Michael,

This is to notify you I will be moving out of 1000 house basement.   But because I can't move into thenew place until Oct. 8. I would like to ask you to let me stay until then. You can pro-rate my stay and deducted from my 2 months deposit which you insisted on in order to rent the place to me, where typically required one month deposit; as well asked me to be your 3rd girlfriend, which I refused.

But since there is not much humanity or basic human decency left in you, here is what you owe me. From the day I moved in, it took nearly a month before I could finally moved everything into the basement room in 930 house because it had to steam clean the carpet as it was so filthy (please see below). I had to stay in a wet carpet room for nearly 2 weeks. I also had to clean the walls, bathroom and a few centimeters thick of dust in the closet. In addition to the delay or neglect repairs over a year. Furthermore, the flood of the 1000 house basement which I and Eldon had to taken out, with helps from Eric, and later joined by Randy and Mark. I lost a carpet, a comforter, and a few other things. This flood happened ~3 days after I got back from the hospital from a slit throat that almost killed me. I was so sick I could barely get out of bed, but I had to move some heavy stuffs up the stairs to prevent it from getting wet.

Throughout all this, I had shown compassion and understanding toward you.

You owe me at least this much to let me stayed till Oct 8, which I will be paying on a pro-rated bases.
After all these, I feel sad and sorry for you.  You specifically pick the time soon after the slit of my throat that almost killed me to evict me just so to inflict pain onto me to further thetraumatizition, just because I refused to be your 3rd girlfriend the first time we meet when I cameto see the rental.

I do not share your values.

Kind Regards,
Mona Chu

Mona—

Thanks for letting me know your plans.  I would be happy to extend your stay until October 8, and deduct the corresponding amount from your security deposit.

Please let me know if you want assistance with moving.  The van is not always in town, so we may or may not be able to do it on a specific day, but I would try to work it out so that we could help, if you’d like.

I have to psych myself up in order to go

to a new place I have never been to.

I have to psychologically prepare myself, how I would leave the house, planning my path using Google map, what do I expect to see or meet, whether the area or people are safe.

This usually takes a day or two.

This is what a dyke looks like

And I am asexual, meaning any sexual in nature would be revolting to me.

Use some common sense.  Always ask the question:  Does this person behaves as said?  Who is this person saying all these things about other people?

What I have to deal with right now

The PTSD from wrongful termination from the Patent and Trademark Office. This is the result from the defamation done by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen the first month we were on the job;  and my ex-officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends-from-india, meant to ensure I can't secure a job anywhere, fired soon if I did, while incite sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm and rape toward me.  In a failed attempt of rape and abduction, The attacker had slit my throat that almost killed me.

The EEOC case that was such flagrant miscarriage of justice that said I resigned instead of terminated, with evidenced from the AJ Nancy Graham herself said I was terminated.

The PTSD from the slit throat that almost killed me.

The hospital bills in the range of $25,000-$50,000 where some had already sent to the collection agency. This is going to bankrupt me.

The eviction which I must leave by Oct. 1, while sent out large amount of email to rentals with few replies. Just another racism and bigotry at play.

The immigrant and ghetto Asians defamed me soon I arrived in the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley in the 1990s and prevent me from secured a job in the Silicon Valley as well the Tech Industry; even at the height of 2001 before 911, where any mouth breather could walk into a tech company and got hired.  And here in the DC metro, the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, as well Hung Havan and his cabal had full control of the Patent and Trademark Office as well the DC metro where the US capital is located as evidenced by the repeating of "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" everywhere I went, also no response to my job applications with accomplishments few had.  In addition to a slit of my throat tried to kill me, and now the eviction, scary isn't it?

Sent out lots of emails to rentals, very few replies

This is what I sent out below.  I can't help but to think racism and bigotry played a big part in this.  It should be obvious from the termination by the Patent and Trademark Office and now the eviction.  As I get around Arlington and Alexandria VA, it is very obvious.

Here is something about me:

My name is Mona Chu, I am a Chinese-American grew up in NYC with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, as an adjunct in college and a researcher with a published paper
http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/abstract.cfm?uri=ao-32-21-3944

It was something I enjoyed very much as a Lasers and Optics researcher, so it was fun for me.  My intention was to let people know I am a trustworthy person to share a living space together, and in no mean of being a braggart.  Some people may take it differently; so I thought I should explain

For those who wonder why you don't like me

it is because someone told you "I don't like her; no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc" meant to incite resentment toward me,  and so you started to tell yourself and everyone around the same.  That's mostly because you have a weak mind, low values and low principles, often because you got issues (racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc).

This is the same phenomenon as the children's story book "The Empire's New Clothes" where the Empire wears nothing in a parade but believing he is wearing the most beautiful clothes, and all his subjects and peasants were saying how beautiful the empire's clothes, because someone said so, and everybody believed it.

Also the same phenomenon as yawning; when someone yawns, you want to yawn too.

Those who slandered me are the one with issues  (racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc) , but mostly the oppression of women.
