Nothing bad happened yet, wait a month or 2......

But the defamation is getting worst where I volunteer, this is usually the leading sign.  The major contributor is Stephen, whose been stirring things up with the kids.  I believe he is telling the kids "I don't like them", and told them not to talk to me.  I believe he has begun slandering me with the kids' parents as well.

He had shown why he has been ousted everywhere, and ended up in this bike shop

I wonder if that's why Samera (?), Brian, kids and other grownups are reacting so unfriendly toward me?

This is done with malicious intention, not a conduct acceptable anywhere, especially toward kids at such impressionable age.  He also said "she is not going to do anything about it"; which said a lot about the person as he knew no one cares nor justice protects an Asian and/or woman.  Case in point, my Patent and Trademark Office EEOC case and the Tech industry/Silicon Valley ruined everything that took my whole life to build because I am a woman who could do the job males could not, and now the slit of my throat that was meant to kill me.  He is obviously not a sympathetic person, no where near altruistic, which made me wonder why he is working in a non-profit as this is not his cause or something he believes in, nor does he had any interest in the betterment of the kids and their future.

His intention is for me to leave, even though I am just a volunteer.  What I am doing for Phoenix Bikes such is crowdfunding, selling stuff on the internet, etc., and being "liked" by some key people as well racism may be the reasons why; because an Asian/woman is superior than him, like those young Asian women golfers.  A recent incident where I stood up to him when he talked down to me added to his resentment toward me.

Most Caucasian Americans now can live amount/accepted minorities/colored people and women, but often as a lesser of an equal as taught by society and conventional beliefs. When any of these lesser of an equal shown to be superior or "uppity", resentment kicks in.  This is also why the Patent and Trademark Office management terminated me because of all my outstanding accomplishments that started with an air-tight first patent case; in addition to males from Asia see women are a 2nd Class citizen, outperforming males in the job dishonored the male gender, an offend to be beheaded.

Andrew also had accused me of checking him out, on his last day, no less.  This is akin to James Foley checking out his beheader, a Jewish checking out a Nazi, or an African-American checking out a KKK.  I was trying to tie my tool apron with a back closure which I had a hard time doing while trying to look at my back to see where the closure was.  Andrew was standing behind me which I didn't realize.  For a nefarious individual, they would use the occasion to do harm to me; and that's why I am trying to stay away from people such not to give them the opportunity, and the main reason why I chose to work outside, away from everybody, under 90+ degree temperature, with long sleeves.  On Andrew's last day, he did just that, despite he had read my EEOC blog and knew what happened to me where I indicated people who made accusations of me checking him out were intended to set me up for termination, sexual harassment, rape and now they had slit my throat that was meant to kill me such the EEOC case would go away.

He must've thought he was Michelangelo's David, a Chippendale dancer, or a cute dog.  This is after I've been friendly toward him.  I should stay away from males like him.  Nearly all males from Asia who I was friendly toward just as I had with Andrew, with similar unfortunete hard on the eyes appearance, had slandered me behind my back, but extremely nice to me as if they all care about my well being.

Andrew is what people call a midget; my ex-officemate Hung Havan who was about 4+ ft in height and weight 300lb, had set me up with his friend Michele Choi using their smartphone to make me come as if I was checking him out;  the people from Asia surf porn in groups at work where I was often the only woman in the whole engineering department that started all this, look like Gollium from the "Lord of the Ring".   The grotesque appearance of these people should've been a clue.  Yet people go around repeating what they say of checking them out just to harm me such I would be terminated, unable to secure a job, and incited rape and now the beheading of me.  It is a sad, sad world.

Ever's disliked of me may be due to racism as so prevalent amount Hispanic/Latino toward Asians.  From my own experiences since elementary school, the Hispanic/Latino had been discriminated against Asians, and had gotten me fired many times because they don't like Asians, including my Patent and Trademark Office Supervisor Paul Rodriguez.  It was a Hispanic/Latino male that carry-out the slit throat/attempted beheading of me.   He accused others of playing favoritism, while he is the biggest benefactor of favoritism, but he doesn't want an Asian to get something “nice”.  As a note, at least 2 of my college buddies were Hispanic/Latino.

Ever accused others of playing favoritism, while he is the biggest benefactor of favoritism, that he can play favoritism to his friends, but he doesn't want an Asian to get anything “nice”.  I believed Ever has been getting other kids to shun/discriminated against me, as well.  Another word, he is doing what Tuan Nguyen did to me in the Patent and Trademark Office that resulted in my wrongful termination and now the attempted beheading.  And we had been advocating not to discriminate people like Ever and his countrymen/women, as well Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, while they openly discriminating against me where I volunteer to help disadvantaged kids like them.  Racist always makes me sick to my stomach, whether they are Asian, Caucasian, African-American or Hispanic/Latino.  So far this is ok for everybody.  I think I am going to volunteer to help the dogs and cats.

With all my accomplishments in life, this kid and his close circle of friends Edorado, Semera, Stephen and a few others are going to get me fired from a volunteering job, which is highly probable after Henry is no longer the Executive Director, just like the Patent and Trademark Office, at which time I shall leave.  All in all, this is now a dysfunctional toxic place.

The difference between now and the Patent and Trademark Office or the Silicon Valley is that I didn't post being defamed, sexually harassed, abused, setup for termination, physical harm threats and the attempted beheading, until I got terminated when enough people partake in the sexual harassments, and management using the defamation as a pretext to terminate me, despite I worked 24/7 with accomplishment few had.  Now I am posting in real time as to what is happening to me.

This is the kind of society we live in, just like the Silicon Valley, where a bunch of racist thugs from Asia easily ruined and beheaded a woman excel in the job.  This is the sad, sad state of Americans, particularly in the Silicon Valley/Tech industry where they think they are such an advance society, while beheading women such as I who proven to be able to do the jobs males of tech could not.

All these people had read my Blog and knew I would post any harm done to me, as well knew that the people from Asia and my coworkers from the Patent and Trademark had deliberately ruined everything that took my whole life to build, also a failed attempted beheading recently, yet they see it as an opportunity to harm me further to ensure I would be dead.   They all reveal who they really are and would do to a person when given an opportunity, just as the people from Asia and the coworkers from the USPTO had; and that's why it is so easy to ruin a person's life in our society despite all my accomplishments in life.  If they are slandering me behind my back, what had they been doing to you?

All this said is that it is still not safe for me to go back to work.

The leading signs are: people partake in the slandering, then people-from-Asia start coming to my location, which been happening over the course of the summer.  There were kids whose parents were from Asia.  One Chinese boy with an unusual voice, his father/uncle had slandered me with Stephen.

All this started as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley working in companies where 90+% were males from Asia who I had never met in my life, just like that Chinese boy's uncle/father.

An old timer engineer's reaction to what I said

One of my hiking teammates from MIT, a retired engineer in the Silicon Valley in 2002-3, was telling us how he had built a railroad to bring oil from one side of the Suez Canal to the other side due to Cargo ship was too big for the Suez Canal, while had to content with the terrorist attack on the railroad. So I said why don't you chained a bunch of little boats together and protected under the Suez Canal,? You also save lots of money too.

He never spoke to me again and did not want to go hiking with me again. I think that was his lifetime achievement which he was very proud of. I didn't realize what I did at the time because the solution is so obvious and simple, but my other hiking teammate did and keep looking at me to see if I realized what I did.

Did I mention I often feel like that little boy who cried: “the emperor has no clothes”?

I should learn to shut my mouth and just look pretty.

I am not an outlier. I am a norm.

Chinese, like any other minority, been seen as lesser of a race, and been treated as such by American society.  So when someone like me who didn't remain as a lesser, or 2nd Class citizen, I became an outlier.

But I knew I am not lesser.  The Chinese history, which I study in my Sunday School when I was a teenager indicated 5000+ years of Chinese history are far superior than any of the Western history.  A sample of such can be seen in a novel loosely based on history is The Romance of Three Kingdoms.

It is ignorance to think Chinese are lesser of any race.  As a matter of fact, one can easily assert that most Americans are hillbillies when compared to some of the more advance society of the Europeans.

In addition to the conventional believe that women are not wired to think technically, therefore are not good in jobs in the Science and Technology field, and further re-enforce by some of my professors, which I saw it as a way to keep women down, just as the believe toward Chinese as a lesser of a race.

All I did was NOT to conform to the conventional beliefs, which I hoped, via blog or any means to let women/people aware, and to live their life to their fullest potential.  As a note, I worked 24/7 for all my accomplishments.

Go change the world and made the world a better place to live.

Christian cult in China beating woman to death

***Americans took these people-from-Asia's word at face value***

China tries five cult members for McDonald’s murder, Group accused of beating woman to death after failing to recruit her into Christian cult.

BEIJING — Five people went on trial Thursday in China on charges of beating a woman to death in a McDonald’s restaurant after unsuccessfully trying to recruit her to join their Christian cult.

They allegedly belong to the Church of Almighty God, also known as Eastern Lightning, a group that claims to have millions of members here and believes that God has returned to Earth in China in the form of a female Christ.

The five are accused of trying to recruit the woman in McDonald’s in the eastern city of Zhaoyuan on the evening of May 28. When she refused to give them her phone number, prosecutors charge, they beat her to death with chairs, a mop and, when the mop broke, with its metal handle. Footage of the incident from closed-circuit television cameras and video taken by other diners went viral at the time.
The man wielding the mop handle was 54-year-old Zhang Lidong, who was joined in the attack by his 29- and 18-year-old daughters, his 12-year-old son and two other women, Chinese state media reported. The son, who is below the age of criminal responsibility in China, will be dealt with separately.

Zhang, a former businessman who had reportedly arrived at the restaurant in a luxury Porsche Cayenne car, later confessed on state television but appeared unrepentant.

“My daughter said you could just tell she was not a good person,” he said, referring to the victim. “She was a demon, the evil spirit. We had to beat her to death.”

Eastern Lightning is believed to have been formed in the early 1990s in China’s central Henan province by a man named Zhao Weishan. According to the official Xinhua news agency, Zhao claimed Jesus had been resurrected as his wife, Yang Xiangbin, but the couple fled to the United States in September 2000.

This is the kind of people I was working with.

Something bad is going to happen to me

often it did.

Case in point, before I was terminated from the Patent and Trademark Office, I was feeling unsettled and nightmares every night.  I actually told my then-office-mate Hung Havan who was instrumental in setting me for termination, at least a week prior to my termination.

Also the slit of my throat, the morning before the slit of my throat, a male voice on the phone calling me Ms.Chu, then hang-up.  My phone GPS could locate me and sent someone to slit my throat.  People had shown such malicious intention such Hung Havan and Michele Choi had my phone number, which could easily be obtained by their friends Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her friends from India.  Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women could have obtained my phone # easily via other classmates.

etc, etc, etc

“I charge $500 per hour”

said it in a joking manner, as a payment for volunteering in the Bike shop.

Now, hours later, I just realized there are people might interpret this differently.

How people interpret this will tell the kind of person s/he is. Those who frequent prostitutes will interpreted as such; or how they see Asian as such.

What is it worth to you to save your company from bankruptcy if you are a chip Startup, or ensure your chip tapeout on time?  That's what I could do for you with a proven history and accomplishments to show just that.  Yet I could not get a job in the Tech industry where I worked 24/7 and treated everyone in a professional manner  (worked 3 jobs since High School, including in Wall Street)

Engineering uncivil to women

Study: Uncivil work environment pushing women out of the engineering field

 August 9 at 3:01 PM
“Scientists investigate that which already is; engineers create that which has never been” – Albert Einstein
Workers with skills in science, engineering, math and technology are among the most in demand and highest paid of any sector. They are seen as key drivers of innovation, problem-solving and economic growth, who will help shape the future.
And most of them are men.
While that news is hardly shocking, a new National Science Foundation report released on Saturday about why so few women go into engineering, or stay in the field, highlights a key reason: a workplace culture of incivility toward women.
“I wouldn’t call it a hostile environment, but it’s definitely chilly,” said Nadya Fouad, a professor of educational psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, who presented the results to the American Psychological Association in a talk entitled “Leaning In, But Getting Pushed Back (and Out.)
Fouad and her colleagues surveyed more than 5,000 women who had graduated from some of the top universities with engineering degrees over the past six decades and found that 40 percent had either quit the field or never entered the profession in the first place.
For more than two decades, women have accounted for about 20 percent of all engineering degrees. Yet fewer than 11 percent of all engineers are women. And this despite a massive funding effort to get more people into STEM fields – $3.4 billion in federal funds for STEM education since fiscal 2010, with $13 million targeted directly at women.
And while caregiving responsibilities – the stereotypical view for why women leave demanding professions – played a role in some decisions, for the most part Fouad found that what really pushed women out were uncivil workplace climates, the expectation to put in long hours of face time in the office, and the perception that there was little opportunity to advance.
Of the women who left the field less than five years ago, two-thirds pursued better opportunities in other fields, — 72 percent became either managers or executives. One-third said they stayed home with children because their companies didn’t accommodate work-life conflicts.
“It’s not about ‘fixing the women’ – making them more confident or anything. It’s really about the climate in the workplace,” Fouad said. “We found that even women who are staying consider leaving because they don’t have supervisor support. They don’t have training and development opportunities. And their colleagues are incivil to them, belittle them, talk behind their backs and undermine them.”
On top of that are inflexible workplace cultures that demand long hours for no clear work-related reasons.
“One woman said, ‘My supervisor makes me stay every night until he talks to all of us, and he never gets to me before 10 p.m.,” Fouad said. “You can say, ‘She should have gone and talked to him.’ But the point is, why isn’t somebody saying, ‘Why are you keeping all your employees here until that late?’”
Fouad said that their report, which was a three-year effort,  is filled with similar comments. She had originally hoped to 1,200 women would respond to the survey. Instead, 5,300 women did, unleashing a wave of pent-up frustration, disappointment and anger. “We really touched a nerve,” she said.
“I think the men in power are unaware – or at least I hope it’s just that they’re unaware – of how the climate is for women,” she continued. “And they have no incentive to change, because they personally aren’t experiencing it.”
The findings add weight and context to previous looks at why more women don’t go into or don’t stay in STEM fields. Another report by the American Association of University Women, “Why So Few?” highlighted the roles of stereotypes that women aren’t “naturally” smart enough, and implicit or unconscious bias that these are careers for men.
In fact, they noted that the ratio of children being identified as mathematically gifted, scoring 700 or higher on their SAT at age 13, had dropped from 13:1 of boys to girls 30 years ago, to 3:1. And before administering tests, studies have shown, when girls are reminded that they are equally as capable of boys, performance differences disappear – a sign, some argue, of how powerful girls themselves react to the stereotype.
The AAUW report also cited a lack of role models. In the United States, women make up about 12 percent of engineering professors, one of the lowest percentages in all STEM fields, where women are more likely to make up 18 to 22 percent of the faculty.
Fouad and her colleagues are at work on another study that looks at best practices and what companies can do to attract and retain more women engineers.
The solution? Creating welcoming and supportive work environments.
Drawing from responses from women engineers who were satisfied in their workplaces and were advancing in their careers, Fouad makes four recommendations:
• Recognize the problem. That women aren’t leaving just because they want to spend time with their children. They’re leaving because of the difficult workplace climate and lack of opportunity to advance.
• Change starts from the top. Managers must create a culture that doesn’t tolerate incivility and condescension toward women, and respects all employees’ work-life obligations.
• Implement system-wide changes. Invest in professional training and development and make clear how people advance, with fair criteria. In other words, break up the ‘old boy network’ for getting ahead.
• Implement role-level changes. Communicate clearly what needs to be done, how and by when.
“These are all things that can change,” Fouad said. “Because this is not a ‘woman’s issue.’ This is about creating a good work environment. And good work environments are good for everybody.”
