The Silicon Valley are full of incels (think the Big Bang Theory), and lashing out on us women for decades. Why there are no women representation in the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry. Incels targeted attractive and/or successful women, while look down at women not in that category who incels called Normies. Just think what would happen to Penny if she is smarter then Sheldon, educated, accomplished, well-liked and worldly?
So the Internet and Tech in general are run by current and/or past incels with psychology profile as described by Southern Poverty Law Center, Anti-Defamation League, etc. As such, women and Americans of color will continue to be targeted in the Silicon Valley, tech and STEM.
These Silicon Valley/tech incels/bros, Patent and Trademark Office and Northern Virginia/Arlington, VA are used by Asian Operatives to crowd out Americans, mainly women and Americans of colors (Blacks, Hispanics, etc) based on Structural Discriminations.

I've been advocating for women to run for public office for decades.
I've also been advocating for Equal Rights and Opportunities for women/girls since college, when I was often the only woman in engineering classes or Physics such as Quantum Mechanics, an easy target such as when I was a Patent Examiner. At least in college, grades are based on exams and not what Asian males or 1st gen Asians said about me.
There were a few women in my computer classes, even in Artificial Intelligence class in the late 1980s.
I was an aspired transhumanist with the intention to build an Optical Computer in the 1980s .
Similarly, often the only woman engineer in the whole engineering dept in tech companies or the whole tech company.
