take a closer look at my slit throat. This time is an Asian American male in his 20s/30s on a bike with full biking outfit. He then said in a surprise, but happy tone "Wow, they really slit her throat! HA!". This is at the Four Mile Run Trail near Arlington Blvd.
Yesterday, when I biked nearly Wilson Blvd and Glebe Rd, 2 Indian/Pakistan males in their ~30s keep staring at me and said in English "that's her, no doubt about it."
