Sent out lots of emails to rentals, very few replies

This is what I sent out below.  I can't help but to think racism and bigotry played a big part in this.  It should be obvious from the termination by the Patent and Trademark Office and now the eviction.  As I get around Arlington and Alexandria VA, it is very obvious.

For those who wonder why you don't like me

it is because someone told you "I don't like her; no one liked her; no one wanted her; etc" meant to incite resentment toward me,  and so you started to tell yourself and everyone around the same.  That's mostly because you have a weak mind, low values and low principles, often because you got issues (racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc).

This is the same phenomenon as the children's story book "The Empire's New Clothes" where the Empire wears nothing in a parade but believing he is wearing the most beautiful clothes, and all his subjects and peasants were saying how beautiful the empire's clothes, because someone said so, and everybody believed it.

Also the same phenomenon as yawning; when someone yawns, you want to yawn too.

Those who slandered me are the one with issues  (racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc) , but mostly the oppression of women.

If you are not moved out by September 30, substantial costs will accrue, including our having to pay for alternate quarters for the person who is renting the room, and we will file for possession immediately, which, per the terms of your lease, will add $250 plus court costs, plus rent for any time that you overstay, to any other charges that may be applicable.  This would all come out of your security deposit, and leave you with very little left.

Males continue to do harms to me when

I am not interested in satisfying their primitive urges/lust, from slandering me and called me a slut, to evict and fired me.  Those who actually sleep around are not called a slut.  Common sense, isn't it.  They might as well take a club, knock a woman out and take her back to his cave.  Men had not evolved from Neanderthal.

For those who think this is "love",  NO!! This is NOT love, don't delude yourself.  You have no concern for my well-being; worse, you are out to hurt me as if I am your worst enemy.  This only makes me sick to my stomach seeing you, and I will forever see you as a low life.

Again, I am an asexual, and over 50 years old.  Don't you think you have ruined enough of my life already?  In addition to the racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, hatreds, etc., by the majority of the immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians who will continue to ensure the ruining of my life as they've been doing to me since the 1990s as soon I arrived in the Silicon Valley.  As such, they've been trying to "hazed" me to death just as Danny Chan's fellow soldiers "hazed " him to death.  These immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians perceived me as Americanized (a banana- yellow outside, but white inside; in a similar manner as "oreo cookie" for African Americans)

I really don't have much to live for.

Still feel sharp pains from the stab and slit on my throat

Can't focus or concentrate for too long, forgetful,  feels overwhelmed,  anxiety attacks/anxious and dizzy all the time, continue to have nightmares and insomnia.

Been getting worse lately, most likely due to the eviction, and Medical bills from the hospitalization due to the slit on my throat that almost killed me.

I am just glad that my EEOC case is not demanding any of my attention.

The only reason I picked this place was because of the New Culture community and what it stands for as explained to me by Michael Rios when I came to see the place, one of which was for Social Justice, in addition to other socially and environmentally conscious activities.

What I am asking is to give me time to get over this PTSD. As you know, I am still suffering from the PTSD as the result of the stabbed on mine neck and a slit across my throat meant to kill me (see pic), in June 1, 2013. This was the making of my co-workers by inciting hatreds (a hate crime) toward me using “no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc.” and got me wrongfully terminated, also resulted in a slit on my throat that almost killed me. I worked nearly 24/7 and don't know anyone here in the DC metro. These co-workers, my ex-officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends, in addition to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started slandering me the first month we were on the job. They are some of the people proven to want to do malicious harm to me.

Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen who I had never met in my life, started inciting hatreds (a hate crime) against me using “no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc” the first month we were on the job, where classmate Shawn Joseph promulgated to other Training Academy classes, Training classes spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office, and they spread to their family, friends, neighbors and neighborhood such as here in Arlington, VA.

I sent you and Sarah an email title “Heads up” soon I moved-in explaining this, but instead you told your guests “no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc” while I was living in the 930 house. People need to ask why.


Since I am from NYC and don't know anyone in the DC metro as I told you when I came to see the rental, worked nearly 24/7 at the job, and stayed in my room mostly, in addition to treat everyone with respect; so who are these people who I never met in my life saying they don't like me, and why? My accomplishment in the Patent and Trademark Office where I was wrongfully terminated are as such: An air-tight first that is known to the then Undersecretary/Director Mr. David Kappos. I maybe the first woman to have an air-tight first case in this Patent Class, or even the Patent and Trademark Office. To ensure my termination, my Supervisor put difficult and complex COPA cases in my docket, and threatened with termination if I didn't meet production requirement. I had 2 consecutive 3 cases with a mixture of COPA cases right after the 6^th month Review, and a total of 19 cases with a mixture of COPA cases and a 93% Productivity in my 8^th month review.  In addition to my qualification - a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, was pursuing a PhD and at the same time a second Master's in Computer Science, as an adjunct in college and an Applied Physics researcher with published paper (http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/abstract.cfm?uri=ao-32-21-3944) which you knew as part of my introduction during the rental process. I met all requirements and then some, I was wronguflly terminated due to defamation, racism and bigotry.  

I am an asexual, any sort of sexual in nature, particularly sexual harassment, would be extremely revolting to me.


The question is, why are you picking this time, when you know I am completely traumatized, to evict me? What kind of person would do that to another human being? Where is your humanity? Is this what Chrysalis community is all about? Also, you don't even see me unless you come over to this 1000 N Arlington Mill Dr. house.

While I tried to figure out how to pay the doctors/hospital

doctors and hospital bills from the slit throat of a failed attempt rape and abduction that almost killed me, one of the bills already sent to the collection agency even though I had called every doctor and the hospital as soon I received the first bill, to let them know I am applying for Medicare/Medicaid/financial aid.

The cost is about $25,000-$50,000.

And then the lawyer fees (an arm and a leg, in addition to the first born) for my wrongful termination case with the Patent and Trademark Office.......

In addition to the eviction that the landlord used a pretext of "blocking doorways", but really b/c I refused to be his 3rd girlfirend.....

I might have to filed for bankruptcy in the future........

The attempted  rape and abduction that almost killed me, and the wrongful termination are the doing of my ex-officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends; in addition to co-workers/classmates Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen that started slandering me the first month on the job.

The reason why men asked me to be his girlfriend, to marry him, or to buy me as soon they saw me.  My price was $1 Billion dollars in 2001.  Like fine wine, I aged well  :-).

Also why so many people with issues (racism, bigotry, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc) hated me as soon as they saw me, mostly Asians, particularly those from Asia.  Hence the slander of "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc", the antithesis of the truth, as their way of saying "stupid Americans" will believe anything they said.  Also to ensure that no one likes me so I wouldn't be that popular anymore.

That's why I've been saying China will be a Super Power in 20 years back in 2001, and Asia will be the dominate power.  Additionally, China had a history of being a Superpower, the Opium introduced into China by the Brits weaken the nation, and make the invasion of China by the West possible.

We never won a war in the Middle East or Asia where they fight us with sticks and rocks (metaphorical speaking), yet we never learned and keep sending people into that hornet's nest.  Our military broke every rules in "The Art of war" by Sun Tzu written thousands years ago, in every war in the Middle East, yet never learned.

The reason why US been a Superpower is mainly because we were the only one left standing after WW2.

I am very much willing to share what I got.  I posted many here in my blog.  Here is a reminder.

Bitter and hatreds.

It is a complete waste of emotion and effort, and do nothing for me other then caused me to age and the overall wellness of being.

Worse, cluttered my mind to see and think clearly, and make me into one of the walking dead as manifested by 90% of these immigrant and ghetto Asians, who at a sight of a smile on someone’s face can cause them to come after that person. They are that messed-up.

So, management terminated me because they were manipulated by the slanderers, and now takes their word at face value again and trust these proven slanderers, while all I did was to work nearly 24/7 because of the termination threat, with accomplishments few could match and an air-tight first case that maybe the first woman to achieve such result in the Patent and Trademark Office; yet management continue to believe those who set me up and got me terminated using defamation.

These malicious slanderers proven over and over again they are smarter than all levels of management and had complete control of management, also proven to use their smart in a malicious way, while I worked nearly 24/7 and didn't harm a fly, yet people continue to believe these proven malicious slanderers, and helped them to ruin my life.

You see why I am so screwed?

Perspicacious individuals discerned that

those slandered me either never met me or only had cross path, as I make known that I am from NYC, and don't know anyone here in the DC metro; therefore it is not me that has issue, but those slandered me.

Typically, I keep low key and not been seen due to discriminations and bigotry, particularly by people from Asia, in addition to suffering from PTSD

We have extended the termination date until September 30, since the exact term in our written lease was ambiguous.  However, under any reading of the lease, the term would expire no later than September 30, 2013.

I had to overcome the negative stereotype of Asian

everywhere I go.  It takes a long time to overcome, and often not enough time, particularly difficult with the smear campaign done by immigrant/FOB such as Tuan Nyugen and his countrymen, and ghetto Asians such as Hung Havan and his cabal such as Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (Indian) friends.

This is just for those who are not discriminatory.......

If you heard this is the reason why the immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians came after me; well, this is just one of the major reasons.  For some, it is because of anti-interracial dating/marriage, others out of envy, jealousy, or women lacked of interests in these males because of their 3rd world antics of treating women as a 2nd class citizen.  Males from Asia see Chinese-American women as a trophy girlfriend/wife.

One other major reason was, I was more competent in the job than most male engineers where I was often the only woman engineer in the whole engineering dept.   For 3rd world culture, this would be the equivalent of slapping them in the face, that's why so many 3rd worlders hated me with such passion even though I had never met them in my life.

Another major reason is because they perceived me as Amerianized (similar as African-American being called an Oreo cookie) (see the movie "Gangs of New York") because most Americans of all colors and races liked me and I had lots of none-Asian friends; only until the Asians started slander me by saying "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" that people started to distance me.  This is so at the beginning of the Training Class in the Patent Trademark Office, by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen started slandering me, then my ex-officemate Hung Havan told me all his friends liked me, until he and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her (India) friends slandered me.  All their slander was intended to incited sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm and rape toward me; not only I was terminated, but also had my throat slit from a failed rape and abduction attempt that almost killed me.

Like the Europeans, the Asians also discriminated against each other as well - Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, especially the Japanese that had signs "dogs and Chinese/Vietnamese/Korean/etc are not allowed" in their restaurants all over Asia.  This was in the 1990s.  From what I had experienced so far, the Vietnamese, of all ages, and women of all ages really hated me, even those married a Caucasian male.  Whenever they see me here in the DC metro, they make sure to tell someone next to them "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc".  It was deliberated and they all knew why they were doing this to me, the same as Pvt. Danny Chan "Hazed" to death by his fellow soldiers in Afghantian.  This is racism no different then the KKKs, the Asian version of the KKK.

I met a woman engineer before my time

shared similar oppression treatment and a hostile/sexual harassment working environment by her male engineer co-workers and the company she worked for, except they were all Caucasians, and the time frame was from the1970s and before.

As you know, I had similar treatment by immigrant/FOB and ghetto Asians soon I arrived in SFO/Silicon Valley, and now in DC, also in NYC.

Nobody is going to admit they don't like me is b/c

 I am Asian/Chinese/woman/Americanized, but often it is exactly that.

Don't forget, I treated everyone with respect until they showed they don't deserve my respect.

My motto is:  I don't care what color, race, gender, religion, etc., there are only 2 types of people to me, good and bad.

And NO, women are not checking you out unless you are a Chippendale dancer or Michelangelo's masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture.  Don't flatter yourself, you are pathetic and basically admit you are an imbecile.  As for me, I am an Asexual, men are just a bunch of walking carbon base life form (I am being kind) that is controlled by their own urges and animal instincts; only substance and a thinker make you stand out.

Like in the children's story "The Emperor's New Clothes", just because lots of people said it, doesn't mean it is true.  Just open your eyes, mind and see the truth.

Typically, the more pathetic and desperate the guy is, I mean at the Gollum (from The Lord of the Ring) level, the more likely he will accuse good looking women of checking him out.  Often, since they knew the woman is not interested in them, they would ruin the woman and make her look like damaged good such no one would want her, they are the only option left for the woman if the woman wanted to get married; if not, they got their revenge already by ruining her.  This is a common practice by people from Asia as I learned working with them.  They build their happiness by ruining other people's life such as mine and those who believed everything they said, and now demoted, fired and/or had their reputations ruined..

This also happened to me in the Silicon Valley of the San Francisco Bay Area where I was targeted as soon I arrived there, by people from Asia; just as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen slandered me the first month we started the job in the Patent and Trademark Office in the Training Academy; where Shawn Joseph promulgated to all other Training Classes.  Training Class classmates then spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office where they spread to their family, friends, neighbors and neighborhoods such as Arlington, VA, where I had my neck stabbed and a cutted throat, and now my landlord is evicting me.

My officemate Hung Havan and his cabal Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her Indian friends from Asia actively slandered me and misled management into terminating me.

I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats by co-workers from Asia, and then by an Asian gang later.  If I stayed in the Silicon Valley, people would eventually find out the truth and realized what was going on - a crowding out of Americans (Asians from Asia see me as Americanized - a traitor and a woman who dare to be better at the job than them).  I was working
in companies where I was often the only female in the whole hardware dept., and the dept were 95+% of current and past H1Bs from Asia .

And because people from Asia slandered me in the Tech industry such that I couldn't secure a job, fired soon if I did just as in the Patent and Trademark Office, as well ensured continuous sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm and rape threats that resulted in the vicious assault on me that almost killed me.

"She needed a man; she is desperate for a man, etc" started soon after Asians from Asia learned I was dating a none-Asian in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Meanwhile, the Tech industry talking heads keep insisting we don't have qualified American engineers, and required more H1Bs, the same H1Bs who slandered and almost got me killed because I am a woman who could do a better job than them.

I worked nearly 24/7  with accomplishments and computer log time to support my claims, I have also never been to SFO or DC before I relocated.

Landlord Michael Rios threatens to deduct

from my 2 months deposit of $1300 if I don't allow him to show my room to a potential renter as he is evicting me.  He was just here at 6pm with Sarah.

He is going to charge a $50 fee for a notification which is not stated on the lease, or $250 for whatever he feels like charging on my 2 months deposit, etc.  None of this is stated on the lease.

Typical deposit is one month rent, he wanted 2 months from me.

This is ironic since this is supposed to be a New Culture/Chrysalis.  But what is being done to me by the Landlord is worse then the US government toward their citizens and worse then most LandLords in America as I am recovering from a traumatic assult that almost killed me, and he specifically pick this time to evict me just to traumatized me further; because I am an easy target for him, an Asian woman alone in DC.  There is no social justice for Asian women a la the Patent and Trademark Office fired me because I am Asian and a woman, or even our judicial system such as the EEOC is discriminated against Asian women such as me.
