Move out or pay the consequence

Mona—

We have rented your room as of October 1, 2013.  You have had notice to move by September 30, 2013. 

If you find a place, we would be happy to help you move some of your things, and we can return your security deposit shortly afterwards.

If you are not moved out by September 30, substantial costs will accrue, including our having to pay for alternate quarters for the person who is renting the room, and we will file for possession immediately, which, per the terms of your lease, will add $250 plus court costs, plus rent for any time that you overstay, to any other charges that may be applicable.  This would all come out of your security deposit, and leave you with very little left.
