One woman makes it in STEM

Mildred Dresselhaus -"queen of carbon science".  While nearly 90+% of women outted from STEM fields, and an attempted beheading on me.  I am robbed of living a fulfilling life and my contribution to humanity because I am a woman, by males of the Tech industry who want me to know this is still a man's world.  I hope there is karma for you all.

She was born Mildred Spiewak on November 11, 1930 in Brooklyn.
Dresselhaus received her high school degree at Hunter College High School, undergraduate degree at Hunter College in New York, and carried out postgraduate study at the University of Cambridge on a Fulbright Fellowship and Harvard University. She received a PhD from the University of Chicago in 1958. She then spent two years at Cornell University as a postdoc before moving to Lincoln Lab as a staff member. She became a visiting professor of electrical engineering at MIT in 1967, became a tenured faculty member in 1968, and became a professor of physics in 1983. She was promoted to institute professor in 1985.[citation needed]
Dresselhaus was awarded the National Medal of Science in 1990 in recognition of her work on electronic properties of materials as well as expanding the opportunities of women in science and engineering.[3][4] and in 2005 she was awarded the 11th Annual Heinz Award in the category of Technology, the Economy and Employment.[5] In 2008 she was awarded the Oersted Medal.
In 2000–2001, she was the director of the Office of Science at the U.S. Department of Energy. From 2003-2008, she was the chair of the governing board of the American Institute of Physics. She also has served as president of the American Physical Society, president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and treasurer of the National Academy of Sciences. Dresselhaus has devoted a great deal of time to supporting efforts to promote increased participation of women in physics.
In a United States Department of Energy article of January 11, 2012, President Barack Obama announced that Mildred Dresselhaus is co-recipient of the Enrico Fermi Award, along with Burton Richter.[6] On May 31, 2012, Dresselhaus was awarded the Kavli Prize[1] "for her pioneering contributions to the study of phonons, electron-phonon interactions, and thermal transport in nanostructures."[7]
In 2010, Dresselhaus won the ACS Award for Encouraging Women into Careers in the Chemical Sciences.
In 2014, she was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.[8]

My friend was drugged and raped as well

just like Bill Cosby's women whom he drugged and raped.  She was a model/singer/actress/artist, and a very talent one.  Her raper was a photographer from the Middle East.

That had damaged her life tremendously, caused her boyfriend to break up with her, and he died in a car accident due to the rape as he loved her so much that he couldn't accept the rape and broke up. He was the only son out of 5 sisters.

Bill Cosby drugged and raped women seems to be prevalent in the entertainment business.

Van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’ bike path. Every bike path should look like this :)

The beautiful bike path that was inspired by Van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’

Designer Daan Roosegaarde and Dutch construction company Heijmans have teamed up again, this time delivering a solar-powered bike path.

The 600-meter route opened last week in Eindhoven, Netherlands. It’s a follow-up to the glowing highway the team built outside the Dutch city of Oss. Both charge in the daytime and glow at night. The bike path is launching now as an early start to celebrating the 125th anniversary of painter Vincent van Gogh’s death, which falls on July 29, 2015.

The project, which was funded in part by the local and provincial governments, received an investment of  $875,000. The path may be a selling point for tourists interested in visiting the region to explore the painter’s roots. Van Gogh painted his first masterpiece, “The Potato Eaters,” in nearby Nuenen.

Just shut the fcuk up.

This is the only time I use foul language.

Anything anyone said about me will be used against me, by people from Asia and people with issues.  Do you think you can handle the people from Asia and anyone with issues want to ruin my life and see me dead???  Or wise enough???  You don't love me.  You have absolutely no concern for my well-being.  Talk is cheap as far as I am concern.   Just shut up and stay away from me, just like I am staying away from you.  I am sick and tire of hearing this.  It's been like this since college, where one Adjunct Professor attempted to give me an F if I didn't comply.  Luckily I had a powerful Mentor/Advisor at the time.  Another Professor, a Physics Professor insisted I must attend his funeral after his suicide.  Do you know what that would do to a young mind?

Otherwise, not only this going to kill you, but your stupidity will take me with you.  It is clear that once you believed in the defamation of me, and acted on the defamation, you are helping to condemn me such I would suffer to the point where I lost all hopes and kill myself, as why people from Asia and people with issues defamed me relentlessly everywhere I went.

These people from Asia shared the same view as ISIS and North Korea toward Americans, and I am their effigy of Americans, hence they hated me as soon as they see me and the attempted beheading of me.

The males making a declaration of "in love with me" will only beget more attacks on me, particularly by people from Asia, as its been like this since I started working in the Tech industry in the early 1990s where I was often the only woman in the whole engineering department.  And I am NOT flattered by this, but to prepare for more attacks, physical harm, raped and killed if the males are hated, have an enemy(ies) and/or have a protégé(s).  Usually, their protégés were the one actively went around defaming me to harm me and to get me fired.  Additionally, by making such declaration, the males are essentially saying that "she is mine" so that other males wouldn't have a chance; and as a woman, I am an easy target then the males to tear apart as they are told they can't have it.   If you don't see this, you really shouldn't be anywhere near me.

Noticed how none of these males ever consider whether I have any interested in them.  They think once they make such declaration, I belong to him.  This is also how other males see it and why they wanted to tear me apart so other males can't have it either.

Women partake in harming me and make me suffer out of the obvious jealousy, but some also in love with the males who make such declaration toward me.

Again, if you don't have the sense of keeping your mouth shut, do you think you should be anywhere near me???!!

Oh, yeah, all these males make such declaration of "in love with me" that resulted in the ruin of everything that took my whole life to build, and then just leave me chase by the zombies/hyena of people from Asia and people with issues.  Some males believed what the people from Asia told them such as I was pregnant and fired me.  As soon as people from Asia learned these males were in love with me, people from Asia started telling them "she's a party girl; she's a gold-digger; she dates different men every day; she's pregnant; she already has a boyfriend; she's a slut; etc."

People with issues are racism, bigotry, hatreds, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc), but mostly the oppression of women.

Many of the White kids knew what the Hispanic

kids are up to, and asked Noe why did he do that to me?  Meaning the slandering of me.  If you don't know, it is racism.  Hispanic/Latinos been discriminated against Asians long before I was in elementary school.  It is the same sentiment as Nazi toward the Jewish people.  Asians tend to do very well in school.  Worse was when I was in Junior High School in NYC where 80+% were Hispanic/Latino, where there were only about 10 Asians in the whole Junior High School.  I was bullied relentlessly by the Hispanic/Latino kids.  Two girls used pin needles to stab us.  I just hoped that it wasn't HIV infected.  They were particularly nasty to 2 new girls just arrived here from Asia.  I helped these 2 new girls in many ways as they don't speak the language and new to America, also reported the bullying.  But instead,  the 2 new girls turn around and bullied me.

2 of my best friends in Junior High were Hispanic/Latino.

Teachers in my Junior High School couldn't teach because the kids were so disruptive.  The Principle basically gave up.  I didn't learn anything, and had to change school.  I had to teach myself to write.

Most American kids in K-12 today are experiencing what the I experienced when I was in Junior School in NYC.  Let just say America is going to be just like South America.

When I was in the Silicon Valley, I tried to help the new arrivals from Asia as well, and they were the one that actively slandered me meant to ruin my life.  I volunteer in Phoenix Bikes to help the disadvantaged kids like myself, and the likes of Noe and Ever slandered me, while 99.99% were great kids and deserved a chance.   One rotten apple ruined the whole basket.  No good deem goes unpunished.

Something disturbing

Eileen (Caucasian woman in her 50s/60s that had wasted her youth, with a hidden mean streak) said something that is rather disturbing on her way out yesterday. She said “don't steal anything”. This is rather racist.

She could have said anything if she attempted to be funny, but “stealing”?? I am rather perplexed as to what made her say such thing? She has shown certain resentment toward me during the orientation already.

This is extremely insulting, particularly when I am a volunteer supporting a cause I believed in.

This is a new volunteer opportunity to refurbish computers.  I also volunteer to be an outreach for computer donations.

New roles and old ideas about women in China

5. New roles and old ideas about women.

Ironically, even though there are far fewer women than men in China, lingering sexism and traditional views of women mean that older, more educated and more professionally successful women can have trouble finding partners. Chinese give a harsh name to educated women who are older than 27 and still unmarried: shengnu, or "leftover women."

The hurtful label has prompted something of a backlash – like in the video below, where a group of women who call themselves “the Golden Leftover Girls” parody an older Chinese song in which a man asks for love even though he doesn’t have a house or car. The tone is similar to Destiny’s Child’s “Independent Women,” except with even more rampant materialism.
“Do you have a house or a car? My mom also wants to know, how much do you have in your savings accounts?" they sing. "Brother Poor, you just have a shabby BMW... If you are less superior than me, don't depend on me. I am not your mom!"

Operation Manager for a non-profit

I applied after Kathy sent me the description of the job.  Kathy told me about the position after I told her I had ran multimillion dollars bleeding edge tech projects while we were talking about soliciting for computer donation which I volunteered for.  They are in desperate need of someone to help run the place toward the end of the year and the move.

Today,  Kathy told me the job function required negotiation of lease for a new site, which is already  done and is ready  to move in mid 2015.  She then said something about getting student enrollment, etc.  There are 3 highly qualified candidates with extensive non-profit experiences, one had moved 3 times.  The Salary is at 40K/year.  She said I don't have the qualifications.  This would be akin to someone won the Superbowl on the first season as a quarterback and a coach that formed the team, but not qualified to coach a High School team.  I suspect something else is going on, such as defamation, like every job I interviewed.

An Asian old woman berated me as soon as she saw me

where I volunteer to refurbish computer.

This Asian woman in her 60s/70s/80s speaking pidgin English was extremely hostile toward me as soon as she saw me as if I am her slave servant from the old days, very abusive.  She is also a volunteer. I freaked out when she unplugged the power cord from a computer without even power down the computer, but I didn't say anything, while she acts like a know-it-all guru.

Most people from Asia hidden this part of them, and only shown it toward people like me.  But she was ordering people around and extremely hostile toward others in the lab as well.

I would not be surprised if she started defaming me after I left to get everyone to abuse me as well; then fired if this was a job not a volunteer.

I ran into a few of these old women from Asia, they were some of the most vicious ones, alone with old males from Bejing.

Again, most people from Asia are from an old world and a 3rd world.

This is a new volunteering opportunity to refurbish computers.

This reminds me of an incident when I just moved to Arlington, VA and went to a Shoppers grocery store for the 1st time in Seven Corners.   As soon as I walked in, 2 Asian women speaking pidgin English started telling an African-American woman next to them that "no one wanted her; no one like her; etc".  I blogged this in 2012/2013.

Similarly, people from Asia spread vicious rumors against me as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley.  Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women slandered me the first month I started my job in the Patent and Trademark Office, as well everywhere I went in the DC metro, particularly in Arlington and Alexandria, VA.  And now the slit of my throat, an failed attempt beheading meant to kill me.

Why do these middle age/old age women who I had never met in my life, hated me so much?  This also happened in the Silicon Valley as well.

It seems that these people from Asia berated people at the drop of the hat.  Even one of my managers - Ynjiun Wang with a PhD did that.

My then manager Ynjiun-Wang screamed and yelled every time when the project (mainly me as I was the only person running the emulation project where I was the Quarterback and the Coach) ran into a speed bump or find a bug, which was one the main reasons why the company paid million$ to do emulation. I don't think Ynjiun Wang had ever worked a day in his life prior to graduation, typical of kids from Asia who could afford an education. In one occasion, he berated me for 5 days every morning instead of helping me to solve the problem, the whole company heard it, and the CEO couldn't stand it any longer and had to intervene. On my last day, Ynjiun Wang kept looking at his own crotch, so that I would look at it too, ewwww (so sick). This is pretty typical behavior of these engineers from Asia. I had to endure relentless sexual harassment as the only woman hardware engineer.

She has “too perfect” of an image

Anne Hathaway is fighting an impossible battle against her haters. It’s not worth her time.

November 7 at 12:12 PM

Oh, the case of poor Anne Hathaway. The Oscar-winning actress has received an avalanche of bad press over the last couple of years for that most polarizing kind of offense: Being herself.

She’s the kind of celebrity that inexplicably bugs people. She has “too perfect” of an image; a sunny personality that must be fake; a tendency to take herself very seriously. Things really heated up during the 2013 awards season when Hathaway took home many well-earned trophies for her role in “Les Miserables.” But to many, she came off as smug and self-important through the entire process. So despite winning awards, her reputation ended up being greatly damaged instead of enhanced.

Now, Hathaway’s back in the news as she makes the press rounds for the much-anticipated Christopher Nolan film, “Interstellar,” co-starring Matthew McConaughey and Jessica Chastain. In the process, she’s addressed and defended her image, talking candidly about how people’s cruel comments have affected her self-esteem. It’s easy to feel sympathetic, but also tough to watch because she’s fighting a losing battle: When it comes to public perception of celebrities, it is extraordinarily difficult to change people’s minds.

In a cover story for Harper’s Bazaar, Hathaway took a defensive tactic, running down all of the moments people didn’t like. Viewers thought she was being “inauthentic” during her grandiose acceptance speech for Best Actress at the 2013 Golden Globes; Hathaway acknowledges the speech was awkward but only because “I couldn’t tie this moment to what I really wanted to say.”
People also felt it was tacky when on the same night as the entire “Les Mis” cast accepted the Best Musical award, Hathaway grabbed the microphone first to thank one additional person; turns out, that person was her manager of 15 years who was fighting cancer.

Hathaway also defended her Oscar night decision to switch to a Prada gown, which caused a minor controversy when she backed out of wearing a dress by Valentino, a close friend. (She found out last minute that co-star Amanda Seyfried would be wearing a similar gown.)

To the people that already don’t like Hathaway, her excuses still might not be enough. In the article she talks about stumbling across a story online titled something like “Why does everyone hate Anne Hathaway?”

She told Harper’s that finding that story felt like being “Punched in the gutShocked and slapped and embarrassed. Even now I can feel the shame.” Hathaway added that her reputation started to cost her roles in movies since directors didn’t like her public image.

Beyond how her reputation affected her professional life, Hathaway expanded on the emotional consequences Thursday in an interview on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show. DeGeneres asked how Hathaway deals with all the criticism, which amounts to “cyber-bullying.”

Hathaway paused for a long time before answering. “Well, I listened at first. And I couldn’t help it, you know? You try to shut it off and I couldn’t. And then I realized that why I couldn’t was I had not learned to love myself yet,” she explained. “I hadn’t gotten there. And if you don’t love yourself when someone else says horrible things to you, part of you is always going to believe them.”
She continued, saying she just wanted to figure out who she was and not feel dependent on what other people thought. “And it’s been a really cool great journey,” she explained. “I feel like I’ve arrived in a place where, you know, maybe not every minute of every day, but way more than I used to, I have a tremendous about love and compassion for everyone else. And best of all I have it for myself, which I never enjoyed before.”

The audience burst into loud applause, and DeGeneres commended her attitude as well.
If only it were that simple. While it’s a great answer and she sounds genuine, Hathaway shouldn’t bother addressing the haters with such a calm, mature attitude. Being reasonable is ultimately useless. The viewing public is strange — generally, the greater online audience tends to decide that they’re going to dislike someone until they’re good and ready to stop.

Also, Hathaway has already found the most valuable way to get back on people’s good side: Focus on what she’s undeniably good at, which is acting. She told Harper’s she started getting back in Hollywood’s good graces once Nolan cast her in “Interstellar,” which shows that the best way to shut everyone up is to prove it it doesn’t really matter what snarky Twitter users think — she’s still going to get roles because she’s talented.

Hopefully after this press tour, Hathaway will make these self-defense explanations a thing of the past. Because if there’s one thing everyone has learned, trying to convince angry Internet commenters they’re wrong is just a losing battle.

"Don't know what to make of her" in a WASP society

for a Chinese-American and a woman grew up in NYC, Greenwich Village specifically, nearly all Americans had never seen anyone like me, not even on TV or movies.

Often Americans expected Asian to be shy, timid and speak Pidgin English.  You know, the old China man image or Suzie Wong at best.

Well, today, the 2nd, 3rd, etc generation Chinese-Americans are far different than the old days.  In the old days, my uncles and great uncles weren't hire for any office jobs, not even if they went to an Ivy league college.  My extended families been in the US since the 1800s, and had uncles and great uncles served in WWII and the Vietname War, amount other services.

And then you have people from Asia that is akin to the Islamic Extremist toward women.

So a friend loaned me $100 for grocery

as I didn't want to use my credit card in this supermarket call Star Food, because I don't know this place at all.   I don't usually carry cash around because I don't like touching it.  You just don't know where it's been, amount many other reasons, but mostly because of security.  If I got robbed, I can easily cancel my credit cards.

I just hope that people are NOT going to think, “she got money”.  I went to shop there because some groceries are cheaper.

This little bike shop is a microcosm of

how I've targeted by the Science and Tech field, where the boys/males said "she doesn't know anything" is taken at face value by typical white males, and Asian women still seem as if we are still in the Suzie Wong Era.

So even though I had given Henry and Edorado my blog (http://eeoccase.blogspot.com/) soon after I joined the bike shop to make them aware of my situation, they had no interest of reading my blog.  I also had given nearly everyone in the bike such as Ever, Stephen, Noe, etc my blog such they wouldn't participate in the slandering of me.  But instead, they used the knowledge to further the slanders of "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" as they are using the same tactic of defamation from my blog.

Here, Stephen (lead), Ever, and Noe are the one that is playing the role of  Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Tuan Nyugen and his countrymen/women (lead), Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends from India from the USPTO, or the People from Asia with current and past H1Bs as lead in the Silicon Valley.

Stephen was saying to one of the kids Saturday "I couldn't believe is so easy to ruin a woman's life" while he was standing behind the cash register, I was on my way out.

Stephen has full control of everybody in this little shop.  He knows how to push everyone's button from Henry, Edorado to Evelyn, except Paul, Jeremy and me.

This white old male of 80+ something that plays tennis

next to the bike shop, while talking to me, he pulled his pant up and around meant to show his male sex organ, aka pee pee, just like other white old males I mentioned. These are not younglings!!!! Do they do this to every woman they talked to??? Why would these people do this??? They always make me sick to my stomach. I am going to video this and put it up on the web one of these days.

More sexual harassment toward me.   You see why I need a man as much as I need a disease?  This been happening since college, even from some Professors that threatened to give me a F; luckily I had a powerful Advisor at the time.  I am still deeply disturbed by a suicide professor who asked I must attend his funeral.  In corporate America, when I refused the advancement of the male engineers/coworkers, those were not in the position to fired me, defamed me instead; and since I was often the only woman in the whole engineering department where women are a second class citizen in the Science and Tech field, it was easy to ruin me, and now the beheading.

Noe told his friends who are also on the Youth

program to tell people  "no one liked her, and no one wanted here".  Also said "she doesn't know anything, or don't know how to fix bikes" when I've been fixing bikes for months.  This is coming from a kid never heard of Harvard.  I learned from Youtude.com, which I also told Noe where I learned if I didn't know.  This most likely the directive from Stephen or Ever.  Noe himself wouldn't do this.  Stephen also said inflammatory things to get other kids  NOT to like me.  He made no effort to guide or inspire the kids.  He used the kids like tools, and abused them as kids don't realize that was abusive, and didn't know who to report to.

People from Asia did this to me the 1st month we started the job in the Patent and Trademark Office; mainly, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends from India that resulted in my termination, sexual harassment, abuses, physical harm and rape threats that resulted in an attempted beheading meant to kill me such the EEOC case would go away.

All of them use the pretext of "she is too smart" to cover up their racism, sexism, bigotry and hatreds, which is illegal and is abhorred by society.  They knew people, particularly those from Asia, had gotten away using this pretext, so people with nefarious intention will continue to use this on girls/women as a way to keep women down, in place of "bitch" as people now aware such term meant to keep women down.

Any male with a protégé should stay away from me

or else I will pepper-spray you.

Imbeciles like you should NOT even mention my name, or else I will sue you for defamation.
