Remnant or reminiscent of old self

today, for an hour, I seem to be back to my old self when I was running multi-million dollars projects, just a little bit......hadn't feel like this since the 1990s.

I was volunteering/teaching/ as a way to help myself recover from PTSD since I couldn't afford to buy medical insurance.....
