Mistaken "hot" as "floozy"
"Hot" is today's slang for appealing/well-liked, but some old timers may have interpreted as "floozy". Just as some new immigrants interpreted "fresh" as "lascivious, raunchy or lewd", instead of "new or different".
There is a generation gap here somewhere, we have communication problems, and it is not because I am Chinese. I talked like a typical Silicon Valley geek.
I hoped I wasn't punished by the Agency because of these unwanted attention. Or mistaken "hot", today's slang for well-liked as "floozy". I dressed in T-shirt and a vest most of the time during the summer at work. I am from the Silicon Valley after all.
I have this inkling suspicion it had something to do with my termination.
I saw this 6 ft tall, short hair, Caucasian woman, possibly in some sort of top level management position, talking with Dwin Craig and PETER D COUGHLAN a month or so before my termination. Both weren't very friendly toward me and both had asked me whether I am married or not when we first met. Dwin Craig has been listening to Hung Havan and his cabal's defamation of me near his office for months now. Dwin Craig and/or Paul Rodriguez tried to fired them at one point when they were in AU2123, and Hung Havan had just barely escaped termination from AU2128 because of helps from his frienemy Bill (Susanne Lo's boyfriend).
When Hung Havan told Susanne Lo I was going to be married with her boyfriend Bill, whom Dwin Craig had held a grudge against. Dwin Craig turned against me and repeated what he heard from Hung Havan and his cabal to this top level management woman and other managements such as Zachery Clifton, SPEs, as well Ms. Garber and Mr. Rodriguez.
Again, I worked nearly 24/7 evidenced by my computer log time and accomplishments; while we see Susanne Lo and her boyfriend Bill went home together all the time. Sometimes they would stop in our office to talk to Hung Havan. They normally ignored me, I was a neophyte after all. I had my headphone on all the time and had been threatened by Mr. Rodriguez and Ms. Garber with termination if I didn't meet the 3 cases per biweek. I told Hung Havan I was setup to be terminated soon after I received the June 2011 meeting from Mr. Rodriguez with the Director -Ms. Garber, to seek remedy as he has been at the verge of termination for years. Nothing was given.
Don't forget Nathan Hillery also has access to management as a Union Representative who started these defamations of me for months now, and had elbowed me on the chest around May/June 2011.
Michele Choi went around actively defaming me everywhere , in particular RND 4th and 5th floor. She also elbowed me on the chest after she looted my office supply on my last day. She and Hung Havan set me up using their Smartphone such I would come across as if I was checking him out to incite sexual harassment, abuses, termination and rape, which this video also shown to management. I now carried a pepper spray with me at all time and may have to get a gun which I am against all my life.
When I went to the cafeteria with her, the people there warned me about not to get involved with Michele Choi. As someone who's been under a smear campaign since I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and now in DC, I thought she's probably being targeted as well. As I observed her action over time, she slandered everybody she knows, undeservingly, from Erica to Bill (Susanne Lo's boyfriend) who's been helping her.
Action speaks louder than words. People can say whatever they want, but the truth lies in the person's action.
I also talked to everybody, as Michele Choi would have told you that.
Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen been defaming me since the first month on the job, which then promulgated by Shawn Joseph to other Training Classes , where they spread to their Art Units, and so on.
So that's why Mr. Rodriguez said my termination was from management, with a baffling look on his face which he tried hard not to show. Typical course of action would be to transfer me out of AU2123 of Mr. Rodriguez's Unit when he set up Asian and/or women to transfer out of his Unit as he did with me. But instead, he actively partook in maligning me to prevent me from transferring to other AU, to ensure my termination.
Before my termination decision finalized, Ms. Garber and Mr. Clifton confirmed what they heard with Hung Havan, that sealed my faith.
Keep in mind that during this time, I worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time and accomplishments to support my claim.
Megalomaniac and sociopath such as Hung Havan wanted to prove he is smarter than everyone, and more powerful than management. But that's just one reason amount many for Hung Havan did what he did,; he has many demons in him, just as his cabal. If you see the hatreds Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery and Hung Havan shown on their face toward their frienemy Bill (Susanne Lo's boyfriend) who helped them one way or another, you would think their frienemy Bill had killed their family. As a note, Bill (Susanne Lo's boyfrined) was going through a full blown mid life crisis at the time. Sociopaths such those could do some major damages.
How many frienemies do you have, particularly if you are in management? Hung Havan found out via PALM a woman such as I was doing 3 cases per biweek right after my 6th month review (6/2011), and make me a target since.

Managements were either demoted or fired due to Hung Havan and his cabal
Hung Havan's cabal - Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends; in addition to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen.
Did Nathan Hillery promote to management to replace the demoted management yet? Zachary Clifton's old position perhaps?
It is indicative and scary of how a few nefarious individuals had such power of control over a large U.S. Government institution and surroundings of the U.S. Capital.
They have shown capable of doing harm to managements by indirectly influenced their demotion and termination. Most had worked for decades to get the promotion. Managements were demoted or terminated partially due to wrongful termination of me because they were misled; while some of them are either promoted or still have a job after all they've done. One saw me in the USPTO campus after my termination and laughed so hard he couldn't stand up straight saying "I can't believe those idiots really fired her".
These people are lawsuits waiting to happen.
Which management will they target next?
Can you afford to have your reputation ruined and terminated as they did to me even with the kinds of accomplishments I had and worked nearly 24/7?
Also, large number of Tuan Nguyen's countrymen have been hired and promoted in the Patent and Trademark Office after my termination, with less qualifications. Much like the Tech industry/Silicon Valley, while people couldn't wrap their heads around emulation, were hired by their countrymen. I am one of the few, if not the only one could run emulation projects on time and within budget back then, but was not hired. While Tech CEOs push for more H1Bs because they couldn't find qualified American candidates.
Companies were taken hostage as they couldn't do anything about such practices due to the whole emulation team was either Indians, Vietnamese or Chinese, even though their success rate of emulation projects was low; and I had a proven track record of succeeding. In response to my successes, "too bad she is a woman". They also changed "she is the only person could run emulation projects" to "she is the only woman doing emulation". Typical peer sentiment was, "she freaks me out". Other management were either clueless or didn't want a woman working under them.
If I am a male, I would be very successful in the Tech industry.
As a note, most of these engineers would've been my students had my research funding wasn't cut. They were forced to compete with someone could've been their Professor due to discrimination toward promoting women, particularly to management positions.
If I was hired, they would slander, sexually harass and abuse me until I either resigned or fired; the same treatment I got in the USPTO.
In one of the 10+ Intel interviews (I get frequent flyer mileage flying from NYC to the West Coast), almost all speak with a heavy Indian accent, one with a heavy Indian accent told me with a smirk "Emulation projects moved to India now". All it took was for them to say they don't like me to justify for not hiring me. No one even bother to ask why or look at my qualifications, kind of like being terminated by the USPTO.
If these were Caucasians as opposed to Asians, would it be easier to see discrimination?
And yes, discrimination is still alive and well in America. It never went away as I have experienced it since elementary school; only now it is not just practiced by Caucasians, but by all ethnic groups.
I've also been discriminated by Chinese as well, my so called "countrymen", mostly by those arrived in America in less than 10 years, uniquely Silicon Valley phenomena where the engineering department consisted of mostly recent immigrants from Asia. Some refused to talk to women. In interviews, some just sit there without saying a word while I tried to get them to talk, then just walked out and told their manager they don't like me. One of their white dude manager just stood there completely bewildered while keep looking at my resume, looked at me and looked at this Indian engineer. Indian managers knew exactly what was going on.
They said they don't understand me. Equally, it took me years to understand them, a little.
Most of these people were still dressed by their Mom every morning. Some acted like a frighten children probably because they had never left home, and now on their own in a strange land of an evil empire (America). They thought they were the only one discriminated against, not realizing is a common practiced, which is understood by Asian-Americans either grew up here or been here for a long time.
When I was in the Silicon Valley, they told me to go home; they knew I was from NYC. Meaning from their perspective, I am an effigy of Americans; in the same vein as the bombing of the World Trade Center, or the shooting in the Sheikh temple mistaken as Muslim. I am also perceived as an Americanized Chinese, which is akin to a traitor. They use the Internet/Smartphone to do harm, while Americans build Apps for the Internet/Smartphone and become billionaires. A tale tell sign of the mentality of people.
I was targeted as soon I arrived in the Silicon Valley, just as I was targeted by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen the first month on the job in the Training Academy. I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats by Asian gangs. I am under raped threats here in Arlington, VA.
Many of those participated in slandered and maligned me in the Silicon Valley are now management in the likes of Google, Facebook, Apple, Intel, etc, and some in top level management. Some had joined the likes of google before IPO while kept me out of being hired with defamation, which means they are now worth 100s of millions. I can't secured a job because of all the defamations, and will be going homeless soon.
So why are those who caused the demotion and termination of management are not terminated? It is mind boggling sometimes, the Agency conscientiously selects the lowest common denominator to work at the Agency, and to ensure the Agency infected with the lowest common denominator; such cesspool.

I wondered if this is the culture here?
A few guys had asked me whether I am married, soon I moved into the office. One even said "early bird catches the worm". Hmmm, I wondered what he meant by that.......
The first time a guy asked me, I thought that was rude. Now after a few other guys had asked me, I wondered if this is the culture here in the Agency or the DC metro?
I found these guys to be very scary, they seem to be so desperate to find a woman and/or that an Asian woman is an easy target, they are liable to do anything if they don’t get what they want.
I hoped I wasn't punished by the Agency (Asian women are easy targets?) because of these unwanted attention. It is not my fault to get these unwanted attentions, and I've been getting this for a long time. After all, I stay low key, not be seen and worked nearly 24/7. When people such as a bus driver in Alexandria said "I had never seen anyone so hot before"; what do you want me to do, tell them to shut up? People had said worse things to me, such as indecent proposals. I am used to it. I also think beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
If I married every guy who had asked me to marry him, I would've married over a dozen times.
And for those indecent proposals, my price was $1 Billion dollars in 1999-2003.
Oh, btw, I don't cook or clean, but I can build a multi million dollar lab and established emulation capability for the company.
And then the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started slandering me as soon as they see me. Just the antithesis of those guys above. Why such diverse reaction between people from different cultures?
A little background on me:
I had worked 3 jobs every summer since H.S. under extreme discriminatory environment toward Asians; even in the Greenwich Village of NYC where I worked and grew up. Wall Street was the worst of it all (that's why I never wanted to work there); but child's play compared to the Silicon Valley where I worked with mostly people from Asia. I was sexually harassed and abused on a daily basis; much worse than when I was working at the USPTO.
I was discriminated against since elementary school, even by Asian students who had shunned me, (partially because we were so poor, we didn't even have enough to eat; also like Europe, they also discriminated against each others such as Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc., all discriminated against each other; and then there were gangs, etc. I learned this in the Silicon Valley by working with them. It was so complicated). An Asian teacher didn't teach me to write due to her discrimination toward me. I had fallen behind since. I had to teach myself to write.
I was fired in one of the Summer job in High School because a security guard didn't like Asian. I knew then I had to go into a field where I had a competitive advantage. I was looking into becoming a doctor, lawyer, MBA, etc., but I enjoyed engineering the most. I believed Jewish people had a similar revelation as they are well represented in those fields.
I put myself through college. I was aspired to be a scientist/researcher/Professor in college, to change the world and make the world a better place to live; that's why I was pursuing a PhD.
At least 2 Engineering Professors told me women are not wired to think technically, and that I shouldn't go into the engineering.
You see why I had to keep low key and not be seen?

My EEOC case, the AJ ruled against me

as an Administrative Judege, AJ Nancy Graham of New Orleans should be impartial, yet
AJ Nancy Grahem ruled that
I resigned from the job when I was terminated with a termination

If you are Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian or any nationality, they would say "Ms. Chu doesn't like Chinese/Vietnamese/Indian/any nationality". If you are an American, "Ms. Chu is a racist". If you hated Japanese, Korean, etc., they would say "Ms. Chu is Japanese, Korean, etc." If you hated American , "she thinks she is an American".
If you hated homosexual, "she is a dyke; she is a lesbian". In some cultures, they killed for this reason. Of course, many are murdered in America because they are gay or lesbian.
To incite sexual harassment and rape, "she needs a man; she likes to check men out; etc.". I need a man as much as I need a disease. Men were the reason that my life is ruined. For Hung Havan and Michele Choi to enforce the notion of I checked men out as a way to further the sexual harassment, abuses, termination and rape toward me, they set me up such I come across as if I was checking him up. For example, he would show me clips of his son on his smartphone placed on the desktop while he stood on the other end of the edge of the desk, someone such as his partner in crime Michele Choi would use her smartphone and recorded from afar as if I was checking Hung when he talked to me and I looked up.....for the unsuspected simpleton eyes. Hung Havan and Michele Choi’s intention was to have every single lowlife to sexually harass and abuse me, and to finally get me terminated and raped. This same guy -Hung Havan, used force to stop me from saying goodbye to co-workers on my last day, and deliberately stretched his arm out to touch my chest/breast.
I would never associate myself with pernicious people such as Hung Havan and his cabal, Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends if it wasn't because I assigned to share the same office with Hung Havan. I tried to tame him by praise him such if he does evil, people would be alerted. I am scared for Hung Havan's wife. It is unthinkable for a responsible person to bring these people home near his kids and love ones.
Warren Buffett said "It Takes a Lifetime to Build a Reputation and Only 15 Minutes to Destroy it.” When you associate yourself with the wrong people, you are at least guilty by association; worse is when pernicious people turned on you, become your frienemy, and do harm to you and your love ones.

When I led projects in the Silicon Valley, there were continuous undermining of me and the project, as well relentless sexual harassment and abuses on a daily bases.
If I was well-liked, or received accolades, particularly from management, this kind of denigration increased, and is typically the antithesis of the truth. For example, if I was well-liked, or marriage proposal, they would say "no one wanted her; no one liked her; no one wanted to marry her". This is also a way of saying how stupid these Americans are as a way to assert their superiority.
Basically, people I had never met in my life such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen would do and say insidious things to incite hatred, sexual harassment, abuse, termination, physical harm and rape toward me.
This reminds you of how educated women are treated in the Third World, doesn't it? A la Malala Yousufzai, gang rape of a woman medical student in Delhi, etc. That's why I carried a pepper spray with me.
A classmate from that part of the world said it best, "women smarter than them is the equivalent of slapping them on the face." One must understand what it means to be slap on the face in other parts of the world, particularly by a woman. That's why they hated me as if I killed their mother even though I had never met any of these people in my life.

As I was walking in a park
This middle age Mexican male walking from the opposite side of the path said "Hello, do you need a man?" with a heavy accent.
That's why I carry a pepper spray , maybe I should get a gun, too.
There was a raped by a Mexican male nearby about 2 months after I moved here to Arlington VA. Arlington hasn't had a raped for years.
Within the week of the raped incident, there were middle age Mexican men stand nearby where the raped took place around the time I took my walk everyday, some tried to talk to me. There was never any Mexican male stand in that location before or after the week of the rape incident.
In the same location, a park employee speak with a Vietnamese accent asked me why do I come here everyday. Now how did he know I do my walk here everyday?
I changed my routine since.
PTSD
My apology ahead of time for the carelessness. I haven't been the same since my termination. I just can't focus anymore, anxious, stress, nightmares, trouble falling or staying asleep, afraid to leave the house, afraid of people, etc. I think it is called Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I now got 2 huge eye bags hanging on my face. :-(
How I was setup to be terminated
Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started defaming Mona Chu “no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc.” the first month on the job in the Training Academy. Ms. Chu had never met Tuan Nguyen or his countrymen in her life. Ms. Chu had just moved to the DC metro for the job and only know one person here. During this time, Ms. Chu spent most of her time in her cube.
As time progresses, defamation such as Paul Rodriguez, the SPE Trainer played favoritism toward women, and only liked to talk and help women; or that good looking woman had it easy because guys like to help them, etc., beginning to promulgate the class; in reference to Ms. Chu talked to Mr. Rodriguez about patent cases; to which Ms. Chu had to keep a distance such not to create resentment toward either one of them. If Ms. Chu didn’t stop talking to Mr. Rodriguez, the next slander would be to accuse Mr. Rodriguez and Ms. Chu of having an affair. Ms. Chu knew this because similar accusations had been made toward Ms. Chu when Ms. Chu worked in the Silicon Valley as she was often the only female in the whole engineering Dept, by people-from-Asia; just like America in the Dark Age when witch-hunt was practiced. You cannot possibly imagine the kinds of sexual harassments and abuses Ms. Chu had to endure working in the Silicon Valley being the only woman working with 90+% of people from Asia where women are a second class citizen.

As the result, Ms. Chu can't get a job while being sexually harassed, abused, under the threat of physical harms and rape, and will be homeless soon; while large number of Tuan Nguyen's countrymen have been hired and promoted in the Patent and Trademark Office. Women are such an easy target to be ruined and fired.
Shawn Joseph had shunned Ms. Chu from participating in group discussions in the Training class.
Jessica Jung-Mu T Chuang had asked Tuan Nguyen why did Tuan Nguyen slandered Ms. Chu.
Through out Ms. Chu's life, people with issues (racism, bigotry, psychologically unstable, avaricious, envious, jealousy, pernicious, evil, etc.) hated her as soon as they see her, even though they had never met Ms. Chu in their life; and good people liked her as soon as they see her. Ms. Chu is like the mirror in the fairy tale Snow White, they show their true self to Ms. Chu.
Paul Rodriguez set Mona Chu up to be terminated from the get-go since the Training Academy Dec, 2010 as Ms. Chu is Chinese and female, evidenced by deliberately gave Ms. Chu a low performance review on her 4th month evaluation when Ms. Chu already had an airtight first case known to many Supervisors and Mr. David Kappos - ex-Under Secretory of the Patent and Trademake office. When Ms. Chu shown she could do the 3 COPA cases per biweek in June, 2011, Mr. Rodriguez hastens Ms. Chu’s termination before her 1 year probationary period end on Nov, 9, 2011, by making every effort to make her job difficult from confined to use only Agency’s EAST search tool to not allowed helps from Simon Ke, and put difficult COPA cases on Ms. Chu’s docket. When that didn’t work as Ms. Chu was able to meet the 3 cases per biweek. In July, 2011, Mr. Rodriguez asked Ms. Chu to re-do a case that’s already accepted for credit and refused to accept anything from Ms. Chu to justify Ms. Chu's termination as indicated in their July 27-28 email (chu production 1.pdf page 555-556) when they already decided to terminate Ms. Chu.
Director Ms. Garber, Zachary Clifton and other management agreed to terminate Mona Chu partially due to the defamation of Mona Chu by Dwin Craig, Hung Havan (Ms. Chu’s officemate) and his cabal - Nathan Hillery (a Union Rep), Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her AU2128 Indian friends; in addition to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen as the result of discrimination toward Ms. Chu as stated in the Formal Complaint in no less than 20 pages. All these defamations resulted in sexual harassment and a hostile working environment for Ms. Chu which she had to take frequent sick leaves in late June and July of 2011 that resulted in productivity drop from 103% to 50% or less. Defamation by Hung Havan such as Ms. Chu and Susanne Lo’s boyfriend Bill (in charge of COPA event) will be married soon (against Agency policy), whom Ms. Chu has only spoken to a few times as she worked nearly 24/7 and didn’t even know his last name. It is well known Bill and Susanne Lo been dating for a long time, we saw them going home together all the time. I also told Hung Havan and a few others I have a boyfriend in NYC soon after I moved into the office. Additionally, Hung Havan and Michele Choi used their smartphones to set Ms. Chu up such she would come across as if she was checking him out to incite sexual harassment, abuse, termination and rape. Furthermore, Hung Havan defamed Ms. Chu says she is just like Michele Choi who is hated everywhere, especially by Dwin Craig; which Mr. Craig then told Ms. Garber and other management; and Mr. Rodriguez very much willing to use this to terminate Ms. Chu. Hung Havan aware that Mr. Rodriguez was setting Ms. Chu up to be terminated as Ms. Chu told Hung Havan during the 6th month evaluation in hopes of finding remedies.

On Aug. 11, 2011, a day before Ms. Chu's last day, hours after she received her termination letter; Ms. Chu walked into her office and saw Nathan Hillery sitting there looking dismal. Hung Havan had a smile on his face. Soon after Ms. Chu disclosed the Art Unit, Nathan Hillery asked Ms. Chu who the Director was. Ms. Chu said she didn’t know. Hung Havan searched the computer, and both left the office right away in a conspicuous way without helping Ms. Chu, while Nathan Hillery suddenly became alive and happy as if he got his life back. On their way out, Nathan Hillery said in a whisper to Hung Havan, “she didn't know I got her fired?”. Hung Havan gave him a smirk. Hours later, this SPE from the new Art Unit called Ms. Chu and said he couldn’t help Ms. Chu because he received a call from HR of some sort and warned him not to get involved, he can’t afford to lose this job.

On Ms. Chu last day, when she went to say goodbye to Erica, Hung Havan was talking to Erica outside of her doorway. Hung Havan looked happy. Ms. Chu attempted to walk inside to Erica's office, Hung suddenly stretched his arm out such Ms. Chu's chest/breast hit his arm. Ms. Chu had to push his arm out of her way. Erica asked him why he did this, he smirked and shrugs his shoulder as if to say "she is fired, what is she going to do?" Then Hung Havan stood in the middle of the hallway to block Ms. Chu from going to say goodbye to other coworkers, which left only one way of the hallway for Ms. Chu to go, and that is back to her office. Ms. Chu went back to her office, packed up and left the Agency for good.
Before terminating Ms. Chu, Ms. Garber, Zachary Clifton and management interviewed Hung Havan regarding Ms. Chu where he defamed Ms. Chu that finalized the termination decision; hence the “argumentative” in Ms. Garber’s affidavits over and over again (ROI page 000136 – 000140) even though Ms. Chu has only spoken to Ms. Garber once on June 2, 2011. Also gave Mr. Rodriguez a reason to terminate Ms. Chu even though they communicated via email and Office Action only, and Ms. Chu has only seen Mr. Rodriguez less than 5 times after Ms. Chu joined AU2123 for fear of defamation of favoritism and having an affair, while worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by her computer log time and accomplishments. Basically, Hung Havan is so conning, he makes Bernie Madoff looks like honest Abe. He is so slick, he makes Bill Clinton looks like a school boy. Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi and Susanne Lo are known to be “argumentative” and did not had any of the accomplishments Ms. Chu had in their probationary period, yet they are NOT terminated. Hung Havan been at the verge of termination since Ms. Chu first met him, his friend Bill (Susanne Lo 's boyfriend) and Nathan Hillery been helping him and Michele Choi from termination. They all referred to Bill as their frienemy. Hung Havan and his cabal often congregated in Susanne Lo's AU2128 (Indian) friends' office in RND 5th floor near Dwin Craig's office and the pantry. Ms. Chu often see Mr. Craig stood outside of their office when they gathered, which means Mr. Craig had heard defamations of Ms. Chu by Hung Havan and his cabal. Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery and their cabal intended to move into management by manipulating and eliminating competitions as well managements that got in their way. Hung Havan learned Ms. Chu was doing 3 cases per biweek via PALM in June 2011.
Sister Unit AU2128 was predominately Asians and women during the time (March, 2011) when Mona Chu was there, many were originally transferred from AU2123; while AU2123 had only one woman Mary Jacob and one Asian male who was an Engineering Professor when Ms. Chu was there. One to two women transferred out of AU2123 when Ms. Chu transferred into AU2123. Then a new hired woman Sheela Rao when Ms. Chu was in AU2123, she’s also transferred out of AU2123 by Paul Rodriguez in 2012. A supervisor QZ Wang of AU2629 wanted Ms. Chu to transfer into his Unit before her termination, yet Mr. Rodriguez talked him out of transferring Ms. Chu into his Unit (chu production 1.pdf page 621). Howard Locker, a Union VP also tried to make Ms. Chu’s case to Ms. Garber and asked for an extension until Ms. Chu’s 1 year probationary period (chu production 1.pdf page 636) to no avail.
Mona Chu met every stringent requirements, “The first pay period you fail to meet this requirement will likely be your last pay period.” that stated by Ms. Garber in her affidavit for the June, 2nd, 2011 of the 6th month evaluation meeting with Mr. Rodriguez, which Ms. Chu did meet 3 cases-per-bi-week on the first pay period -June7 and again the following pay period June 22, according to Mr. Rodriguez’s Affidavit. Mr. Rodriguez already putted COPA cases in Ms. Chu's docket soon after the meeting. There is no production requirement for probationary employees as stated in both Paul Rodriguez and Ms. Garber's affidavits. Ms. Chu had to work nearly 24/7 to meet the 2 consecutive 3 COPA cases-per-bi-week right after the 6th month evaluation, 93% Productivity and a total of 19 cases including COPA cases soon after the 8th month evaluation. Ms. Chu also had an airtight first case that is known to many SPE and Mr. David Kappo – Director of the Agency/Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to Ms. Chu's qualifications: a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering(ROI page 000025), was pursuing a PhD while at the same time pursuing a second Master’s in Computer Science, as an adjunct in college, did research in Applied Physics and published paper (ROI page 000028, http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/abstract.cfm?uri=ao-32-21-3944). Ms. Chu aspired to be a scientist/Professor/researcher in college, to change the world and make the world a better place to live. Most Ms. Chu's co-workers would've been Ms. Chu's student had Ms. Chu's research funding wasn't cut.

Ms. Chu had a history of outstanding accomplishments in a male dominated Engineering field and academia which Ms. Chu had to work nearly 24/7 to achieve such result. Without Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends, it would take at least a year for Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen to incite enough people to get Ms. Chu fired as Ms. Chu stayed low key and not be seen such to ensure no one aware of her existence. However, Paul Rodriguez would fired Ms. Chu on the last day of the her probationary period.
The USPTO has been known as the pinnacle of intellectual, yet the place is akin to a sweatshop of FoxConn, why?
