Harris Teeter Asian Operative

This HT is near Potomac Yard in a basement.  Often one of these male Asian Operatives working in HT or in the hot food counter would come just about a foot near my face deliberately as if to butting heads to show hostility, often as soon as I walked into HT and gave me a smug look as if he had success in denigrating me.

Today, one Asian Operative did just that near the Prescription counter, in the form of butting head like this inches away from my face.






 

Another eviction by housemates

per Randall Judt....to be vacate by the end of this year.  I hope there is karma.

Looks like housemates Randall Judt and Tiblets Gerbrekristos is starting another eviction again.  This time they are prepared. 

Just like the Patent and Trademark Office terminated me in a haste of 2 days and make me into public enemy #1 since 2011, they take such pleasure in hurting other people.  Then there are the sexual harassment, abuses, under physical and rape threats everywhere I go as the USPTO employees and the Asian Operatives make me into public enemy #1, in similar manner as the Pizzagate, that now manifested in 2 failed beheadings on me meant to kill me.

They keep bothered the Real Estate Agent and landlord as if they are their parents, and to evict me over and over again.  Then Randall keep saying it is the landlord Hanna is evicting me.  If I am the landlord, I would've evicted them long time ago for too much drama.  They are not worth the trouble.  Worst, Tiblets keep doing damages to the kitchen counter top which I tried to stop, but instead, she screamed and yelled at me; and Randall sided with her.  I had already expressed  to leave as this is just too much drama for me.

In a typical American society, landlord typical doesn't evicted tenant under the duress of another tenant.  But in this case, it may very well be the case as the Real Estate Agent and landlord are from Africa, shown limited understanding of the rental laws and common practices; as so with both of my housemates, hence this mess of one botched eviction after another. 

If they did a google search, they would know how the eviction process works and laws governing eviction; needless to say, neither know how to google.  Tiblets is a computer software major in college.  I didn't want to arm these vicious people with any more know-how to do evil to others.
 
Remember, it is I organized this housing arrangement after the last Landlord evicted us because Tiblets told the HUD we had more then 6 people living in the house.  They all were shocked and at a lost, so I helped everyone find a place to move and organized moving.

I had already indicated I will be moving out in the early 2018 to the landlord as well Randall.  I also asked Randall to be my reference for this new rental place, which he agreed, so it is not something he didn't know about. 

I had not received an eviction letter yet, but an email from Randall indicated that housemates and landlord had already make the arrangement, and the landlord is sending out the letter.  The Real Estate agent and the landlord are from African and don't know the laws here, neither is housemate Tiblets who is a refugee that is fully supported by the refugee program. 

The evictions, over and over again, meant to be malicious, cruel and inhumane, as if this is still a 3rd world practiced by the "have" to the "have-not".

I asked Randall what does he know about the eviction per the email he sent me last night, he said I needed to ask Hanna the landlord and the Solomon Real Estate Agent.  I asked him who initiated the eviction.  He said I should ask Hanna and Solomon.  I said you initiated the eviction.  Randall said it is now out of his hand and that I should talk to Solomon and Hanna.  I said you don't do this to another human being.  He seems to be happy at what he did and walked out of the door.

 

Something unusual in Harris Teeters

in both Harris Teeters in the Pentagon City as well the one near Potomac Yard. 

Typically, they kept an eye on me as if I am a common thief; the resulted of radicalization by the Chinese woman Sushi maker that targeted me the first day I walked in in 2013 in the Pentagon City's Harris Teeters.  This is true for most of the places I've been to, including non-profits where I volunteered, as well the Fairfax County Court.  But this time, there was a commotion when I walked around both Harris Teeters this week, unlike the last 4 years.

I wonder what kind of radicalization this time?  Because such emotional means I might be in danger.

Radlicalization of a security guard

An Asian old male talking to a security guard, while I was waiting for the bus at Ballston Bus Port inside a mall entrance because it was so cold.

Inside that mall, there was a Japanese food place that is the quintessential of a hole in the wall that was right next to the exit with the view of the bus ports.  While I was waiting, an old Asian male dressed like a typical Japanese cook came out of this Japanese food place and talked to the security guard that station at the entrance.  There were 2 main exits to the Ballston Bus Port.

After waited for over 30 minutes, I decided to get something to drink from Starbucks that is located right next to the security guard station.  As I walked toward the Starbucks that is next to the security guard station, the security guard was alerted, stood up and put his hand around his gun.  I just past-by him without paying attention to him, just mind my way to Starbucks. 

If this security guard has a trigger finger, or unstable like those mass killers, he probably would've shoot me.

After I came out of Starbucks, the security guard watched every move I make. 

So mind you, I typically dressed stylishly as I got my clothes from my sister, who is in the Fashion industry with well-known Designers names.

All this is because the Asian Operatives perceived me as a "traitor" for being Americanized that started in the 1990s in the Silicon Valley, then the Patent and Trademark Office, and now Arlington, VA, NoVa and the DC metro.

Let women run the country and the world

That is right, we need to put at least critical mass of women in every aspects of governmental entity and Corp America. 

I would like to replace men with women in all branches of the government, because women won't trying to show they have bigger b**ls, and will try to make sure things run smoothly as they do in their home.

Additionally, women are far better at tech then men, and should run the Silicon Valley/Tech industry. But we are systematically targeted, coerced to have sex, or threatened with termination and make into public enemy #1, hence why so few women in the SV/Tech.

Hostility by housemate Randall

11/6/2017:  After days without WiFi service, I asked Randall to fix the WiFi router via text and called.  He was out and said will be back at 9pm and will fix it then.  He got back to the apartment around 10PM.  I asked him to fix the WiFi as soon as he came home.  He didn’t.  I knock on his door, he was hostile.  I asked him rather he changed the password, he said he did.  I asked for the password, after all, I paid for this.  He came out of the room and said “get a fcuking pen”.  I said you are being hostile, this is illegal.  He said “do you wanted the password or not, then get a fcuking pen”.  He then said are you looking for a place to move?”  I said “of course I have, and you knew that.”   

I was afraid he may be threatened me with physical harms. 

Another day in a male dominated world, just like the Silicon Valley, tech industry, the Patent and Trademark Office, or NoVa general.  NOT much different then living in any 3rd world. 

Remind me of Hung Havan blocked me from saying good-bye to my coworkers at my last day in the Patent and Trademark Office, by extending his arms out.  If I am a male, he wouldn't dare to di that because he would be afraid I might break his arms.



the landlord via realtor sent me a letter for eviction.  We paid on time.

After our last landlord evicted us when he decided to retire, everyone was in shock and in distress.  I helped everyone find a new place and arranged for moves; and been treated them like family.  It is proven over and over again there are very little humanity left in most Americans, hence the mass killings.  It didn't take much as look at how easily I was make into public enemy #1 in the USPTO and Arlington and the DC metro; the Silicon Valley is just the "Lord of the Flies

 I have given you all the explanation necessary. Please be prepared to move out by November 1. You have had 45 days to find a new place.

Randall is basically threatening me to move by Nov 1, or.......I assumed forcibly throw my stuffs out, change the lock, or not accepting my rent as a pretext to evict me.

So it was Tiblets Gebrekristos and Randall Judt tried to evict me.  Both were from the previous Group Housing.  When I arranged for current group housing arrangement and had helped my other housemates to find a place to move after the last landlord given a 30 days’ notice eviction, the result of Tiblets told HUD we had over 6 people living on the promise as a group housing, which is illegal, despite I repeatedly asked her to let me talked to HUD; everyone was shocked and dismay at the time, and I knew I could help.    When the last landlord decided to sell the house and retired after HUD's dicisioon, he evicted all 7 of us.  Although the landlord said I could stay longer because I had helped him find his dream job in the Army Navy Country Club, as well fix his computer, taught him to use smartphone App, rented the rooms out and find new tenants.  Since it was easy for me to find places to move, and everyone was at lost and shack as the landlord only given us a month to move, so I offer to help to find places to move, arranged house viewing, etc.  Then arranged moving and shared resources, as well helped with moving large pieces.  This is the case for all except one housemate.


In the old house, I shared my foods, gave a little Christmas gift except 2015, brought foods from NYC for everyone, etc.  For Tiblets, I had given her numerous pieces of Calvin Klein clothes from my sister, ginger teas was her favorite.  I always shared with people around me. 

I had to constantly defended Randall from using our shared bathroom between Tiblets and me.  Tiblets was so mad one point that she came to screamed and yelled at me for letting Randall used our shared bathroom.  I said you don't do that to people; she was mad at me since.  Tiblets treated Randall with hostility, so much so that he even afraid to ask her for the monthly WiFi money, and asked me to get the money on occasions.  which I also help him with Sung the PhD students when he forgot.

On our first day moving into the current address, Randall pushed the garage door too far back and had to push it back to re-aligned the wheels to the rail.  I was trying to help, and later Besty and her friend arrived and helped.  Betsy asked did he did that, he said no.  I was not strong enough and can barely lift the garage door.  What a bold face lie.  Then Betsy asked who broke her chairs, against I was not strong nor heavy enough to break her chairs.  Randall said another bold face lie again.  

According to Randall to Tiblets "it is our word against her's; no one knows she is smart".



While the most safest place for me is here in the Pentagon City/Crystal City area, I may have to move away as I may not be able to afford a room here. Living here also gives the Intelligent Communities or the Community in general first hand experiences, with themselves experiencing Pizzagate like controlled/influenced by foreign/Asian operatives influencing America society, and had full control of the Silicon Valley and the Tech Industry.  And most importantly, the implication with a society controlled by foreign operative such as Chinese from Taiwan and China, as well those from Vietnam, India and Asia in general.

Don't know why, suspect the same old "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" fake news/propaganda instigated by perverts, child molesters and Asian version of the KKK such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, who I had never met in my life, in the Patent and Trademark Office that resulted in my wrongful termination and 2 failed beheadings meant to kill me, and have been promulgated everywhere I went from supermarkets, any chain stores such as Targets, to non-profit places where I volunteered.  Another word, public enemy #1; as such, people with "implicit bias"/malicious will used such as an excuse to do harms to me, such as terminated me in a haste of 2 days despite many ran interference, a woman excelled in tech jobs over the males, just as in the Patent and Trademark Office, Silicon Valley, Tech industry or everywhere I went where I was wrongfully terminated, despite I was one of the few people, if not the only one in the world qualified for these tech jobs, while had to work nearly 24/7.  That's why when I see killings or disasters such as Harvey in Houston or Irma lost everything, I see human have been doing the same to me since the 1990s

This housemate, white male that's been in the grouping housing for 4 years.   Despite Tiblets treated him with hostility in our last housing, refused to let him used our bathroom, which Tiblets got on my case after I repeatedly let him used the bathroom, and hated me since.  I was the glue he and many other housemates associated with, where I shared my foods, helped them with mails after they moved.  Also helped the landlord to rent out the room, and helped him got his dream job he wanted for over 30 years to work in the Army Navy country club in Arlington cemetery; but he only remembered this when I reminded him.  Yet, when Tiblets tells this White Privileged hick that no one liked me or wanted me, he no only believed it but also helped Tiblets and the Real Estate Agent to evict me.  This is typical of all my working experiences with White Privileged hicks such as the USPTO and the Silicon Valley.

Regarding your 2^nd notice on eviction on 10/21/2017 indicated both of my “roommates have given me a notice about their intention to leave at the end of October”.  Please provide me with a copy of the letter, because none of them had discussed this with me as they should as part of our agreement to give a 30 days’ notice.

I again checked with Randall.  He said he is NOT leaving.  So I don’t know what you are trying to do.  I am still waiting for the eviction reason.  I am reporting this to the HUD’s Virginia Fair Housing Office.

As for the damages done, as I indicated in the last letter, it was done by Tiblets Gebrekristos.  I had text her numerous times for her to stop (prove upon request), as well asked Randall to tell her, but instead she screamed and yelled at me, as well accused me of making those damages.  My God, I couldn’t believe such bellicose individual living here.  Also, both of my portable closets were completely damaged.  Tiblets either not admitted or lied about these damages; which speak volume about her character.  This is why I told Randall I will be moving out.  I can’t stop her from damaging the apt, and I am not going to stay to pay for her damages.  This is too expensive, too much drama and back stabbings.  The lease said it is individually and collectively responsible.  In this case, Tiblets Gebrekristos.  I will take this to a small claim court if any amount is taken out to pay for the damages.      

I was just going to move out quietly, but since I am being evicted for no reason, and is not surprising to me because Mr. Laieke, a Real Estate Agent got on my case when I heard nothing from him for days, from 9/6/2016 to 9/16/2016 (please see attached) after I asked about who to contact to turn on the Electricity, while Mr. Laieke had $3300 of our money, in the midst of prevalent scams, especially amount Craigslist.  He used this reason to say he didn’t want to deal with me, so instead he preferred to communicate with Randall Judt, a White male.  We didn’t have electricity for over a week after we moved in as Randall had since responsible for contacts between Mr. Laieke.  What is most infuriating is Mr. Laieke said he didn’t want to deal with me to my housemates Randall and Tablets, which both stood with him despite I sent a chain of emails to explain the situation and that I was looking after our interests; when I was helping everyone to look for a place to move after the Mr. Rodriguez decided to sell the house and retired. 

While moving in, I, Betsy and her friend also helped Randall re-aligned the garage door when Randall overshoot the door.  I am obviously not strong enough to overshoot the garage door; I can barely lift the garage door.  Betsy also asked who broke her chairs; I was neither heavy nor strong enough to break her chairs.  Betsy is very smart, so I think she knows who.  But I feel bad for her since she put so much effort in painting the chair.  I compensated her effort with a Christmas gift.  What kind of people would go after someone who has been looking after their interests?  This has not changed while we shared this living space, and gotten worse after above incidents and evicted me while I was suffering from a severe bike accident; and am still recovering.  Hence just reinforce my reason of moving out, instead of evicted my housemates.

Any accusation toward me should be verified with me, instead of assumed a person is telling the truth.  As an EE adjunct in college, an Applied Physics researcher with published paper, as well one of few women computer hardware engineer in the world in the 1990s that built your computer, my motto is “Action speaks louder than words”.

My closet at the hallway, next to the entrance collapsed today.  Upon examining the structure, the connectors were broken, that means someone had used hard force, in order for the connectors to broke.  I had ask Tiblet a few days ago why was my closet was at the verge of collapsing, which Tiblet said she was the only one at home.  I also notice the other closet was out of place as well.   Now since I didn't see someone did this with my own eyes, but I would be appreciated if a person did this admits this.

Sorry for the broken clavicle. And that why I decided to be patient about the closet on our way when I have learned about your health issue. As we discussed previously, as a co-tenant, I have read through my copy of the lease and fully understand what we are collectively and individually responsibile for. I always use a cutting board when I cook, and never cut things directly on top of the counter. I am an adult and I do not need to be reminded about things that I am already aware of. I am very busy with work and university, and would appreciate it if you do not waste my time with these type of things. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

And please stop accusing me for things I haven't done.

To recap how we got to this point, and no, you do not entitle to tell your version of the truth. 

When the government agency HUD came to our old house, Tiblet told me they were from a Housing agency; I knew then that something was wrong because they don’t go to inspect a house without cause, so I asked if she wanted me to take over.  She refused and told them everything that got us all evicted. 

So instead, I thought to do everyone a favor by looking for a rental and shared resources such as moving and track rental, instead of selfishly just look after myself. 

When the realtor that showed us this place had our $1650 deposit  (actually $3300) and disappeared for nearly a week, I texted him if he doesn’t replied, I will call the police.  Scamming in house rental and real estate is prevalent and hopefully you won’t learn about this with your own money.  But instead, the guy got on my case and both of you stood on his side when I was protecting OUR interests and used this against me!  But nevertheless, I helped her moved and shared the track rental with her and another guy.  I had also been given her clothings, food from NYC, and little Xmas gifts as I did with everyone in the old house. 

She crossed the line when accused me of making the cuts on the kitchen countertop when I texted her not to do it and that we have to pay, but instead she accused me while continues to make more cuts on the kitchen countertop which led to Randall’s text on 9/8, which she yet again continues to say she didn’t make those cuts when I had a broken clavicle that prevented me from using one of arms, and then told me not to text her because she is busy.  WTF! You do not entitle to your own version of the truth.  In addition to lies about the collapse of my both of new closets. 

We must be very stupid for her to jerk us around like this and taking advantage of our gullibility just like that realtor, when we treated others we liked to be treated.  This is not the kind of people I wanted to live with.

Note to Landlord RE eviction

Here is my part of the rent.  This is a personal check with your name , as a way to prevent a pretext to evict me by Randall Judt and Tiblets Gebrekristos.  This is in light of both had admitted they were the one asked Mr. Laieke to send the eviction.  As the result, I had Complaint to the Fair Housing in Oct, 22, 2017 after I received the second eviction, which could result in Mr. Laieke losing his Real Estate license.   

For the remaining time I am renting this place, I will be sending you a cashier check directly for obvious reason.    

I expressed and texted in August 2017 to Randall (see attached), before the eviction notice started, that I intended to move because I don’t intended to pay for Tiblets Gebrekristos’ damages to this apartment nor could I stopped her from making any more damages to the kitchen countertop, also the screaming and yelling after I texted numerous times NOT to make any more damages because we have to pay for the damages.  I don’t want to live with such uncouth and bellicose individual.  This is just too much drama and back-stabbing for me.  Notice the notion of evicting Tiblets didn’t even occur to me, but to move-out myself.  

The motive of this eviction is obviously to hurt me out of malicious intention with the help of Real Estate Agent Mr. Laiek, despite I had treated both of my housemates like a family since 2013.

Please understand that I have been trying to prevent damages done to your property by Tiblets Gebrekristos, which resulted in both of my housemates trying to evict me, with your Real Estate Agent Mr. Laieke’s helps. 

In 9/2016, at the beginning of this rental process, it took Mr. Laieke 10 days to respond to me regarding whether the lease was signed or not, while he had $3300 of our money, a complete stranger (I had send a copy of our texts with my 2^nd response to eviction).  Then he called me rude for pointing out such incompetency, and had refused to deal with me, but rather Randall, a White male.  We went without electricity for over a week after we moved in because Mr. Laieke only wanted to deal with Randall, neither seem to know what they were doing; while I had to constantly remind Randall to get the information from Mr. Laieke to turn on the electricity and gas weeks prior to move in.  At the time when I handed Mr. Laieke the $3300, he didn’t even have a receipt to give me, and I had to ask him to write one while given him a piece of paper and a pen.  This is not a Real Estate agent that is capable of doing his job. 

If both of my housemates are planning to do any more illegal or unlawful eviction, I will complaint to HUD’s Fairing Housing, as well take them to court, which will affect their future employment, citizenship, etc.  This is why people don’t do vicious acts like this to other people.  This is not a 3^rd world; there are laws and orders to follow.

Why do I take issue with Tiblet blaming me for the damages on the kitchen counter-top?  I texted on the damages and cited we have to pay for any damages; when I saw more damages after my text, I sent out a text again.  Tiblet did the damages, then blame me, it shows a person has no honesty or moral, and will do or say anything to harm another person, me for now.

 I intend to look for a place to move, but will most likely take a while, maybe after the New Year.  Another alternative is for you and I to share the next place, and I will go out and look for a place nearby.

Fyi, the cuts on the kitchen counter gotten worst.  I had send out numerous text regarding this, but instead Tiblet screamed and yelled at how annoying she is with the texts, and accused me of making those cuts, as I had informed you along with the damages of my closets.  It is now up to you because I don't intended to stay here and pay for these damages.

Sorry for the broken clavicle. And that why I decided to be patient about the closet on our way when I have learned about your health issue. As we discussed previously, as a co-tenant, I have read through my copy of the lease and fully understand what we are collectively and individually responsibile for. I always use a cutting board when I cook, and never cut things directly on top of the counter. I am an adult and I do not need to be reminded about things that I am already aware of. I am very busy with work and university, and would appreciate it if you do not waste my time with these type of things. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

And please stop accusing me for things I haven't done.

There are cuts on the kitchen counter, and there is no way I can pick anything up for nearly a month due to broken clavicle.  As for my closets, unless they learned to walk and had a suicidal tendency by pushed itself against the closet behind it; and you said you were the only one at home.  I was out biking, and saw what happened with my closets, which I asked you about.  These are issues should be resolved long time ago, but you let it dragged on, still.......

To recap how we got to this point, and no, you do not entitle to tell your version of the truth. 

When the government agency HUD came to our old house, Tiblet told me they were from a Housing agency; I knew then that something was wrong because they don’t go to inspect a house without cause, so I asked if she wanted me to take over.  She refused and told them everything that got us all evicted. 

So instead, I thought to do everyone a favor by looking for a rental and shared resources such as moving and track rental, instead of selfishly just look after myself. 

When the realtor that showed us this place had our $1650 deposit  (actually $3300) and disappeared for nearly a week, I texted him if he doesn’t replied, I will call the police.  Scamming in house rental and real estate is prevalent and hopefully you won’t learn about this with your own money.  But instead, the guy got on my case and both of you stood on his side when I was protecting OUR interests and used this against me!  But nevertheless, I helped her moved and shared the track rental with her and another guy.  I had also been given her clothings, food from NYC, and little Xmas gifts as I did with everyone in the old house. 

She crossed the line when accused me of making the cuts on the kitchen countertop when I texted her not to do it and that we have to pay, but instead she accused me while continues to make more cuts on the kitchen countertop which led to Randall’s text on 9/8, which she yet again continues to say she didn’t make those cuts when I had a broken clavicle that prevented me from using one of arms, and then told me not to text her because she is busy.  WTF! You do not entitle to your own version of the truth.  In addition to lies about the collapse of my both of new closets. 

We must be very stupid for her to jerk us around like this and taking advantage of our gullibility just like that realtor, when we treated others we liked to be treated.  This is not the kind of people I wanted to live with.

Myself and Tiblets are not willing to renew the lease with you again. The two of us asked Hanna and Solomon to send the letters in mid September, which was 45 days notice, more than enough to satisfy Virginia law (which only requires 30 days)

Moreover, the lease that we signed last year is expired. THe reason I sided with Tiblets is that I don’t like drama. Seeing you accuse Tiblets without any reason or evidence was very disturbing and I don’t want to live like that. Tiblets and I have made other arrangements effective November 1.

The reason for not informing you about the arrangement was to avoid further conflict.

Again, Hanna said she was NOT aware of the eviction, in her own word.  Additionally, the letter didn't stated a reason.  Furthermore, the reason you stated were the reasons I texted you (written prove) my plan of moving in January 2018, instead of evicted any of you, because I am just not a vicious person, especially all (I) done for you all.  You people have no shame.
