I was working with people came from that part of the world in the Silicon Valley and the Tech Industry, as well the Patent and Trademark Office. They were the majority in many of the Silicon Valley in the 1990s. And now they are the majority in the Tech Industry where women had always been discriminated against.

Thousands of women, accused of sorcery, tortured and executed in Indian witch hunts

If it began like the others, the first sign that Saraswati Devi would be murdered was an accusation delivered to a shaman. Perhaps she had offended someone. Perhaps someone had fallen sick and had wondered why. Perhaps a community well had suddenly dried and someone needed blaming. Perhaps they chose her because Devi was lower caste, because she was a woman, and because they’d probably get away with it.

The killers came for her on Saturday. Two of her sons tried to save her, but couldn’t and were beaten. Their punishment wouldn’t match Devi’s. Before the 14 villagers inflicted injuries so severe they would claim her life, they “forced her to consume human excreta,” police told the Hindustan Times.

Though shocking by nearly any standard, the murder was not unique. It was not even uncommon in pockets of rural India.

In places where superstition and vigilantism overlap and small rumors can turn deadly, nearly 2,100 women accused of witchcraft have been killed between 2000 and 2012, according to crime records gathered by the Indian newspaper Mint. Others placed the number at 2,500; others higher still. “Like the proverbial tip of a very deep iceberg, available data hides much of the reality of a problem that is deeply ingrained in society,” according to New Delhi-based Partners for Law in Development. “It is only the most gruesome cases that are reported — most cases of witch-hunting go unreported and unrecorded.”

It’s an issue that despite its prevalence is rarely covered outside of India, where it’s almost weekly newspaper fodder. Last week in Chandrapur, one man was lynched and his “woman accomplice thrashed by a mob for practicing black magic,” reported the Times of India, which said the man “was caught red-handed by the mob of over 500 villagers.” Another woman accused of witchcraft was grabbed by relatives carrying “traditional weapons” and beaten to death. Late last year, in Jharkhand, a 50-year-old woman and her daughter were hacked to death after they were accused of practicing witchcraft.

The forces driving the killings, which occur predominantly in Indian states with large tribal populations, are as much cultural as they are economic and caste-based, experts said. While the easiest explanation is that angered mobs confuse a sudden illness or crop failure with witchcraft and exact their revenge, it’s rarely that simple. Much more often, it isn’t superstition but gender and class discrimination. Those accused of sorcery often come from similar backgrounds: female, poor and of a low caste.

“Witch-hunting is essentially a legacy of violence against women in our society,” wrote Rakesh Singh of the Indian Social Institute. “For almost invariably, it is [low caste] women, who are branded as witches. By punishing those who are seen as vile and wild, oppressors perhaps want to send a not-so-subtle message to women: docility and domesticity get rewarded; anything else gets punished.”

The veil of superstition, others said, only hides the true motive behind the killings. “Superstition is only an excuse,” Pooja Singhal Purwar, a social welfare official, told The Washington Post’s Rama Lakshmi in 2005. “Often a woman is branded a witch so that you can throw her out of the village and grab her land, or to settle scores, family rivalry, or because powerful men want to punish her for spurning their sexual advances. Sometimes, it is used to punish women who question social norms.”

If there is a state most susceptible to witchcraft killings, it’s the eastern state of Jharkhand, a land pervaded by dense forest and uneducated tribes. In 2013, 54 witchcraft-accused women were killed there, reported the News Minute, the highest rate in the country. Despite local legislation to try and clamp down on the murders – no national law exists that addresses witchcraft killings – they have continued if not increased. And patterns there are worth examining to understand how the horror unfolds.

According to Mint, an Indian publication which has written extensively on the subject, a witch is identified through various methods. The person who suspects witchcraft will often consult a witch doctor called an “ojha.” The witch doctor, who uses medicinal herbs, in part learned their skills to counter the darker powers of the witches, called “daayan.”

The ojha then goes about the business of sussing out the witch. This involves incantations, Mint reports, and possibly the branches of a sal tree. The ojha writes the names of all those suspected of witchraft onto the branches of the tree, and the name that’s on the branch that withers is condemned as a witch. Other times, rice is wrapped in cloth emblazoned with names. Then the rice is placed inside a nest of white ants.

Whichever bag the ants eat out identifies the witch. Another method: potions. One Indian shaman in 2011 forced 30 women to drink a potion to prove they weren’t witches. The concoction was made out of a poisonous herb, all women fell ill, and the shaman was arrested.

After a witch is chosen, they are either forced to do unspeakable things or tortured. “In many reported cases recently, women who are branded as witches were made to walk naked through the village, were gang-raped, had their breasts cut off, teeth broken or heads tonsured, apart from being ostracized from their village,” reported Live Mint. They “were forced to swallow urine and human feces, to eat human flesh, or drink the blood of a chicken.”

This, too, was the fate of Saraswati Devi, the latest woman, though likely not the last, to be accused of witchcraft, tortured and murdered.

So how did the perpetrator who slit my throat

identitified me as a targeted?  

He was told to go to a Four Miles Trail and look for a Chinese girl that wears a cowboy hat.  He also had seen the video of me where Hung Havan and Michelle Choi used to set me for termination, sexual harassement, rape and now used to identify me to be abducted, raped and killed.  That's why the perpetrator left up my cowboy hat to make sure I was the right person he was looking for.

The conflicts in Asia are played out here in the US

by people from Asia as well, where the Chinese owned factories are burned down and Chinese killed by the Vietnamese, after the news reported Chinese ships bob or sinked Vietnamese ships in a territorial dispute.

This reaction to the territorial disputes in the South China Sea involving both island and maritime claims among seven sovereign states within the region. This also played out in the US where I've been targeted by Vietnamese immigrants whom they see me as Chinese, in addition to racism.

Again, nearly all people from Asia discriminated agaisnt each other, particularly amount the Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indian as they re the maajor immigrants from Asia, and they all discriminted against Americanized Asian as they see us as traitors.

Makes one wonder why these people from Asia are so easily whipped up into killing innocent bystander such as I just because we are the same race as the perpetrator, in a similar manner as the killing of teens in Gaza and Isreal?  I believed most of them are psychologically unstable at best, it had a lot to do with how abusive their people are toward each other.

"I saw her first, she is mine" without even knowing my name

This is essentially what a male said when he proclaimed his love interest, mainly to prevent others from  pursuing me,  even though I have no interest in such person.  I am an asexual.  For all they know, I may already have a boyfriend in a committed relationship or married.

Or told the world he is in love with me, which the people-from-Asia I had never met in my life, use that to abuse the guy by telling him "she's already have a boyfriend; she is pregnant; she is a golddigger;  she is only interests in your money (some guys are not even a millionaire, or a dime to their name); she's a party girl,  she's out partying every night; and other slanders are too vicious and denigrating to repeat".  So if you are not someone who is well verse on how the world works, you are bascially asking for punishment, and in the process, ruined my life.

This is all due to people from Asia don't like to see Asian dating none-Asian.  Most people-from-Asia had never seen a white person in their life before immigrated here, legally or illegally.   Also one of the major reasons why people-from-Asia targeted me, the love interest of these White boys.  They can't do anything to the White boys, but they certainly can do harm to their love interests, including their kids.  Similarly, I've been discriminated against all my life for being Asian.

Worse was when such non-Asian boy is hated and fear by everyone, they all took their hatreds out on me instead as they couldn't do anything to that hated non-Asian boy or dare to.

Most of the time, these none-Asian boys know nothing about me, and asked any Asian, often those from Asia for my information as if all 4.3 billion people know each other; in a similar manner as if all white people know each other.  People from Asia in term slander me in the worst possible way, and these American males help spread the slanders.  I am pretty sure most males-from-Asia slandered Asian women when none-Asian boys asked for Asian women's information, especially in the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry.

People-from-Asia targeted me as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, but reached fervor level when White boys started asking for my information.

For those who has similar intend, I don't cook nor do I clean.  I had worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to put myself through school and was pursuing a PhD in Lasers and Optics to be a Scientist/Researcher/Professor, never wanted to be a house wife.  I already knew the vicissitudes of life in High School due discriminations experienced since elementary school, must be self sufficient, and never depend on the kindness of strangers.   I will kill myself if I ever need to rely on males like these to live.  They think by ruined my life that I would have to marry one these lowlife to survive, and that they can abuse me after I married them, then divorce me after a few years for a younger woman.  If not, they got their revenge by ruined my life.

Many males partake in the ruined of my life thinking that I would have to marry him in order to survive, particularly those from Asia, which they then can abused me as much as they like.  And if I don't, they are happy to see me suffer.

People like us heard a different calling in life.

Why protégés did everything in their power

to get the romantic interest of their mentor fired, ruined or even killed?

Protégés see their mentor as their surrogate father, especially those from a home lack of fatherly love.  Others see it as a power source where they had control of the mentor, a romantic interest would displace the protégé.  

Every protégé(s) of  males who proclaimed such romantic interest (in a working environment, no less.  What were they thinking?) had worked overtime to get me fired, ruined and even killed, coincide with the intend of people from Asia.

I tried to stay as far away from these males as possible in hope of they get the message (what I really want to say was – shut the fcuk-up. This is the only time I ever want to use profanity). None of them did *sigh*, and had contributed to the ruin of my life, and death due to cancer as I don't have insurance the resulted of unemployment.

You see why I had absolutely no interest in these males? They had absolutely no interest in my well-being, or care.  Furthermore, they denigrated me further by saying things "I no longer interested in her, she is too old for me"

I have so many innovative ideas in tech

That I always feel sick to hear iPhone and the likes were praised as revolutionary.  They are gadgets!

Also in computing, where people are still stuck in semiconductors.

Just have so much I want to do in tech, and I can't as the people from Asia had full control of the tech industry and now the DC metro/USPTO/Arlinton VA.

Just makes me sick that I can't bring those innovative ideas to fruition, but watching these so call innovation by these half wits at best in Tech.  The only way these nitwits able to get to where they are were by eliminating people like me.  A woman is a low hanging fruit.

I couldn't get funding, who would fund a Startup by a woman that need at least $10 milliions that required new technology in hardware and software, in early 2000?  I couldn't believe they still didn't get the Optical switch right whcih I tried so hard to get a job in, when I had published paper in the field, where most worked in the field back in late 1990s to early 2000s never even touch a laser.  The Optical/Laser field was dominated by people from China, and Emulation field was dominated by people from India.

There are lots of racists in Arlington and Alexandria, VA.  And many of them work in the Patent and Trademark Office where I was wrongfully terminated, set-up by the Asian version of the KKK/Nazi/Islamist Extremists which gave these racists the excuse to terminate me, and slit my throat.

I had worse said to me since elementary school than "chink".  The Hispanic/Latino teachers even  tried to take our free school meals and given to the already fat Hispanic/Latino students in their bilingual classes.  They managed to take away our free breakfast, that's why Asian students were so skinny.  One of the Hispanic/Latino girls got pregnant in my elementary school.  Nearly all their families received welfare, not one Asian family received welfare back then.  This kind of treatment forced us to do better in school so we won't be discriminated against in the future.  The worse the discrimination, the harder we worked.  Others couldn't hack it,  gave up and became a social problem such as joined the gang and/or drug addicts.   The Hispanic/Latinos knew they always had welfare to fall back on.  As a note, I had at least 2 college buddies were Hispanic/Latino.

In Junior High, the whole school were predominately Hispanic/Latino where not only we were not able to learn anything because the students were so disruptive, but we were constantly bullied.   Some Hispanic/Latino girls even brought in pin needles to stick that to us.  We had no idea whether that had HIV virus in it or not.  I reported it to the Principal.  He didn't do anything, his vice Principal asked him why didn't he do anything about it; the Principal said "if I had a nickle for every complaint"

But the worst were Asians toward me, even back then.  2 new girls from Asia who I had help from bullying, turn around and bullied me.  An Asian elementary school teacher deliberately not teach me to read and write, and told my parents I was not very bright as well undermined me in every way she could.  I had to teach myself to read and write English.

Asian don't usually given any form of welfare, but welfares are readily available for the Hispanic/Latino population which I don't understand why.  Also people like my father refused to apply for welfare as that might affect the perception of the Asian population, and hinder future Asian immigration that seek out better life in US.

In the space of 24 hours last week, two spectacular rescue operations were carried out in southern Germany.

Both involved men who had become trapped deep inside cave-like structures, and a large team working to set them free. But if explorer Johann Westhauser is expected to soon tell the world how he got trapped inside Germany's deepest cave, an anonymous exchange student might prefer to keep quiet about the story of how he got into a tight spot.

On Friday afternoon, a young American in Tübingen had to be rescued by 22 firefighters after getting trapped inside a giant sculpture of a vagina. The Chacán-Pi (Making Love) artwork by the Peruvian artist Fernando de la Jara has been outside TübingenUniversity's institute for microbiology and virology since 2001 and had previously mainly attracted juvenile sniggers rather than adventurous explorers.

According to De la Jara, the 32-ton sculpture made out of red Veronese marble is meant to signify "the gateway to the world".

Police confirmed that the firefighters turned midwives delivered the student "by hand and without the application of tools".

The mayor of Tübingen told the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper that he struggled to imagine how the accident could have happened, "even when considering the most extreme adolescent fantasies. To reward such a masterly achievement with the use of 22 firefighters almost pains my soul."

It seems the defamation of me got around Phoenix Bikes.

  But is contained.  Such small place with mostly kids, and a non-profit charity, yet so politically toxic, it is just unbelievable!!

Harris Teeter?

Because of this male from Asia started defaming me "no one wanted her; no one liked her, etc" last Monday when I did my grocery shopping, I shopped on Sunday instead,  I am surprised to find there are so many  people from Asia shopping in Harris Teeter.

This is a recent phenomena to see so many people from Asia shopping at Harris Teeter.  My experience has been that where ever I go, people from Asia would flock to the place I go to as if there is gold, for some reason.  The most poignant example was when I was rollerblaking in Central Park, Fremont, CA in the Summer of 2001.  All of a sudden, in a weekend, the whole park flooded with people from Asia speaking Mainland China Mandarin with a Bejing accent as if it was Chinese New Year in Chinatown.  One old man pulled down his pant zipper in front of me.  My ex ghetton Asian male coworker also came to do physcal harms to me.  I out ran him on a rollerblake, and he was a cripple. Many started having their kids learn to rollerblake after this.

Also, when they saw me ski, they all took up skiing.

How safe is it for me shopping in Harris Teeter?  Weeks before the slit of my throat on 6/1/2013, there were lots of Asians from Asia also start going to the same park I used to go, which I also posted in this blog.  I knew people from Asia already started defaming me months ago when there were 2 females from Asia  used their smartphone to take my picture and video me in Harris Teeter, one was an employee worked in the Ready Serve food counter right next to the flower dept at the entrance.

speak with a very heavy accent, keep following me, and I tried to avoid.  He then stood behind me while waiting for the self service check out line and said "no one like you, no one want you".

He then proceeded to tell other shoppers that "no one wanted her; no one liked her".

These males from Asia shared the same mentality as Elliot Rodger of the Santa Barbare massacre.  They all use the tool they know to inflict pain and their hatred onto others.  Americans use guns; people from Asia use defamation which gotten most American to help them to ruin my life, or beheading/decapitation to kill.

I am trying to not be seen by people from Asia as much as possible to avoid being targeted, having my throat slit, beheaded or decapitated; as typically, they attacked me as soon as they have seen me.  But to the simpleton's eye, this may seen as if I avoid them out of other reasons.  

The new tenant is a criminal

The landlord agreed the homeless shelter to put people in this house without checking or stating any restrictions such as no drug, drug dealer, rapist, murders or any sort of criminal in this house.

I have no idea what this landlord is thinking, he is so typify men - only think of his own interests.   He put all our lives, including the neighbors' lives in danger.

This new housemate smelling me the 1st day we met, just like so with many other males.  I wonder if I smell bad, would I be safer?

I CAN NOT afford to pay to live in a safe building.  This is as good as it gets as the area is extremely safe near the Pentagon......until the landlord brought in a criminal.  Now he knows us, we don't know what is he going to do to us.  He wouldn't have been aware of us if we just pass on the street.

Security followed me in Harris Teeters

as if I am a thief, that I was going to steal grocery.

This is either discriminations toward me as a minority or that this is due to the defamation instigated by people from Asia, just like the sexual harassment, abuses, terminations as well the slit of my throat to kill me were all instigated by people from Asia and ghetto Asians.

Of course, I will sue Harris Teeter if I am being harassed.

I had to endure this kind of denigration all the time everywhere I went all due to the defamation instigated by people from Asia and ghetto Asians.

Creepy Chinese male housemate that

stand outside of our rooms and listen.  Caught him at least 3 times when I opened my door, he was standing outside of another housemate's door and listen.  He moved in around New Year

Synopsis of the EEOC case

The only mandate the Patent and Trademark Office has for over a decade been to clear the patent backlog. I am one of the few people in the world uniquely qualified for this Patent Class 703 position and proven over and over again since the first month on the job, and by having an apodictic first case as well met the stringent requirement of 3 patent cases per biweek from my supervisor Paul Rodriguez and Director Wendy Gerber, which was not required from my peers.

Male coworkers with lesser qualification that met the 3 cases per biweek with patent cases such as the looks and feels of icons on your cell phone were promoted, while I was set-up to be terminated. To ensure I couldn’t meet the demand, Paul Rodriguez and his co-conspirators deliberately put difficult and complex (PhD in STEM) COPA patent cases in my docket to ensure I couldn’t meet the stringent requirements of 3 cases per biweek, amount many other such dirty tactics. While under the duress of termination, I had to work nearly 24/7 to meet the demands. But I was terminated nevertheless despite I met all demands and then some. So the USPTO terminated women that could do the job.

After I filed an EEOC case against the Patent and Trademark Office, while applied for jobs, companies that initially expressed interests in hiring me called the USPTO, and were never call me back. One such company told me I was in the USPTO’s list of “will not hire back”, or to that effect.  

Worst, my Unemployment Insurance was cut abruptly soon after I filed the EEOC case against the Patent and Trademarks Office. 

The EEOC Administrative Judge (AJ) Nancy Graham of New Orleans ruled against me despite overwhelming evidence to support my case. AJ cited I resigned when clearly I was terminated with a termination letter and affidavits from all management sworn I did not resign. Such flagrant miscarriage of justice ruled by an EEOC kangaroo court, the whole system is rigged against women, and racism is still alive and well. 

People-from-Asia, who I had never met in my life, such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women instigated defamation the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office with classmates in the Training Academy. Classmates such as Shawn Joseph then spread to other Training Classes, where they spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office. Officemate Hung Havan and his friends Michele Choi, Nathan Hillery, Susanne Lo and her friends from India re-enforce and further the defamation. The USPTO employees and Tuan Nguyen's countrymen/women spread to their families, friends, neighbors and neighborhoods such as in Arlington, VA.  As the result, I can't secure a job while being sexually harassed, abused, physical harm, and rape threats that resulted in a failed attempt beheading (see pic) on 6/2013 by coworkers in the Patent and Trademark Office that was meant to kill me to make the EEOC case go away.

Despite after a failed attempt beheading on me, while still suffering PTSD from the wrongful termination, the Hospital, and later the Arlington Country Social Service applied for Disability for me, yet Arlington County said I am not qualified for Disability (2014), Medicare/Medicaid or any help, financially or otherwise, even though I paid into the system while employed like everyone else; while people that only speak Spanish and don’t speak English at all were qualified for Disability. This is the result of the USPTO using their influence to retaliate against me.
