The Edward Snowden leaked blamed it on

Snowden is too smart.  When the truth of the matter is that anyone with a flash drive could've done it.

This said a lot about the management, and the implication of blaming it on a smart person, which means people could do the job been fired or not hiring qualified people.

So when the Sony/Anthem hacked came out, I doubted very much our government knows what is going on and will blame it on anything.



I observed this phenomenon while I was still working in the Patent and Trademark Office, which I was so perplex at the time...... some of the people who could do the job and was well qualified as a Patent  Examiner, were terminated before their probationary period.  And the likes of  Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery and Michele Choi were at the verge of termination all the time, and were still have a job for years while at the verge of termination.  Also, Susanne Lo who could barely do the job were promoted.  I learned later that's most likely with the help of her then-boyfriend, now husband Bill.
