This (these) guy(s) is/are from the Patent and Trademark Office and understood what it means to have an airtight first patent case in patent class 703 and doing 3 COPA cases per biweek consecutively on the 6th month review as a probationary examiner.
Sounds like these hillbillies live under a rock all their live.
