by an beaten up old van driven by a young Hispanic/Latino male under 30 years old, with a young female in the passager seat, she lean toward the driver away from where I was heading. My bike would hit her side if I couldn't stop.
There were so many killings and crimes, including the beheadings on me, the police or the detective didn't care in finding the perpetrator when they heard it was done by a Hispanic/Latino male under 30 years, for some reason as if they don't want people to know that these Hispanic/Latino are committing these heinous crimes in large numbers.
This old van parked near the crosswalk of the parking lot which is also the entrance/exist for the parking lot. The van ram up the speed while parked as soon as the van could see me, and speed up going toward me as I enter the crosswalk. I stopped when I heard the noise and saw the van speeding up.
After such scared, I saw this young Chinese/Vietnamese/Korean male that's been following me since Rosslyn in a Shared Bike, got ahead of me when we were near the parking lot, turned around at the parking toward the opposite of the trail and facing me with a look of as if a golfer missed an easy putt. He was so far ahead of me that unless he was waiting for me in that parking lot to see the van run me down.
On 7/26/2017, there were 2 Southeast Asian old women saw me near the Key Bridge/Rosslyn as stated below.
Coincident or this was a setup to kill me? The first beheading, a young Hispanic/Latino male make sure I was the target he was looking for by lift up my big cowboy hat.
Is there a hit on me?
That young Asian male was wearing a fated dark red T-shirt and short. This guy could be Hung Havan and Tuan Nguyen's countrymen, or Chinese from Taiwan or China.
The van was going northwest existing a parking lot of a park near DCA, where people go there to see the airplanes take off.
This happened around 4:00-4:30pm today
About half hour ago, as I was washing my bike in a creek, a Korean/Vietnamese/SouthEast Pacificer/Chinese old man from Asia said something to me; they often keep to themselves. I had a feeling something bad was going to happen me.

while saying it when they saw me. Again, I don't know anyone in the
NoVa/DC metro other then worked at USPTO for 8 months. Who are these
people?

are they so happy that someone had degraded me? Are their lives really
that miserable? Why are these self-defined ankle-biters make an
aspired Transhumanist a public enemy #1, who is a complete stranger to
them? How miserable would they be if people praised me,
or would they jump off the building if I am one of the Silicon Valley
billionaires? Similarly, Tuan Nguyen and his
countrymen/women bad-mouthing me relentlessly in the USPTO, when
something bad happened to me, they were very happy. I heard there was a
party after my termination.
