the Asians are out to ruin me, or see it as Asian on Asian in similar manner as Blacks on Blacks. A typical interview
HR/Hiring Manager: we are looking for an emulation engineer, have you done this type of project before.
Me: I've ran this type of project from scratch to a fully verified design as the project lead and tech lead when most people had never heard of emulation. By from scratch, I mean I had to install the correct power socket to building the lab as well installed emulators ($1million$ per emulator when a million$ was real money in 1997-8). Of course, I had to determine what is the best way to verify the chip design, which emulation is best for the company, the design team as well the chip design.
HR/Hiring Manager: When was the last time you work on this type of project.
Me: 2001, but what difference does it make? The skill sets to do the job haven't changed. And when I started, I didn't even have the skill sets for the job, yet I succeed in completing the project on time and within budget nevertheless, and I was the first person (not just women) to do that. Now that I have the skills, I am not qualified?

Most of them had never heard of emulation prior to this job, and still couldn't wrap their head around emulation even today. I ran emulation projects as a project lead from scratch and as a technical lead, and was one of the few, if not the only one could run this type of emulation project on time and within budget; but never hired by any of the companies such as like Intel, etc. I guessed the ability to succeed in the project is not a requirement for hiring, but being an Indian male and speak English with a heavy accent are.
Another word, male Indians from Asia dominated the field of emulations, and refused to hire any other race or gender, while top level management complained that there is not enough qualified American engineers and pushing the government for more H1Bs. This is also true with Intel particularly as I interviewed with them in no less than 8 times over the years.
I was a project lead and a technical lead in Emulation projects that succeed on time and within budget. Using football terminology, I was the Coach and the Quaterback and won the Superbowel on the first attempt. Not only no one could compete with me, but I would be running emulation projects; and since most of Emulation engineers were males from Asia where women are a second class citizen, there is no way they would allow that. That's why they've been denigrating me relentlessly.

Furthermore, racism is not a taboo in Asia and practiced openly.

I have extensive industry experiences and outstanding accomplishments in the same field as the patent class 703 – Simulation, Emulation and Modeling http://www.deepchip.com/items/0343-06.html where I led projects. I had a history of outstanding accomplishments in a male dominated Engineering field and academia which I had to work nearly 24/7 to achieve such result.
I had to work nearly 24/7 in the Patent and Trademark Office to meet the 2 consecutive 3 COPA cases-per-bi-week right after the 6th month evaluation, 93% Productivity and a total of 19 cases including COPA cases soon after the 8th month evaluation. I also had an airtight first case that is known to many SPE and Mr. David Kappo – Director of the Agency/Patent and Trademark Office.
My accomplishments in the USPTO is child's play compared to my accomplishments in Emulations.

Norwegian woman was raped in Dubai, now face prison sentence
Dubai (CNN) -- Norwegian interior designer Marte Deborah Dalelv has spoken out after being handed a 16-month prison sentence in Dubai -- after she went to police to report she had been raped by a colleague.
The 24-year-old was convicted and sentenced on charges of having unlawful sex, making a false statement and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Subsequently, she said her manager advised her to tell the police it was voluntary sexual intercourse and likely the whole issue would just go away. She followed the advice and in one of the many hearings at the public prosecutor's office, she made a statement saying it was voluntary.
Dalelv was then charged with making a false statement.
"That was my biggest regret because it wasn't voluntary. I just thought it would all go away," she told CNN.
But a representative of Al Mana Interiors, who Dalelv worked for, told CNN that she was not advised by her manager to say the sex was consensual but rather by a police officer, who told her that in Arabic and it was translated into English by her manager.
Dalelv said a month after the rape, while forced to stay in Dubai as the case wound through the legal system, she was fired.
Dalelv was convicted Tuesday on all three charges and was sentenced to one year in jail for having unlawful sex, three months in jail for making a false statement and one month for illegal consumption of alcohol.

Today is my 51 years old birthday
Since I am going to live to 125 years old, just 70+ years to go.
I aged well, like fine wine. Only appreciated by those who knows fine wine :-). Otherwise I am just another bottle of alcohol to get drunk on.
Kidding aside, I think future human will live to at least 125 years old if we learn to live a mentally and physically healthy life. Don't sweat the small stuff, don't hate or do harm to other people; and that's my secret of looking young.
You are as old as you think you are. With age, hopefully comes with wisdom, but not the baggage.
My plans been:
1. Hike the Appalachian Trail - been preparing for a while by walking/jogging/running, and that's where the Hispanic rapist/abductor attacked me. I was specifically targeted, haven't been out since. I am older than this pervert's grandmother, and an Asexual, what is wrong with these savages.

I hoped what they have done to me will be done back onto them, if there is such thing as justice. Or else, they will do this to other examiners again until the place is a cesspool.
But in college, I was aspired to be a scientist/Professor/researcher, to change the world and make the world a better place to live. Most of my co-workers would've been my students had my research funding wasn't cut.
Life is a journey, enjoy the trip.

Kidding aside, I think future human will live to at least 125 years old if we learn to live a mentally and physically healthy life. Don't sweat the small stuff, don't hate or do harm to other people; and that's my secret of looking young.
You are as old as you think you are. With age, hopefully comes with wisdom, but not the baggage.

Hung Havan makes Bill Clinton looks like a school boy
Basically, Hung Havan is so cunning, he makes Bernie Madoff look like honest Abe. He is so slick, he makes Bill Clinton looks like a school boy. I said this in my Formal Complaint.
In short, Hung Havan is a Machiavellian and a megalomaniac.
It is most likely Hung Havan told the EEO counselor that I am a schizophrenic to undermine and defame me, and plus the laziness of these EEO counselors shown over and over again in my case, the EEO completely ignored the part about the sexual harassment and hostile working environment claim; therefore without knowing the full story of how I was set up to be terminated, the Patent and Trademark Office fired and demoted the management involved in my termination.
Had the EEO not dismissed my sexual harassment and hostile working environment claim, they would have find it was Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends, as well Tuan Nguyen and his Countrymen were the real culprits behind the demonization of me that misled management to terminate me. It is also because I am Chinese and female that management had no qualm of terminated me with such ease and not much of a reason, but a preceived reason. I did nothing wrong, but management terminated me nevertheless as if is a fun and game for them. To them, they are just terminating a Chinese and woman. If is a Caucasian, they wouldn't have fired me. In the process, they helped Havan and his cabal, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen to ruin everything that took my whole life to build. I am going to be homeless soon, particularly now my landlord is going to evict me because I locked the doors resulted from the PTSD due to stabbing on the neck and cut across my throat.
Even today, simpletons still believed I was Michele Choi or Susanne Lo, while they both are still working as well Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen who set me up to be terminated.
If people just asked who are these people and why they don't like me when "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc.", they will find there are only a few questionable characters slandered me all over the place and worked overtime to smear me, and often had never met me.
Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started incited resentment and hatreds toward me by saying "guys like to help women; women had it easy because guys like to help them; no one liked her, no one wanted her; etc". They would accuse women of having an affair if a woman and a man manager worked closely together, that's why I stayed away from male managers such my SPE.
Maybe someday people will learned is a common practice to get ahead using a smear campaign by the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, or people from Asia. It started soon I arrived in the Silicon Valley in the 1990s, and now the first month on the job in DC

You are helping these 3rd world males to suppress women
Because women such as me unknowingly out geek these 3rd world (culture) males when I worked with them, particularly those from Asia and in Tech; and so they came after me relentlessly even though I had never met or barely know them.
As such, in my last job, I deliberately kept a low key and not be seen, basically to ensure I was not the top performer such to ensure I wouldn't be targeted. Yet somehow I was targeted the first month nevertheless by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen. The air-tight first case was an unintentional result. I would not want an air-tight first case for fear of targeted by 3rd worlders.
I had to show them what I got after the threat of termination in my 6th month review. Which my officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends found out I was doing 3 cases per biweek on my 6th month evaluation via PALM, and demonlized me resulted in sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm (stabbed in the neck and cut across the throat) and an attempted rape and abduction.
A classmate from that part of the world give a glimpse into their world "a woman smarter than them is the equivalent of slapping them on the face". One must understand what it means to be slapped on the face. Arab Spring started by a police woman slapping a male street vender on the face.
Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani girl who was shot in the head by the Taliban last year for demanding education for girls.

I had nightmares days/weeks prior to my termination
Since I was working 24/7 in the Patent and Trademark Office, I took naps in my office. I was having nightmares all the time, I thought it was due to the sexual harassment and the hostile working environment.

My attacker most likely was using the video taken by Hung Havan
and Michele Choi with their Smartphone to identify me for the attack. Hung Havan and Michele Choi were set me up such I would come across as if I was checking Hung Havan up.
For example, Hung Havan would show me clips of his son on his smartphone placed on the desktop while he stood on the other end of the edge of the desk, someone such as his partner in crime Michele Choi would use her smartphone and recorded from afar as if I was checking Hung when he talked to me and I looked up, for the unsuspected simpleton eyes. Hung Havan and Michele Choi’s intention was to have every single lowlife to sexually harass, abuse and rape, to finally get me terminated; a woman who was outperforming them.
Had not been Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends, it would've taken Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen at least a year to incite enough people to get me fired.
Most of my coworkers in the Tech industry were forced to compete with me who could've been their Professor in college had my research funding wasn't cut. But the Tech industry doesn't like to promote women to management, nor engineers like to work under a woman manager, and so engineers were forced to compete with me that couldn't been their professor who they said I freaked them out, and there's no way in hell they could ever compete with me in merit. So to eliminate competition, they conducted a smear campaign against me by saying "no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc", the nefarious ones wanted me harm and killed. Managements don't really care as I am an Asian, and they don't get anything by helping me, also a way to eliminating future competition.

Feels like being raped in the trauma emergency room
After the attempted rape and abduction where I had my neck stabbed, I was sent to the trauma emergency room where I was stripped naked with a room full of people of about 10-20 people. Then the doctor turned me to one side, took one of my ankle and left up to his height and did the same to the other leg, and said "no penetration", as if I was some livestock.
After such horrific life experience of an attempted rape and abduction that resulted in a stabbedon the neck and cut across my throat that almost killed me, I had to endure more from the doctor in the trauma emergency room that feels like being gang raped.
Why would this allowed? The patient is already traumatized, and then traumatized more by the doctor?
I write this soon I got home from the hospital, but I felt so ashamed that this happened to me and couldn't post this, until now.

(CNN) -- Who is Ariel Castro?
Is he the affable guy who would wave to neighbors, talk with them about his Harley and the little girl he sometimes walked with? Is he a longtime bus driver who'd sometimes eat ribs with neighbors on the porch of his two-story home while listening to salsa music? Is he an upbeat man who loved music, impressing his bandmates with his talent and smile?
Or is Ariel Castro a cold-hearted abductor?
His Cleveland neighbors are trying to come to grips with the two personas -- the first, the Ariel Castro they thought they knew, the other, the one that authorities describe.
Police say Castro held three young women against their will for years in his home. Their captivity ended on Monday, when Amanda Berry -- who had been missing for a decade -- attracted the attention of a neighbor, who helped her, Georgina "Gina" DeJesus and Michelle Knight escape. A 6-year-old girl that police said is believed to be Berry's daughter also was freed.
A short time later, the 52-year-old Ariel Castro was arrested as were two of his brothers, Pedro and Onil Castro.
All three spent Tuesday night behind bars, but Ariel Castro's two brothers won't be charged, said Victor Perez, chief assistant prosecutor for the city of Cleveland. On Wednesday, Perez said authorities have found "no evidence" that Pedro and Onil Castro were complicit. Ariel Castro, however, faces charges on four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape, Perez said.
This week, Castro's neighbors were asking themselves not only who this man was but also whether they could have done anything to stop the horrors he is accused of.
One of them, Daniel Marti, has known Ariel Castro since junior high school and lived near him for about 22 years. He thought Castro was an "outgoing person, very nice guy."
But looking back -- like many of his neighbors -- Marti can't shake a few things. Like how Castro always seemed to lead him away from his house when they talked. Or how Castro would go to McDonald's most every day and bring back bags of food, all for a bachelor who everyone believed lived alone. Or about the child Castro sometimes went out with, brought back home, only to head out later without the girl, whom he'd left behind.
"So really he was fooling us," Marti said, convinced that Castro isn't the nice neighbor he'd thought. "He made a fool out of all of us."
Talked of children, grandchildren
Born in Puerto Rico, Ariel Castro moved to Ohio as a child, his uncle Julio Castro said.
About two decades ago, Marti recalled that Castro went through a messy breakup. In 1993, court records show that he was arrested on a domestic violence charge, which was later dropped.
Then, in 2005, he was accused of repeated abuse and domestic violence by his common-law wife, Grimilda Figueroa, according to court documents.
Figueroa accused Castro of several acts of domestic violence: two broken noses, broken ribs, a knocked-out tooth, a blood clot on the brain, and lacerations, court papers said. She also suffered two dislocated shoulders, once to each side, documents said.
Figueroa alleged Castro "threatened to kill" her and their daughters on three or four occasions in 2005, court papers said. Castro's relationship to Figueroa is listed as "father to children," but only two of Figueroa's three children -- both daughters -- have the Castro surname, court papers said. The other child is a boy.
Figueroa also accused Castro of frequently abducting their daughters and keeping them from her, documents said.
The court granted her an order of protection on August 29, 2005, the same day she filed the court documents. Figueroa asked the court to send Castro to batterer and substance abuse counseling.
But on November 23, 2005, the court set aside the protection order. A court official familiar with the case told CNN that the order couldn't have been dismissed without all parties agreeing to it.
After numerous court appearances by the wife where Castro did not show up, on the big day of the hearing, Castro and his lawyer were present but Figueroa's lawyer couldn't be present, the court official said. The parties decided she was at a disadvantage without him and ultimately the case was dismissed, the court official added.
Later, another of Ariel Castro's daughters, Emily Castro,was found guilty but mentally ill of cutting her 11-month-old daughter four times on the neck in April 2007. Emily Castro, 19 at the time, is now serving a 25-year sentence for attempted murder in an Indiana prison.
In recent years, Castro seemed to live alone, except for occasional visits by, among others, his two brothers.
The man who helped rescue Berry, Charles Ramsey, told reporters the suspect wasn't known around the neighborhood for anything exciting.
"We see this dude every day. I've been here a year. I barbecued with this dude. We eat ribs and listen to salsa music," Ramsey said.
Ariel Castro claimed that he had children, once dropping out of a gig claiming he had to help one move, said Tito DeJesus, a former bandmate who is not related to Georgina DeJesus but who knows her family.
He also had grandchildren -- at least five, he'd recently noted on Facebook.
A recent post on his Facebook page states, "Miracles really do happen. God is good."
Then there was the small child that Marti and others sometimes saw him with.
A neighbor, Israel Lugo, said he saw Castro at the park Sunday with a little girl and asked who she was.
"He said it was his girlfriend's daughter," Lugo told CNN. Police have not said if this girl was the same one who escaped with Berry from the house.
A musician and bus driver
Careerwise, Castro spent years as a bus driver, sometimes parking his bus outside his house for 45 minutes to an hour. But he lost that job in October 2012.
Documents from his disciplinary file -- obtained Tuesday by CNN from the Cleveland Metropolitan School District -- show that his firing followed four examples of what school officials called a "lack of judgment." They include leaving a child on a bus, making an illegal U-turn in rush hour traffic with a busload of students and using his bus to do grocery shopping.
Others knew Castro not as a neighbor or a bus driver, but as a musician.
Tito DeJesus, for example, described his former bandmate as a man who was a "great talent musically" and was often in high spirits, "always joking around, smiling, laughing."
About two years ago, DeJesus said he sold Castro a washer, dryer and other items and helped move them to his house.
His impressions of Castro's home were that it seemed "simple" and "normal," with nothing out of place beyond the instruments lying around suggesting a musician lived there.
"There was nothing that caught my eye," said DeJesus.
The former bandmate said, for all the years he knew him, he and Castro talked music but not much more.
"I've always known him to be a person who'd been alone," DeJesus said. "I never pried into his personal life."
Some neighbors suspicious
But is there anything that could, or should, have tipped neighbors and police off that Castro was hiding something?
It's not as if he had ever been convicted of any crime. Neither firefighters nor ambulances were called to his house, police say, and there were no building code violations or complaints.
Authorities say they went to his house twice. The first time was in 2000, when Ariel Castro himself called to report a fight outside. Four years later, police came to follow up on a report that he had left a child on his school bus at the depot. They found no criminal intent, Deputy Chief Ed Tomba of the Cleveland Police Department said.
One neighbor, Nina Samoylicz, said that one night two years ago, she and some friends saw a naked woman in Castro's backyard. They tried to speak to her, and a man told the woman to get down, she said.
Samoylicz said she called police but said they weren't taken seriously, and Castro erected tarps in his backyard a week or two later. But Sgt. Sammy Morris -- a police spokesman -- denied to CNN on Tuesday that any such call about a naked woman was made.
Neighbor Lugo said he heard yelling in the house in November 2011.
But Marti, who said he was always outside, didn't hear anything, not even a "pin drop around the house" in the decades he lived near Castro.
Reflecting back, though, Marti said Castro would start walking toward the street or the front of his house -- away from earshot of the young women -- when they talked.
"Now that I think of it, he didn't want nobody back there."

While some characterized Castro as upbeat and outgoing, his uncle described him as withdrawn.
The uncle, Julio Castro, said Ariel isolated himself from his extended family after his father died in 2004. The uncle lives just half a block from the house where the women were rescued but had not spoken to Ariel in years.
On Monday, he saw a commotion down the street and walked over there, where police told him about the rescue.
His first thought was that it was impossible that his nephew had anything to do with it. But, Julio Castro told CNN en Español, "perhaps, he was the type of person who was living two lives."
Marti also suspects, now, that there may have been more to Ariel Castro than what he'd believed.
As someone with grandchildren himself, who prided himself in being a good neighbor who watched out for others, Marti said that it hurts that he didn't notice the signs and act to help those three young women.
One of them, Georgina DeJesus, is the daughter of a friend he's known since the 1970s. For years, Marti said he prayed for her -- and finally his prayers were answered, just not how he ever envisioned.
"It breaks my heart that I couldn't have done anything for them girls," Marti said.
