A typical American's view of China

it is so lack of facts that I don't even know where to begin.  It is as if this guy been reading a history book from an alter reality, Fox News or the twight light zone.

China was never touched by Turkey, arabs or Vietnam.

What do you think it would happen to a little China girl such as Michelle Wie (she's actually Korean, I believed) or Lucy Li with similar outstanding accomplishments in the Tech Industry?  What would the Americans or males from 3rd world Asian culture where women are a second class citizen, the same view point as many Americans see Asians, do to me?  The answer is they slit my throat.

An East/South East Asian guy in Giant food

working in the prepared food section that was helping a Caucasian guy in a wheelchair said in an accent to guy in the wheelchair  "no one wanted her; no one like her" around 5pm in 2901-11 South Glebe Road Arlington, VA 22206, after I passed them by.

The wheel chair guy said  "she is too American for you?".

Just saw over 5 people from Asia in the Bike shop

Rarely seen any Asians in the bike shop, now suddenly a whole bunch.  The words had gotten around in the Asian community as to where I am.  More will come and will try to do harm to me.  I am in danger again.

We should make all human anatomy public so less of this.  Of course, the internet is full of human parts on display in all forms, a simple (google) search would yield millions of images.  I don't understand why people need to check others out in secret.

In the space of 24 hours last week, two spectacular rescue operations were carried out in southern Germany.

Both involved men who had become trapped deep inside cave-like structures, and a large team working to set them free. But if explorer Johann Westhauser is expected to soon tell the world how he got trapped inside Germany's deepest cave, an anonymous exchange student might prefer to keep quiet about the story of how he got into a tight spot.

On Friday afternoon, a young American in Tübingen had to be rescued by 22 firefighters after getting trapped inside a giant sculpture of a vagina. The Chacán-Pi (Making Love) artwork by the Peruvian artist Fernando de la Jara has been outside TübingenUniversity's institute for microbiology and virology since 2001 and had previously mainly attracted juvenile sniggers rather than adventurous explorers.

According to De la Jara, the 32-ton sculpture made out of red Veronese marble is meant to signify "the gateway to the world".

Police confirmed that the firefighters turned midwives delivered the student "by hand and without the application of tools".

The mayor of Tübingen told the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper that he struggled to imagine how the accident could have happened, "even when considering the most extreme adolescent fantasies. To reward such a masterly achievement with the use of 22 firefighters almost pains my soul."

It seems the defamation of me got around Phoenix Bikes.

Why so many people from Asia lately in

Harris Teeter?

Because of this male from Asia started defaming me "no one wanted her; no one liked her, etc" last Monday when I did my grocery shopping, I shopped on Sunday instead,  I am surprised to find there are so many  people from Asia shopping in Harris Teeter.

This is a recent phenomena to see so many people from Asia shopping at Harris Teeter.  My experience has been that where ever I go, people from Asia would flock to the place I go to as if there is gold, for some reason.  The most poignant example was when I was rollerblaking in Central Park, Fremont, CA in the Summer of 2001.  All of a sudden, in a weekend, the whole park flooded with people from Asia speaking Mainland China Mandarin with a Bejing accent as if it was Chinese New Year in Chinatown.  One old man pulled down his pant zipper in front of me.  My ex ghetton Asian male coworker also came to do physcal harms to me.  I out ran him on a rollerblake, and he was a cripple. Many started having their kids learn to rollerblake after this.

Also, when they saw me ski, they all took up skiing.

How safe is it for me shopping in Harris Teeter?  Weeks before the slit of my throat on 6/1/2013, there were lots of Asians from Asia also start going to the same park I used to go, which I also posted in this blog.  I knew people from Asia already started defaming me months ago when there were 2 females from Asia  used their smartphone to take my picture and video me in Harris Teeter, one was an employee worked in the Ready Serve food counter right next to the flower dept at the entrance.

speak with a very heavy accent, keep following me, and I tried to avoid.  He then stood behind me while waiting for the self service check out line and said "no one like you, no one want you".

He then proceeded to tell other shoppers that "no one wanted her; no one liked her".

These males from Asia shared the same mentality as Elliot Rodger of the Santa Barbare massacre.  They all use the tool they know to inflict pain and their hatred onto others.  Americans use guns; people from Asia use defamation which gotten most American to help them to ruin my life, or beheading/decapitation to kill.

I am trying to not be seen by people from Asia as much as possible to avoid being targeted, having my throat slit, beheaded or decapitated; as typically, they attacked me as soon as they have seen me.  But to the simpleton's eye, this may seen as if I avoid them out of other reasons.  

The new tenant is a criminal

His parole officer left a note on our door.

The landlord agreed the homeless shelter to put people in this house without checking or stating any restrictions such as no drug, drug dealer, rapist, murders or any sort of criminal in this house.

I have no idea what this landlord is thinking, he is so typify men - only think of his own interests.   He put all our lives, including the neighbors' lives in danger.

This new housemate smelling me the 1st day we met, just like so with many other males.  I wonder if I smell bad, would I be safer?

I CAN NOT afford to pay to live in a safe building.  This is as good as it gets as the area is extremely safe near the Pentagon......until the landlord brought in a criminal.  Now he knows us, we don't know what is he going to do to us.  He wouldn't have been aware of us if we just pass on the street.

Security followed me in Harris Teeters

as if I am a thief, that I was going to steal grocery.

This is either discriminations toward me as a minority or that this is due to the defamation instigated by people from Asia, just like the sexual harassment, abuses, terminations as well the slit of my throat to kill me were all instigated by people from Asia and ghetto Asians.

Of course, I will sue Harris Teeter if I am being harassed.

I had to endure this kind of denigration all the time everywhere I went all due to the defamation instigated by people from Asia and ghetto Asians.

stand outside of our rooms and listen.  Caught him at least 3 times when I opened my door, he was standing outside of another housemate's door and listen.  He moved in around New Year

Synopsis of the EEOC case

The only mandate the Patent and Trademark Office has for over a decade been to clear the patent backlog. I am one of the few people in the world uniquely qualified for this Patent Class 703 position and proven over and over again since the first month on the job, and by having an apodictic first case as well met the stringent requirement of 3 patent cases per biweek from my supervisor Paul Rodriguez and Director Wendy Gerber, which was not required from my peers.

Male coworkers with lesser qualification that met the 3 cases per biweek with patent cases such as the looks and feels of icons on your cell phone were promoted, while I was set-up to be terminated. To ensure I couldn’t meet the demand, Paul Rodriguez and his co-conspirators deliberately put difficult and complex (PhD in STEM) COPA patent cases in my docket to ensure I couldn’t meet the stringent requirements of 3 cases per biweek, amount many other such dirty tactics. While under the duress of termination, I had to work nearly 24/7 to meet the demands. But I was terminated nevertheless despite I met all demands and then some. So the USPTO terminated women that could do the job.

After I filed an EEOC case against the Patent and Trademark Office, while applied for jobs, companies that initially expressed interests in hiring me called the USPTO, and were never call me back. One such company told me I was in the USPTO’s list of “will not hire back”, or to that effect.  

Worst, my Unemployment Insurance was cut abruptly soon after I filed the EEOC case against the Patent and Trademarks Office. 

The EEOC Administrative Judge (AJ) Nancy Graham of New Orleans ruled against me despite overwhelming evidence to support my case. AJ cited I resigned when clearly I was terminated with a termination letter and affidavits from all management sworn I did not resign. Such flagrant miscarriage of justice ruled by an EEOC kangaroo court, the whole system is rigged against women, and racism is still alive and well. 

People-from-Asia, who I had never met in my life, such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women instigated defamation the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office with classmates in the Training Academy. Classmates such as Shawn Joseph then spread to other Training Classes, where they spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office. Officemate Hung Havan and his friends Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her friends from India re-enforce and further the defamation. The USPTO employees and Tuan Nguyen's countrymen/women spread to their families, friends, neighbors and neighborhoods such as in Arlington, VA.  As the result, I can't secure a job while being sexually harassed, abused, physical harm, and rape threats that resulted in a failed attempt beheading (see pic) on 6/2013 by coworkers in the Patent and Trademark Office that was meant to kill me to make the EEOC case go away.

Despite after a failed attempt beheading on me, while still suffering PTSD from the wrongful termination, the Hospital, and later the Arlington Country Social Service applied for Disability for me, yet Arlington County said I am not qualified for Disability (2014), Medicare/Medicaid or any help, financially or otherwise, even though I paid into the system while employed like everyone else; while people that only speak Spanish and don’t speak English at all were qualified for Disability. This is the result of the USPTO using their influence to retaliate against me.
