We weren't kill by gangs

When me and my siblings were in elementary school, my father brought life insurance enough to pay for our funeral as he figured we were either going to be killed by Asian gangs or joined an Asian gang and die.

This was how rampant Asian gangs were.

Asians had even less of a chance of making it then the African-Americans as we were discriminated by not just Caucasians, but the Hispanic and Latinos as well, and even by the African-Americans, too.

Additionally, me and my siblings were discriminated by the Asian community for being poor as we didn't even have enough to eat when we were young.  One of my Asian teachers and the Hispanic/Latino teachers took our free breakfast away, but another Asian teacher managed to keep our free lunch.  Needless to say the kinds of discriminations I had to endure since elementary school.  The worst is coming from Asians from Asia, the equivalent of the KKK/Nazi, or Islamic extremists toward educated and independent women.

Sounds like a Jackie Chan movie but this Chinatown underworld plot is real, cops say

The case against California State Sen. Leland Yee is not your run-of-the mill tale of political corruption.
It reads more like a Jackie Chan movie script. There’s the FBI agent posing as an Italian Mafioso in a karaoke bar, a bad-boy Chinatown gangster known as “Shrimp Boy” who’s supposedly on the straight and narrow, and a veteran politician trading political favors for campaign cash.

Sen. Yee, a high-profile gun control advocate was arrested Wednesday for corruption and weapons trafficking, along with political consultant Keith Jackson and Chinatown mob boss Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow.

In this image provided by Jen Siska, Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow, is seen posing for a portrait in San Francisco in July 2007. Investigators say Chow is the leader of one of the most powerful Asian gangs in North America. Chow's gang is said to have lured state Sen. Leland Yee into its clutches through money and campaign contributions in exchange for legislative help, as Yee sought to build his campaign coffers to run for California secretary of state. Chow became the “dragonhead” of Chee Kung Tong, a Freemason-like group and alleged criminal enterprise, in 2006 after its previous leader was killed in a murder that remains unsolved. Chow is also believed to be the leader of a San Francisco street gang called Hop Sing, the complaint said. Since he got out of jail in 2003, Chow has been a model citizen, working with troubled youth and earning accolades from the likes of U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

Or so it seemed. The criminal complaint made public Wednesday portrays Chow as a leader of Chinatown’s dark underworld, pulling strings and making introductions in international criminal circles, but never getting his own hands dirty.

“[L]ongtime observers of Chinatown’s underground crime world were not surprised to see him listed in the indictment,” the Los Angeles Times reported.

What started as an ordinary gang take-down turned into a political corruption investigation when Chow introduced an undercover FBI agent posing as a member of La Cosa Nostra to former San Francisco School Board member Keith Jackson, a political consultant and fundraiser for Sen. Yee.

Jackson knew how to get “inside deals” done,  Chow said.

Over the course of several years, Jackson’s dealings with undercover agents involved credit card fraud, drugs,  illegal arms deals, even murder for hire. In 2011, Jackson and Sen. Yee both hit up undercover agents for cash to fund the Senator’s mayoral bid, the complaint said.

After Yee lost the race he continued to seek funds from the undercover agents to retire his campaign debt and pay for his 2014 secretary of state campaign in exchange for political favors, including lobbying a state agency for contracts, setting up meetings between politicians and donors with businesses in need of influence, among other things.

Investigators also said Yee discussed helping the agents bring into the U.S. up to $2.5 million worth of weapons, including shoulder-fired missiles, from a Muslim separatist group in the Philippines. The San Francisco Chronicle has more details of  the alleged conversations.

In a coordinated pre-dawn raid on Wednesday, Yee, Jackson, Chow and a handful of others were taken into custody. The Associate Press has more details on the arrests and charges.

“Leland always told me to be careful about taking money from the family associations, because you never know where the money is coming from. This kind of flies in the face of what he has told me,”  Wayne Lee, a Yee protege who is mayor of the nearby suburb of Millbrae, told the AP. “He’s always been a champion for the downtrodden. I am hoping that he will be vindicated.”

On Thursday Yee withdrew from the race for secretary of state.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Yee and Jackson are no strangers to scandal. Here is a timeline of their past exploits.

Jimmy Carter rails against worldwide 'abuse of women and girls' in new book

Jimmy Carter is making a "call to action" over discrimination and violence against women, addressing issues from female genital mutilation to child marriage in a new book out in the US this week.
The 39th US president writes in A Call to Action of his belief that "the most serious and unaddressed worldwide challenge is the deprivation and abuse of women and girls", which he says is "largely caused by a false interpretation of carefully selected religious texts and a growing tolerance of violence and warfare, unfortunately following the example set during my lifetime by the United States".
Out tomorrow from Simon & Schuster in the US, the book is already drawing positive reviews: the Pittsburgh Post Gazette said that it "should not only be required reading in America, but should also serve as the template for a complete reinterpretation of the religious views behind our treatment of each other". The St Louis Post-Dispatch said it "reinforces [Carter's] dedication to wiping out injustice – and his ability to move others to join his cause".
Simon & Schuster said that Carter, who, with his wife Rosalynn, has visited 145 countries, his charity The Carter Centre active in more than half of them, was "encouraged to write this book by a wide coalition of leaders of all faiths". The book will see Carter point out "that women are treated more equally in some countries that are atheistic or where governments are strictly separated from religion".
"Around the world, [Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter] have seen inequality rising rapidly with each passing decade. This is true in both rich and poor countries, and among the citizens within them," said the publisher. "Carter draws upon his own experiences and the testimony of courageous women from all regions and all major religions to demonstrate that women around the world, more than half of all human beings, are being denied equal rights. This is an informed and passionate charge about a devastating effect on economic prosperity and unconscionable human suffering. It affects us all."
Speaking to the US's National Public Radio this weekend about his new book – the latest in a long literary career for the US president – Carter discussed how quotations from the Bible can be used to argue for both equality and the inferiority of women. "You can pick out individual verses throughout the Bible that show that the verse favours your particular preference, and the fact that the Catholic church, for instance, prohibits women from serving as priests or even deacons gives a kind of a permission to male people all over the world, that well, if God thinks that women are inferior, I'll treat them as inferiors. If she's my wife, I can abuse her with impunity, or if I'm an employer, I can pay my female employees less salary," he said.
In A Call to Action, he writes of how some selected scriptures are interpreted, "almost exclusively by powerful male leaders within the Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and other faiths, to proclaim the lower status of women and girls".
"This claim that women are inferior before God spreads to the secular world to justify gross and sustained acts of discrimination and violence against them," writes Carter.
As well as the "unconscionable human suffering" which he writes is "almost embarrassing to acknowledge", there is also "a devastating effect on economic prosperity caused by the loss of contributions of at least half the human beings on earth," writes Carter. "This is not just a women's issue. It is not confined to the poorest countries. It affects us all."
Carter is also the author of more than 20 books, including Palestine: Peace not Apartheid, and Our Endangered Values, subtitled America's Moral Crisis.

This new Chinese housemate said

"no one wanted you" while passing by outside of my room, just loud enough for me to hear it.

They all knew the antithesis is true, but they also knew that most people will believe anything anybody said, including top level management, regardless of the source such as these sociopaths.

People from Asia often do this to me such as an ex coworker Tuan Nguyen, also my officemate Hung Havan and Michele Choi as I listed them in my EEOC case.  It is a psychological torment.  Typical of passive-aggressive sociopathic behavior.  People who believed them in term helping them to torment their targets such as me.

DO NOT make sudden moves toward me

I would react as a threat and pepper spray you

So I was packing my grocery at the exit of Harris Teeter, this imbecile came over, make a sudden move toward me and stick his head close to me, I was startled and reach for the mace.  Luckily for him I stop.

I asked whether he wanted the cart I was using, he said "what was that?" as if he doesn't understand me, followed by a stupid laugh.

I figured it is one of those hillbilly imbecile never seen an Asian before and assumed the stereotypical of Asian doesn't speak English.  I just roll my eyes.  I just don't have the patience to deal with imbeciles like this anymore.

Strange white male

There was this Caucasian male in his 30-50 years old standing at the corner of S Joyce St and 16th St S at ~4pm, as if he was waiting for me, maybe stalking me?     I walked around him.

Over reacting toward me

I know there will be people over-react over what happened to me and label me as a "risky", as a way to elevated oneself to the position of importance.  To make oneself look important and knowledgeable, at my expense that would ruined my career and my life.

Again, that's why people keep to themselves for fear of being labelled a "risk".  I was also one that not to "rock the boat" so to speak, but now I have nothing to lose and may likely to be kill.

You are a disgrace to all the women before you

Those women management who terminated me, you DO NOT represent women in science and technology.

Everything's been said and done to me are textbook sexual harassment and discrimination.  As a woman, you are supposed to know that I had been repressed so that women like me have a fighting chance.

And, if the reason for my termination was, “she is a liability”.....I was the one being sexually harassed and abused because I am a woman,
while I worked 24/7 with accomplishments such as I may be the first woman to have airtight first patent case; and that I am a liability?  That means all women are a liability, also means you too, particularly those who have outstanding accomplishments.

This also happened in the Silicon Valley/Tech Industry where I was often the only woman in the whole engineering dept
with over 95+% of engineers were from 3rd world Asia where women are a 2nd class citizen. Many worked overtime to slander me while I worked 24/7 with outstanding accomplishments, and HR was mainly Caucasians.  That's why I am here in the DC metro.

Women being sexually harassed, and women are the one got
fired.  That's why we never said anything, until now, I have nothing to lose and may likely be killed.

People like me who excel in the job such as in the Patent and Trademark Office where I may be the first woman to have an airtight first patent case, are being targeted, and companies fired us as "high risk" because most people said "why are you the only one targeted?"  Therefore you are the problem even though I worked 24/7 and with accomplishments known to many supervisors and the Undersecretary, but the likes of Undersecretary and Tech talking heads keep saying they can't find qualified American candidates, and need more H1Bs as a form of cheap labor such they add more billion$ to their bank account; while women like me got our life ruined, psychologically tormented, homeless and likely be killed.

As always, if I compliant about a problem, I also provided a solution. I had given the tech industry solutions beginning in 2004, particularly to their tech labor shortage by established their presence in every corners of the world, also as a way to established market share all over the world. This not only lower their cost of labor, also solved the cultural difference and American companies have the pick of the best and the brightest in their homeland. Apparently most American companies did just that.

And NO, I am not the only one targeted, the African-American; the Jews; women in tech, Wall Street, military; the gay;, the lesbian; etc are all targeted.

Women (older women from Asia are especially vicious)
partake take in this partially out of jealousy; in my case also out of discrimination toward Asian.

This has also been an excuse for not to hire women since the dark age.  You are a disgrace to all the women who had to sacrifice themselves before you so you have a chance to make a mark for humanity.
You are a tool used by males to repress women.  Tools like you make my job so much tougher to fight for equal opportunity for women.

EEOC supervisor Clarence Thomas sexual harassed Anita Hill

U.S. Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas had made harassing sexual statements as her supervisor at theU.S. Department of Education and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.[3]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anita_Hill#cite_note-historical-3

I never expected anyone to help me. This is why.

 I grew-up in a hostile environment of NYC in the 1980s, and worked 3 jobs every summer since High School.  I had to take lots of horrified treatments as that's the type of environment I grew up in (nothing can ever compare to what the people from Asia had been doing to me since the late 1990s in the San Francisco Bay Area);

Also pushed me to get out of working in low level skill jobs via education.  Hence why I was pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics as well in Computer Science, and to be a Researcher/Scientist/professor.  Also aspirated me to change the world to be a better place to live.

I learned I can NOT rely on the kindness of strangers, and must self sufficient in every way.  I would be pretty messed-up if I expected others to help me or be kind to me.

What I over heard today in a Mall

"She is too hot for you Asians, that's why you want to ruin her so no one could have her, also a revenge for not dating you because you knew you have no chance"  The African-American dude then walked away from this what looks like a Fresh off the Boat 3rd World males in his 20s.  They don't seem to know each other.

I said YES!!  It is working.

There's also a bunch of High School males from Asia sitting in the Food Court that was staring in my direction, then look away when I look in their direction.  They are probably here to look at colleges.

I was afraid to leave my house after my termination

by the Patent and Trademark Office in August 2011 preciously because I was afraid of physical harms might done to me by the people who set me up for termination in the Patent and Trademark Office.

It is proven now what I was afraid of is now true by the slit of my throat.

My early Startup idea

As an engineer who was part of the 1990s Silicon Valley Startups, I had to apologize to anyone who said how difficult it was to use the computer. It was not intuitive for them. It was mainly designed for engineers. I did not have the opportunity to change this in the Tech industry and I apologized.

As such, I had a handheld computer design in mind as part of mine Startup since the early 2000s which I didn't have the opportunity to bring it to fruition (who's going to fund a woman startup that required expensive hardware and Operating System?). That idea is now manifested as the smartphone/Iphone and Tablet/IPad.

As an engineer, everything we do, all the electronics such as the smartphone, computer, Internet, everything..... it is to help people to make their life easier or solve a problem in mind. So, whenever I see people have problem using it, or have questions, I want to help.

In short, I want to wired everyone up like a techie  :-), as I said to some people I've helped recently.

For those who said they don't understand me

it is akin to a none-human primate saying s/he doesn't understand human

Not just the Asian transients have aversion

toward 2nd generation Americanized Asians, but this is true for other recent immigrants from Africa, Eastern Europe, South America, Middle East, etc., toward their Americanized 2nd generation as well.  Some Middle East fathers honored killed their daughter because she was dating a White boy or wants to live a life of a typical American teenager.  Even my father had discouraged me from going to college and vehemently against me pursuing a PhD.

This is from speaking with immigrants from other parts of the world.  They all understood when I told them what happened to me as a 2nd generation Asian, and that the new immigrants from Asia had been attacking me.  Another word, this is well understood phenomena amount immigrants of that some new immigrants' aversion toward Americanized 2nd generation.  Most of them just want to make money here and move back to their homeland, a transient.

It is more pronounced in my case because there is such overwhelming recent Asian immigrants where Americans have little to no understanding of their 3rd world culture, and only a few 2nd or later generation of Asians in America; while people from Asia using Social Media to spread their hates on their targets such as me.

Decoding the defamation of people from Asia

they don't have much of an imagination.  Therefore, one can easily tell what is behind their defamation, such as "no one wanted her; no one liked her, etc".  It is often the antithesis of the truth, meaning the person they targeted is very popular, well liked, and/or men/women are crazy about her/him.  They wanted the well-liked person to be shunned by everyone by saying "no one wanted her; no one liked her, etc", and the Americans promptly followed the people from Asia's order by shunning me, as well the Silicon Valley and the whole Tech industry.

The reason for targeted me was because they perceived me as Americanized as I typically well-received by none-Asians as well top level management wherever I go, except by rednecks/bigots.  Most Americans are very comfortable with me.

If I were to walk in Chinatown or anywhere where there are Asian immigrants, many started saying "no one wanted her; no one liked her, etc"

Another is that if they did something, they would accuse another person of such.  For example, if they steal something, they would accuse someone else of stealing.  If they check out a woman or to flatter themselves, they would accuse a woman of checking them out.

Anytime when someone confronts of what they did, they always use the tactic of acting dumb and evasion.  But on occasions, a few will tell you why they did what they did.  One said "because she is so extrordinary", another "she is so perfect".
