It was the late 1980s and early 1990s, there were very few Asians back then.  Most of my college buddies were none Asians, only one Asian.  I had over 20+ college buddies, and often the only female in the whole engineering class.

There were foreign students from Asia, and they didn't like me at all.  I tried to talk to them, but they were not friendly, so I gave up.  Also,  they seem to be very gossipy.

Too much coincidents to make the EEOC case go away

EEOC Adminstrative Judge Nancy Graham ruled against me even with such overwhelming evidenced that support I was wrongfully terminated.  She herself even said so during our first conference.  Was she duress by people from the Patent and Trademark Office/Commerce Department into ruling against me?

The slit of my throat happened just days before my deadline to Appeal my EEOC case against the Patent and Trademark Office on 6/7/2013, while the slit of my throat happened on 6/1/2013.  I would have missed my deadline to submit my case as I was in the hospital, or the case would have gone away if I was killed.

The USPTO has a legion of lawyers employed, a huge government institution that no one dare to go against, that's including lawyers.  Additionally, the EEOC, MSPB, and even our Judicial System are all rigged to rule in favor of government institutions and corporation.

As such, their wrong doings are covered-up, they will go into the path of self destruction just as the Post Office.

The Patent and Trademark Office is supposed to be the pinnacle of intellectual, but so far proven to be just another Post Office.  Most of my direct line of management was from the military with limited to no technical background whatsoever.  One of the accusation of me was being argumentative as a patent examiner who prosecuted patent cases, which is the equivalent of accusing a lawyer of being argumentative.  This is the kinds of cluelessness I had to deal with.

I need to clear my name in order to secure a job, and not to be sexually harassed, abused, threats of physical harm, rape, abduction and slit of my throat.

But with the USPTO and the Tech industry protecting these Asian versions of the Taliban, who shot Malala Yousafzai, I have even less chance of survival than Malala Yousafzai in Pakistan.  That's why I have been afraid to leave my house since my termination from the USPTO.

I got an airtight first case that was known to many SPE/supervisors, also the then Director/UnderSecretary of the Patent and Trademark Office Mr. David Kappos.  Not to mention I met all the stringent requirements of 2 consecutive 3 cases per biweek days after the 6th month evaluation with the mixture of COPA cases.  I also had 19 cases with a mixture of COPA cases and 93% Productivity on the 8th month evaluation just before my termination.  Additionally, I worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time and accomplishments.

Additionally, I had extensive industry experiences in the Patent Class 703 - Simulation, Emulation field where I led projects.  Furthermore, I got a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, as an adjunct and an Applied Physics researcher with a published paper.

So why was I on the list to be terminated?  And since I worked nearly 24/7, deliberately kept a low key and not be seen, where did they heard of me?

The people that's been slandered me everywhere are my officemate Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends from India.  Dwin Craig has been listening in while they slandered me in Susanne Lo's Indian friend's office in the RND 5th floor.  Also, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, as well Shawn Joseph.

In all my jobs, I had to work nearly 24/7 as my jobs were so demanding as proven by my accomplishments, and kept a low key and not be seen to avoid being targeted.  I even tried to tone down my accomplishments on the job such not to make my coworkers look bad.  Most still come after me nevertheless, including my managers.

This is the resulted of defamation instigated by Fresh-off-the-boat immigrants from Asia/H1Bs in the Silicon Valley as soon I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and in the Patent and Trademark Office the first month on the job by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen who I had never met in my life, then followed by ghetto Asians such as my officemate Hung Havan, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends from India; and later followed by the likes of Nathan Hillery, Shawn Joseph, the Patent and Office employee where they spread to their families, friends, neighbors and neighborhoods such as Arlington, VA.  Similarly, Fresh-off-the-boat immigrants from Asia/H1Bs and ghetto Asians control the hiring and firing in the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry.

Don't forget, only those well-off and well-connected with the government allowed to leave a strictly control country such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and China in the 1990s and early 2000s.  I knew this becuase they accused me of being a spy, which is not common folks like us would do; but only a high government official such as the CIA or FBI would use.  And they accused me of such in the 1990s in the Silicon Valley, which I laughed off because we are just a bunch of common folks that can be trace throughout our education system, and they are Fresh-off-the-boat immigrants from Asia/H1Bs that may very well be illegal immigrants with falsified paper (I posted this in a well read website also alerted of stealing of trade secrets since 2004).  There was no way they could verified any of these people's credential from a 3rd world.  One of my co-workers said he was a bank teller in China, yet was able to claim all the credits of a suceedd of an Emulation project where I led the project and had extensive experiences in.  The Patent and Trademark Office terminated me even though I may be the first woman to have an airtight first case for the Patent class 703 and maybe the Patent and Trademark Office as well, and met every stringent requirements they put upon me and then some.

As the result, no one is willing to hire me, while being sexual harassed, abused, terminated, and physical harms, abduction as well rape threats that resulted in the slit of my throat.

All the while, top level management insisted on more H1Bs visa because they could not find qualified American candidate for the job.

For those who said they don't understand me

This started in the Silicon Valley by Fresh off the Boat immigrants/H1Bs from Asia, I/we can say the same about not understanding them.

How many Americans understand them, even today?  Most still couldn't find China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, etc on the map.  

If you just arrived in Asia (China, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, etc) for the first time, would you understand any of them?

Fresh off the Boat immigrants from Asia lived as sheltered of a life as our hillbilly Redneck Trailer Trashes (think Duck Dynasty), or Islamic Extremely such as the one shoot Malala Yousafzai on the head for advocating education for girls/women, and equally ignorant and racist as they.  Racism is not a taboo in Asia, and is widely and openly practiced.

Additionally, women are a second class citizen in Asia, a highly educated and independent woman who could do a job that most couldn't even wrapped their head's around is the equivalent of slapping them on the face, especially when their manager, also a Fresh off the Boat immigrant male from Asia said "a woman could do the job, why can't you?  You are useless".  And so all their hatred directed toward the woman to the point where eliminating her anyway they could, ruined her life to murder just as Malala Yousatfican.

I grew up in NYC.  When I was young, we barely have enough to eat.  The free school breakfast and lunch were taken away by my one of my Chinese teacher and all the Hispanic teachers.  My other Chinese teacher  Ms. Lai and the Principle helped saved my free lunch.  Worked 3 jobs every summer since High School, mostly in the Greenwich Village, and temp on Wall Street.   Due discriminations by all races since elementary school, particularly by Asians and Hispanic, including a Chinese teacher in elementary school who refused to teach me to write due to discrimination;  I knew I had to be self-sufficient.  I loved to travel, talk to people, did all sorts of crazy things in High School, and even wanted to start a girl band in High School.   I was pursuing a PhD to be a Scientist/Researcher to change the world and make the world a better place to live.

How many people understand someone like me grew up in NYC where we party in places you saw on entainterment TV and magazines mentioned with names like Michael Jackson, Madonna, Boy George, etc.  This was in High School.  Some of my friends' parents were well-off in NYC.

And so I was targeted on every job since the 1990s by Fresh off the Boat immigrants from Asia, as so in the Patent and Trademark Office the first month on the job by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Susanne Lo's friends from India, amount many others who I had never met in my life.  And later by ghetto Asians such as my officemate Hung Havan, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and their friends such as Nathan Hillery that finally got me terminated.

I am running out of savings and will be homeless soon........there is no hoped to restore my position in the Patent and Trademark Office in light of the ruling by the EEOC Adminstrative Judge Nancy Graham.  It is just a kangaroo court.

I was in a Chinese Supermarket in NYC Chinatown today.  A well-dressed Chinese middle/old age male speaking in Cantonese to the seafood workers "she is a whore" while pointing to me.  I had never met this male in my life.

The truth is, I was an adjunct in college pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering while at the same pursuing a second Master's in Computer Science and as an Applied Physics researcher.

All the malicious slanders been just the antithesis of the truth.  It is a deliberate act to ruin me; just because they perceived me as Americanized (pro-America/West, not shared their hatreds toward Americans, none-Asian friends, etc)

They finally revealed what they wanted to happen to me, along with the slit of my throat.  I suspected that when I was working in  the Silicon Valley where I was often the only woman in the whole engineering department consisted of 95+% of Asians grew-up-in-Asia of Fresh-off-the-Boat and H1Bs.  Most could barely speak English, and I was one of the few they had to communicate in English.  

This kind of defamation happened to me whenever there are Fresh Off the Boat immigrants from Asia.  This is so as soon I arrived in the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley in the 1990s where I had to abscond from due to physical harms threats by Asian coworkers, the Patent and Trademark Office where I was wrongfully terminated and my throat was slit, the DC metro,  and anywhere I go in NYC where there are Fresh Off the Boat immigrants from Asia.

When I confronted them on the defamation in the pass, even though is heard by the whole office such as that in Brecis Communications (bankrupted), they acted ignorant and completely dismissed they ever said anything.  And since no one did anything, it was understand as condone and more people partake in defamation, sexual harassement, abuse to the point either I resigned or being terminated.

You would think that those Fresh Off the Boat and ghetto Asians meant to ruined me such that I would either become a prostitute or killed myself, even though I had never met any of these people in my life.  It meant to be a psychological torture to the point where I lost all hopes and killed myself, which is worse than a bullet to the head such as the Taliban did to Malala Yousafzai for advocating education for girls/women; or incited others to harm me such as sexually harassed, abused, termination, physical harms, raped and murdered.  Also make me an example to warn all women and Asians who is pro-West/Westernized/Americanized.

And of course, speaking out is a big NO NO, which make me even a bigger target.
