I am from China, and is illegal.  So he has been bad mouthing to the landlord and everybody around.

He even came to screamed and yelled at me in front of the landlord and another housemate Tiblet.

by none Asian, people from Asia will started bad-mouthing me.

So, yesterday, in Bikes for the world, 2 White guys were talking to me showing they liked me, in front of an Asian woman from Asia.  I was telling them I was from NYC, grew up in the Greenwich Village, etc.  You know, having a conversation in front of this woman from Asia, not including her.  I kept looking her way trying to include her. 

Anyway, she may had bad mouthed me.  I have no prove of that, just an educated guess coming from experiences that happened  in the USPTO, the Silicon Valley, and everywhere I went wherever there were people from Asia, often as soon as they saw me. 

They will bad mouth me so that anyone likes me will hate me.  This was why I kept a low key and not be seen in the USPTO, Silicon Valley, and everywhere.

$400K is about a week stay in some of his hotels/resorts.

Human nature

If everyone has access to guns, you know there will be killings.

If 300 millions of people can get a gun, you know there will be lots of killings.  This is just common sense.

If some people has a master key to every house, you know there will be a few will use the master key to go into your house and do whatever.  This is just common sense.

This Asian male(looks like Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, or similar)  opened the door.  A lap dog followed him.  I said that's a maltese, I got one too.  He brushed the dog with his foot to make the dog go back inside.  I asked is Eunice (name in my list) home?  I am a volunteer with the Dem Party of VA.  He mumble something.  I said what.  Then I said have you registered to vote yet?  He mumble something.  I gave him a "what" look.  So I said is Eunice home, I am a volunteer.........  

He was going to walk back inside and close the door, then he stop and looked at me again.  He probably saw the scar on my neck from the failed beheading, and started asking in a harsh tone - who are you?  how do you get this list?  I said I already told you I am a volunteer....... I don't know where this list came from, I am just a volunteer.  He then moved his body as if he was going to walk toward me and to grab me, I walked back.  I don't feel safe at this point.  He then stop, thinking what to do, then turned around toward his apt putted his hand on the door.  He then turned back to me and said in a loud stern voice as if a law enforcement interrogating a suspect - who are your affiliation?  I said I am a volunteer with the Dem Party of VA, I already told you that.  He then said who are you affiliate with? What is your name? If you don't tell me, I am going to call the police.  who are you?  I am going to call the police. 

There was a cat and mouse muse in his eyes with a contempt toward me as if I am a lower class, while he was threating me.

I then said thank-you for your time.  I am sorry to bother you.  Have a good day.  I walked away and left the building.  I then text Guy I am bugging out cited an Asian guy is going to call the police on me.

People from Asia in general will try to do harm to any Asian that they perceived as happy, doing - well, and/or Americanized.  Don't forget they are from a 3rd world, and this is their mentality.  After they surpass other Asians, they will then go after the next powerful representative - the Caucasian.  In short, they go after those they know they have influence upon.  As they gained power, they then go after the next immediate people that is in their way to the top.  Case in point, the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry.

They knew how stupid and trusting the American, and can easily used as a cheap tool, so they say whatever they wanted without any basis whatsoever about me, who I had never met in my life, and 99% of Americans believed them.  And that's how I ended up ousted, demonized, make into public enemy #1, at the verge of homeless, and 2 failed attempted beheadings.

An African-American young woman told me to go home

I was waiting in a self serving line in the supermarket, this African American woman in her 20s, well dressed, stand right next to me, then preceded to go to the opening of a self-serving register.  I walked ahead of her telling here I was here first. 

On her way out, she said "go home" to me.  I didn't understand that at first thinking - go home to NYC?  I was puzzled.  Only after I got home than realized she thought I was from Asia.


This doesn't usually happen in this Pentagon City area.   She could be from a predominately African-American area, where there are very limited racial diversity.  In NYC, that would be the old Harlem.

Well, in that case, I could tell her to go home too.  The only people I can't say this to is the American Indian.

Using women as a punching bag

I found this to be so common amount old males and 3rd worlders (male and female).  They don't usually taking it out on males, no matter what wrong these males had done.  But if a woman happens to be in the wrong place while a male is in a bad mood, that woman will get an ear full or fired.

Weekend after 911 in the Silicon Valley

The weekend after 911, it was like a Lunar New Year in the Elizabeth Lake of the Central Park in Fremont, East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, where I rollerbladed.  Usually, there were only a few people in the Park and only one or two Asian immigrants occasionally, but that weekend after 911 was suddenly full of recent immigrants from Asia that full of joy as if they were celebrating Lunar New Year. 

One old man even unzipped his pant while he was walking toward me as if to say “fuck you”, as if these people from Asia came to this particular park to say the same to me as they perceived me as the symbolic representative of America and Americans - an effigy of Americans.  One must understand that their mind set was still as if they lived in their homeland Asia, and seeing an Americanized Asian, especially a woman, is a traitor to them and must be punished severely.  If there were only a few people from Asia, they would just left me alone or even try to friend me for survival; that doesn't mean they wouldn't backstabbed me as one did in Houston, TX; where there were very few people from Asia when I was working there in the early 1990s.  Backstabbing is a common practice in Asia, why I never wanted to get anywhere near them.

Think about that, that so many of these people from Asia, who I had never met in my life, came after me as if I killed their mother, because I am an American in America.  What would they do in America?

There were a few couples that were lost as they don’t know what is going to happen to them after 911 because they were most likely H1Bs.

This woman housemate Tiblet was nasty toward me and the 2 new women housemates when I helped the landlord found 2 nice women housemates.  She and her countrymen then bad mouthed me to the landlord, the landlord (a yokel) started screaming and yelling to those 2 new housemates and me.  They both left.  One left within  a month.  I wasn't quite sure the reason as I often gave her stuffs from my sister, shared food and other stuffs.

Now again she is nasty toward me when I am close to this new housemate.  I wonder if she and her countrymen are going to bad mouthed me and this new housemate to the landlord.

Her jealousy stemmed from the fact that people liked me, and tended to be more friendly and closer to me.  Another housemate, also from Africa, said "no one liked you", and "no one wanted to work with you" appears to be very happy with a smile on his face.  This is also shared by people from Asia, also a 3rd world, in addition to racism and sexism.

HATE is a taught trait

I was biking down a hill,  3 girls of about 4 ft tall were ahead blocking my side of the path.  So I rang the bell for at least 10 times down the hill as the people ahead weren't responding.  A mother look back while extending her arm out to grab the daughter aside to make way for me when I got near them.  So it was a mother and 2 daughters.  When she saw me, she just left her daughter on my path without making way for me to pass, and said to her daughter in Spanish ".........Chino".  I assumed she must've said  "It only a Chinese".

Now her daughters learned from the mother to discriminate against Chinese and most likely Asians as well.

Typically, anyone been here in the US long enough would have automatically step aside when heard a bell ring, but neither of the 3 people did.

In this Bike for the World where I volunteer.  There were at least 2 males from Asia there.  It only takes one such as Tuan Nguyen in the Patent and Trademark Office.

I know because people treated me differently after people from Asia defamed me, such as they would treated me as if I am a thief, watched everything I do, sexually harassed me, hostility, etc; just like all other places where I volunteered such as the Computer CORE, Fairfax County Court, Phoenix Bikes. etc.  If I am employed, then this place will fired me in due time; just like the USPTO; or the Silicon Valley where I had to abscond from due to physical harm threats.

These people from Asia created a cesspool for all wherever they are.  I think the Silicon Valley and the USPTO realized it now, if not, they will be one targeted and get their reputation ruined.

HATE is a learned trait

You are not born to HATE.  You are either taught or learned to HATE.

My father has lots of issues, but always avoided expressing them to me or my siblings.  We are not very close to him.  But I am grateful my father didn't pass on the bitter and hatred to us, not even toward the Japanese that had taken most of his family during the Japanese invasion as human shield, and growing up without any parent in a war and famine environment.  To get a sense of how much he hated the Japanese, I brought a pair of Japanese chopstick without knowing anything about his feelings toward the Japanese; he had a fit, broke the chopstick and throw it in the garbage.  I didn't understand why he felt that way back then.  I was in High School. 

But that is most likely my Mom stopped my father from expressing negativity.  She took all the abuses herself and shield us from all the abuses from our father.  One reason was to prevent us from living a bitter and hatred life.  My Mom wouldn't even allowed us to say anything negative about anyone.

So while I was being sexually harassed and abused working in the Tech industry for over a decade, by people from Asia,  and almost die, I couldn't report the culprits or complaint.

when I bypass this old male from India cashier; that's because this guy, amount many others from Asia in this Rite Aid, had been hostile toward me for many years.

It is the wrongdoing of management that put the whole UPSTO in danger.  Someone will eventually decided to "go postal" on these mangement one of these days, and the bystander will get hurt; just as I was working 24/7 with outstanding accomplishments and a pioneer in the felid, when these management wrongfully terminated me in a haste of 2 days.

The USPTO has plenty of psychologically unstable/psychopath individual such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, Hung Havan who is a Charles Manson, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, etc just to name a few, don't forget the management that terminated me in a haste of 2 days, yet I worked 24/7 and now heightened alert when I go near the campus.

"It’s important to remember that of the 800+ trademark applications for variations of the term “slant,” only one was denied for being a “racial slur.” In other words, the Trademark Office never considered it to be a slur against Asians until an Asian applied. The Trademark Office clearly expressed that the only reason why they associated our trademark application with a racial slur was because of my race. They wrote, “it is uncontested that applicant is a founding member of a band…composed of members of Asian descent…thus, the association.” In other words, if I were white, like every other applicant in the history of the country, it would have not been questioned to begin with.

There are numerous other legal and social differences, but it should be made clear that the intent, as well as the reaction from the community, are completely different. In that sense, they are not analogous. The whole thing is a bit frustrating because it is much more difficult to prove that something is not offensive than to prove that it is. That being said, there has never been a formal challenge or objection by members of the Asian American community despite nearly 1,000 appearances by the band – in fact, nearly every major Asian American media source has supported our work (including Asian Week, Angry Asian Man, Disgrasian, 8Asians, the Asian Reporter, the Asian American Press, and more. In national surveys, the overwhelming majority of Asian Americans support our use of the name. This, of course, is a completely different set of circumstances than what Native Americans and THE REDSKINS have been facing.

“Redskin” has a long history of oppression, the football team treats the people as mascots. Racism is a complex issue, and as such, there are no easy answers. Should the Trademark Office be focusing on their purpose (avoiding confusion in the marketplace and protecting intellectual properties), or should they be taking on the role of legislating speech as well? If they’re going to be doing so, they should at least be consistent. Yet, they’re all over the map: they approve “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” but deny “Clearly Queer,” they like “Do the Heritage Slant” but not “The Slants,” and “perma-chink” is OK but “chink proud” is not.

Some people who take issue with re-appropriated terms believe that racial slurs should not be used in any case whatsoever, but that’s now how language works. Just look at the term “queer,” which has definitely evolved with its use over time. Is it appropriate for some people to use but not others? Maybe – but that shouldn’t involve a government office.

Most people who advocate for better control don’t believe in the outright ban on all firearms, they just think criminals, the mentally ill, or minors shouldn’t have access to them. Maybe words are like that – they can be used to hurt or to protect, depending on whose hands they are in. Actually, I think it’s more like medicine. Many medicines are derived from poisons (like ergot or venoms) – what was once used to hurt is now used to heal. In the wrong hands, with the wrong intent, the poisons can cause damage. However, in the right hands, those same poisons can be repurpose/reappropriated to heal certain injuries. When it comes to marginalized populations, there’s no question that reclaiming poisonous words has created healing and reduced hate (psychological studies show that even the dominant group feels a loss in power)."

This Chinese woman stared at me from a distance walking toward me as if I killed her mother.  I was unlocking my bike after grocery shopping in Food Star on Columbia Pike.  She is most likely associated with Food Star or live nearby.  She didn't have any grocery in her hand or even a wallet.  I had never met her in my life.  She is about middle age.  Very typical of people from Asia behavior toward me since the 1990s, as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley; then NYC, the Patent and Trademark Office and now the DC metro.

I finally solve the problem of how to build Star Trek's Transporter in the first half of the 1990s.

My other interests were in Cold Fusion, Superconductivity, Artificial Intelligent, Optical Computing and Computer Architecture.  This is why I said I would've been crazier then Elon Musk, for those who understand what all above, including Star Trek's Transporter means for the human race.

But since I am not a male, the Silicon Valley rather take insidious defamations at face value of males from Asia that couldn't tell a toaster from a computer, then women with above qualifications.

The reason why I like Emulation was it was enough to keep me busy for a few years, 2-5 years before I get bore.

After solving -how to build Star Trek's Transporter; I was curious as to how the Stock Market Works, which led to this Commonsensical economics.

Real genius such as Einstein, Stephen Hawking, etc always humble because the more they know, the more they know they don't know.  Also real genius understood the viciousness of human nature, so they never act like an arrogance jacka**, only the wannabes.

As usual, I kept a low key and not be seen, all my life.  Even back in college, I tried not to draw too much attention to myself knowing there are lots of evils out there; been experiencing evil since elementary school, including took my school meals away, not teach me writing, and had to learn to write by myself, etc.

Got throw into the air while biking

2 women walking in the middle of the bike lane.  I ringed many times, they started to move to the left.  So I bike toward the right.  Then for no apparent reason, one woman suddenly, with force, move to the right, body slam into me, knocked me into the air landed feets away.  Then with no feeling what so ever, while the other one laughing, asked "are you alright?"

I was disoriented for a while.   I tried to get up, couldn't because of my rib hurts.  I had to get on my all four to get up; got on my bike and bike slowly, only realized the front wheel is bent 30 minutes later.  I now have to pay $100 to replace the wheel.

Just another example of the world full of evil people.  There are very few good people in the world.  Something I learned and experienced since elelmentary school.

I was picking out bananas, this Asian (either Chinese or Vietnamese) guy stood right behind me.  So close that there wasn't day light between us, and I felt that someone was behind me.  Out of reflect, I moved away right away.  This reminded me of all the sexual harassment and abuses I had to endure on a daily basis in the Silicon Valley, and later in the Patent and Trademark Office.  I wanted to kill that monster/Charles Manson in the most brutal and horrific way.

These same guys will go around telling people "no one wanted her; no one liked her; she needed a man; she is too old; etc".   Imbeciles will believe it, and act on it.

This is just another "death by a thousand cuts".

An Asian coworker in the Silicon Valley came to try to do physical harms to me in a park where I usually go to rollerblake, who was one of the people I reported for sexual harassments and was fired as the result.  So now when I see any Asian where I don't usually see them such as in any park, then suddenly appear, I get very anixous.

I was targeted by people from Asia (Asians from hell) as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and was sexually harassed and abused on a daily basis.  By 2001, 90% of the people from Asia had partake in trolling me in the Silicon Valley.  I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats by an Asian coworker and an Asian gang.  Similarly, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women defaming/trolling me the first month I started the job with the Patent and Trademark Office, and now 2 failed beheadings on me.  I had try to avoid anywhere near any person from Asia while employed in the Patent and Trademark Office because of experiences in the Silicon Valley.  Well, now it is self evident (http://casesynopsis.blogspot.com/) that these people from Asia are equal vile everywhere.  Why I warn of stealing of trade secrets since 2004.

Something bad is going to happen to me

I am feeling restless, a panic attack.  I always feel this way when something bad is about to happen to me.  This feeling makes me want to make those ruined me paid for what they did to me.  I am afraid one day I might do just that; and everyone of them deserved it.

It is probably my Civil Case ruled against me, and I won't have a jury trail.  I've been reading a Defendant's accusation against me, and been trying to response, but just make my blood boiled every time when I read the Defendants accusation, and had to re-live all the harassments, abuses, and the torments, in addition to all the lyings by these lawyers Agatha M. Swick - Special Assitant U.S. Attorney under Dana J. Boente - United States Attorney who just sworn in by Loretta Lynn, alone with Taron Murakami, USPTO's Attorney.  These lawyers spent years in law school, but lie like a common criminal in their court cases.  That's why lawyers seen and treated like a common criminals by so many people.

So I received a package on 3/19/2016 from the lawyers of the Patent and Trademark Office motioned the court to Dismiss and Summary Judgment of my civil case.  The bad feeling was most likely the ruling from the Court will be against me, again, just like EEOC ruled against me.

Zen for Everyday Living

I seem to keep a lot of things on my mind. Thinking about work and worrying about my job security, wondering about my relationship with family and friends, trying to figure out where to invest my money, having to buy a new set of tires for the car, engrossed in the war on terrorism, seeing that all my buddies are getting married and a thousand other things that gnaw at me throughout the day.

I am not the only one with a lot on my mind. I have friends who are dissatisfied with their careers but work it so they can afford the house and the baby. I know guys with beautiful girlfriends and nice cars that still seek approval. I know girls with great careers; lots of friends but can not find love.


So it is easy for us all to be stressed. We look forward to 'going out', meeting up with friends, shopping, weekends when we can retreat to our homes, spending time with the new baby and all the other little moments that give us pleasure before we re-immerse ourselves into the immense displeasure of the daily drone. Life seems like a cycle of seeking pleasure, in material things, in business success or in personal relationships in order to stem the displeasures of circumstance.


I recently delved into Zen in order to break this cycle and experience life in its entirety; not embracing just the good bits and avoiding the bad bits because there will be times when such things are out of our control. I still maintain my career ambitions, my commitment to family and friends. My rent still has to be paid and my car still needs four new tires. But my day is no longer a daily drone; no longer a struggle and I no longer seek to 'get away from it all'. I am experiencing things for what they are and not what they should be or aren't. For a Zen master, who I am not, there is no friction between himself and life and the world. Events and circumstances ebb and flow but he is always centered steering his life wherever he sees fit and acting in a way that is always appropriate to the situation.

So what is Zen and how can it be used. Well, Zen is not a religion. There is Zen Buddhism but there can also be Zen Catholicism as well. There is no morality or ethics in Zen; for morality or ethics you will have to look elsewhere like Buddhism or Catholicism. Zen is a way of looking and confronting events, circumstances and life.


Joseph Campbell said of Zen practice, 'It is like an athlete when he's in the zone, except all of the time.' I thought it would be great to live and handle challenges and interact with people like I was in that zone all of the time. Don't you?

Here are some techniques for laypeople to obtain the benefits of Zen.

Focused Breathing:

One of the basic ways of clearing your head of distractions so that you can concentrate is focusing on your breathing. Harvard Medical Center researchers can this the relaxation principle. In Zen it is called zazen or sitting meditation but I do this while jogging, reading and working. When you are relaxed you are more focused and effective in the task at hand.

To do this you must relax your diaphragm and be fully conscious of your breathing. This is not easy to do when you are tense. It takes true self-awareness to realize that your body is tense. It takes effort to relax those muscles in your stomach and discipline to breath steadily.


But try to focus on your breathing; here is a long breath in, here is a long breath out, here is a short breath in, here is a short breath out. You will find that you will be more in tune to the present moment. As your mind is focused on your breathing, your senses take in the situation around you unencumbered and unfiltered. You begin to see things as they unfold, hear and listen to sounds as they come, feel and smell aromas as they arise without automatically shutting any of it out or reflexively reacting to them.


Continued practice of focused breathing will help you deal with situations in a more rational and objective manner. It lets you put things in perspective. And it gives you insight into the way your body responds under different situations.

Focused Breathing is the foundation for adopting many of the other techniques of Zen. Practiced on its own it will yield immense benefit to you.

Beginner's Mind:

Zen is known for some very esoteric notions, 'No mind', 'With-out Thinking' and a refutation of all concepts in general. This is one reason Zen appears inaccessible and nonsensical to the casual observer.

These notions are meant to encourage us to adopt a basic tenant of Zen, the Beginner's Mind. When we first learn something we may be anxious, nervous, excited and looking forward to it but we begin without concepts, knowledge or any ideas about the subject. Maintaining a beginner's mind, even in things that we are already experts, means not to carry any preconceived ideas and beliefs when confronting situations.


His students asked a Zen teacher if he ever got tired of being asked the same question day in and day out. He replied that each student was different and their question, though worded the same, had a different meaning.


A beginner's mind protects us from over-conceptualizing, over-thinking and over-analyzing a situation. We are better able to think outside of the box because we respond appropriately to the needs of each situation. When we think we already know what is going on or that we are already experts in our field we are trapped in one mode of thinking. Many physicists, scientists, philosophers, economists and corporate leaders practice Zen-like techniques because they are aware of such traps.


The next time you think 'here comes an annoying co-worker' or 'someone has let me down again, they're always like this' or 'how am I ever going to get this done', go back to focusing on your breathing, take in the situation unencumbered and unfiltered by your knowledge and conditioning and learning. Trust that you have all of the prerequisite abilities that have taken you this far in life to respond to any situation. Once your initial, reflexive thoughts subside you will find that by not categorize situations as they arise you will be open to more alternatives, more opportunities and more ways of responding to the situation appropriately and effectively.

Mindfulness:

It is not easy to let go of our thoughts, feelings and tension as they arise. Commotion, distractions and other people requiring our attention surround us. We cannot always maintain a beginner's mind and often we cannot afford to focus on our breathing because we are actively responding to something; this is especially true with first applying Zen techniques. But like everything else, continued practice allows us to live these techniques not just merely apply them.

One way to over come the initial hurdles of applying Zen in a busy day is to be Mindful; basically to be self-aware and self-monitoring with the aim of accepting all of the thoughts and feelings that arise in us without judging them or shutting them out.

When you are focused on your breathing, with a Beginner's Mind you will sense feelings and thoughts arising. Focusing on your breathing will keep you centered, and with a Beginner's Mind you will observe thoughts and feelings without judging them; rather let thoughts and feelings rise and subside while you pay attention but not cling to them.

In Zen, all that arises within us are natural; they are a result of what we are and how we are connected to the world. Our eyes, ears and nose sense the world; we perceive, conceptualize and feel because that is the statement of our body.

When we are mindful of anger, sadness, nervousness and joy we acknowledge them, welcome them when they appear but we do not cling to them. When we feel love or happiness we welcome these feelings. It should be the same with anger and nervousness. All these feelings are our mind, body and consciousness communicating to us. When we are mindful of them we can only become wiser and more insightful.

I may get nervous before a test. 'I am nervous. Hello nervousness, how are you today? Glad to feel you again.' Focused breathing keeps me centered. When the test begins my nervousness naturally subsides. 'Farewell nervousness,' and I am completely in tuned with the task at hand.

Do not try to resist or suppress your feelings. That only means you have turned your mind to them and are clinging to them even more. Let your feelings and thoughts. Be mindful of them. I find that as the situation dictates my distracting feelings and thoughts subside allowing me to respond unencumbered by the task at hand.

Focused breathing, Beginner's Mind and Mindfulness are basic Zen practices. They are almost common sense but often we become mired in the complexities and details of every day living and lose sight of common sense wisdom. Zen is not a monastic way of life. The Zen ideal is to experience and embrace life experiences full on; not editing out the bad bits because there are no bad bits, just things are they are.

At least now I know some of you are still Americans, not a 3rd World Asia ruled by the likes of "Charles Manson" sociopath/psychopaths or the Middle East Islamist Extremists.

Remnant or reminiscent of old self

today, for an hour, I seem to be back to my old self when I was running multi-million dollars projects, just a little bit......hadn't feel like this since the 1990s.

I was volunteering/teaching/ as a way to help myself recover from PTSD since I couldn't afford to buy medical insurance.....
