"She is controverial"

I don't know anyone here or the Silicon Valley.  I often worked 24/7 as indicative of my unprecedented accomplishments.

What do you based this 'controversial' on?  What people said, particularly by people from Asia, who I had never met in my life, or you? 

The action of these people that defamed a person they had never met in their life is self evidenced of a malicious character.

What kind of people would go around bad mouthing other people, especially those they had never met in their life??  Are people really that stupid or they just want to have an excuse to do harm to other people? 

It sounds like hatreds toward me is the root cause of this "controversy".

I gave up being a billionaire just so to collect the measly Welfare

Or give up making millions of dollars a year just so I can collect $500 per month welfares from the Arlington County.

And that I worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to pursue a PhD in Applied Physics just so I can collect welfare.

This is basically what the Arlington County Welfare agency believed, and disproved my application applied by INOVA hospital and Arlington Social Service on behalf of me.  That someone such as I had a Master's in EE and highly accomplished in the High Tech industry applied for welfare.

I refused to believe people are that stupid, so it has to be racism, rather unconsciously or consciously or influenced by the USPTO just as in the Unemployment Compensation and Blacklisted me in my USPTO personnel file so I can't get a job.

The making of a cesspool

This housemate Sammy started screaming and yelling at me the first time he saw me.  I could barely understand him as he is from Africa.

He then started to bad mouth me with the landlord, and other housemates, where the landlord also started to scream and yell at me.  Now, might you, this landlord told me how much he likes me and wanted to have coffee with me, even after I told I already in a committed relationship.  I also gave him a bottle of wine, as well helped with finding new tenants.  Other housemates also believed everything Sammy told them despite I had given them at least $500 worth of stuffs and helped them in every way possible. 

They don't interact with Sammy and knows nothing about him.

Yet these housemates, believed someone that exhibit bad behaviors over and over again.  This is basically the majority of Americans in the Silicon Valley as well the DC metro/USPTO.  All these people had a college education. 

I will kill him if I see him in my room

When I open my door this morning at ~7:15am, the door knob fell apart without any prior sign of deterioration or loose, as if someone tried to pick open my lock over night to try to get into my room. 

As soon as I entered the bathroom, the new housemate Kevin, a pervert dirty old man came down and went out for a smoke, as if he was up all night.  He had never got up so early to go out to smoke.  He usually go straight to work around this time.  I knew he went out for a smoke because of the smell, also he always left a stinky smell when he is around.  It is just so disgusting!! 

I avoided him, did not want him to see me what so ever.  He is like those perverts you run into on the street, except now he is living in the same house. 

He had heard of the defamation/trolling against me "no one wanted her; on one liked her; she needed a man" etc by people from Asia and USPTO employees who have been pointed me out everywhere I went.  An imbecile such as this housemate thinking he has chance, and will continue to pursue me regardless, just like all previous perverts/dirty old men.  This one will go to any length, including rape, which I will kill.

If there is such thing as karma, I want all those who had contribute to my current condition get the same, and for all his/her love ones too.

How does anyone know me?

Since I arrived in the DC metro, I had to work nearly 24/7 and didn't see daylight until the Summer of 2011......

So, how does anyone knows me, unless using social media and word of mouth; meaning whenever anyone saw me, they would have to point me out to other people.  And they must've taken my picture without my consent, which is a suable offense.  But for most none Asians, Asians are all look alike to them, and yet they were able to distinguish me from other Asians, which is amazing on it's own.

"I don't understand what she is saying"

I grew up in NYC, and worked 3 jobs every summer since High School.  I did not have any problem of communicating.

Since I arrived in the Silicon Valley, people from Asia, often those who could barely speak English, started saying "I don't understand what she is saying", then the racist and sexist repeating to re-enforce such notion.  As the result, I was completely isolated.  The only time I speak in more then a few sentences were when I was went on an interview.  And as soon as I joined the company, defamation/trolling instigated by people from Asia against, just like Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women started defaming/trolling me the 1st month I was on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office.

For the weak minds, when people told them, and were mostly people from Asia with a heavy accent "I don't understand what she is saying", their mind started to NOT understanding me, despite they were able to understand me before; but they had no problem of understanding people who could barely speak English.  Additionally, redneck/hillbillies/yokel still seeing Asians as China man, and so they automatically assumed Asians, including Asian-Americans don't speak English. 

I often can tell right away who they are by how they reacted/respond to me.

The Silicon Valley was still in the 1950s when I was there, and is still considering the Ellen Pao case, in addition to people came from an Asian culture that's been treated women in the most horrific way for thousands of years, were beginning to influence the Silicon Valley, hence I didn't stand a chance at all being an Asian and a woman.  As so with the Patent and Trademark Office, the Northern Virginia in general, and America in general, which is why I lost the EEOC case, and will lose my case again in the Federal Court unless I get some heavyweight lawyer (ie, Gloria Allred) to take on my case.

American court, after all, is no different then North Korea or Iran that detent Americans for being an American, and the Silicon Valley/Tech industry/USPTO treated me just as the Islamic Extremists that beheaded women who are educated, a la Malala Yousafzai shot in the head for advocating education for girls.

"We've been so wrong about her"

because you see me as a China man.  You are a racist and/or a sexist, whether is consciously or subconsciously.  It required an intelligent person to NOT compel to stereotyping. 

For you, White and/or male, or a yokel, to think you are better then me, or more intelligent then me, because you still see me as a China man from the old days where they were kept down, just like the African-Americans. 

If anyone been watching PBS's Downton Abby, I would the servant, I can never be better then the Upstairs - the Crawley.  Once a servant class being educated, she is not accepted anywhere, whether in Upstairs or Downstairs.  And so I've been ousted by those don't accept Asian and/or women not following the statue quo, aka racist and/or sexist; and will using any pretext such as "no one liked her; no one wanted her".

Only the intelligent individuals judged people by their content, nothing else matters; unless a large percentage of ethnic group involved (>60+%, ie the Silicon Valley where 90% of the people from Asia targeted me between 1998-2004; now in Northern Virginia, the USPTO by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, or the KKK)  Also, if anyone had any knowledge of 5+ thousand years of Chinese history that emphasized in the literary pursuit, which is impossible for the West to understand, such person would not have wronged me; also would realized how "blue collar" or "cowboy" the American culture really is. 

Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking being "blue collar"; if you look at places where people are too smart for their own good, ie most Asian countries such as India, or even the Middle East, where some use their smart to take advantage of other; as they also schemed to oust me, a woman in the Silicon Valley/Tech industry/USPTO; and after they learned the ins and outs of the computer, they hacked.



I am very surprise as to how sheltered the people in the DC metro are.  This is the Capital of the world.  People from all over the world lives here.  And many are from the upper society in their homeland.  Yet many here, are no different then a hillbilly.  It is odd, to say the least.  I suspected they are transplants from some redneck country.

American justice = North Korean/Iran

Another EEOC?  Looks and feels that way, especially now an old white male from the 1950s.  Our judicial system is no different then North Korea or Iran, it is rigged again Americans, whether you are Black, or women.

 

I was not nasty or aggressive from the get-go.  I went by the book and played fair; in addition to the defamation/trolling all over the DC metro that instigated by people from Asia, and most people are very much willing to use such to do harm to me whether due to unconscious or conscious racism and/or sexism, also the typical megalomaniac exhibited by the EEOC Administrative judges, and so I will lose the case again, just like the EEOC.

 

So, if the North Korea are to bomb the Silicon Valley/Tech Industry (aka the evil empire/oppressor of women and 2 failed beheadings on me), in particular - people from Asia, or any of the racist and sexist that rigged the whole system to against me, from putting me in a 'do not hired back list', stopped my unemployment insurance and social services from helping me with the PTSD to Disability Insurance which I paid into, I won't feel bad. 

 

If there is such thing as Karma - do onto others as you would have onto you, for generations to come.

 

I will die before going homeless, and will make sure Karma is served to the people that had done this to me.

OFTEN, how a person view the world or judging others are based on their own practices and values.

For example, if I shared my good fortune, such as sharing the clothes my sister gave me, buy one get one free which I would give the free one to someone around me, or volunteering, which is part of practicing ZEN philosophy; there are people believed I have a self serving angle for doing such.  Well, the angle is for them to PAY FORWARD, and hopefully, their kids will have a better world to live in.



Another thought, if a race (ie African-American) been treated as I've been treated (http://eeoccase.blogspot.com/) in the Silicon Valley/Tech/USPTO/STEM for all their existence in America, and is still killed as target practice by corrupted law enforcement (a disgrace to all other law enforcements, and should be punished heavily); or put in jail for driving while black, and hanged herself in protest; how do you expect them to behave in our society??

 You Reap What You Sow

"They don't understand what she is saying"

this started by people from Asia that just arrived in the US, mainly the H1Bs in the Silicon Valley.  They expected me to speak their language (mainly Mandarin), which I don't.  When I did speak Chinese to them, they either don't understand what I was saying or make fun of me.  My Chinese is as good as their English. 

The Americans interpreted this as they don't understand me because of my English, regardless of my NYC English; while the Americans didn't say anything about the English spoken by these people from Asia; ie the English spoken by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women. 

Tuan Nguyen instigated the defamation of me "no one wanted her; on one liked her; etc", then later "don't know what she is saying" while the whole class heard me spoke without out any problem like a New Yorker, where there were many spoke with a very heavy accent.  Of course, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women were laughing at these stupid Americans among themselves (you will see a smirk on their face), while telling people "she got bad feng shui".

Then classmates such as Shawn Joseph helped promulgated the defamation/trolling to the rest of the class and to other classes.  Other classes then help spread to the rest of the USPTO, and USPTO employees, mostly people from Asia helped spread to the rest of the DC metro.  Shawn Joseph also had shunned me from the group when the class divided into groups to work on a project.  I introduced myself as a project lead/tech lead from the Silicon Valley during the class meet and greet.  Also had help explained some of the technical terms in the class, which Kamini Shah was the SPE Trainer and aware of my ability.  So in this group, Shawn Joseph pushed to elect another woman as the group lead, who did NOT challenged a male's superiority.  Shawn Joseph clearing understood the perception of discrimination.      

When I said "challenged", I don't mean in a confrontational way as I knew since High School that is NOT the right way (practicing Zen then); but by doing the job, sharing the knowledge by helping others.

Again, the 21st Century "The Emperor has no clothes" - people see what others told them to see, NOT what they are seeing.  That's because they just needed an excuse to discriminate, not that they are stupid or anything.  This wouldn't happen if I am just mediocre, as what a woman or a colored person should be, but NOT someone challenged their superiority.  Just the same as males don't like women in management or excelled in the job over them; and/or Whites don't like colored person in management, in position of telling them what to do or excelled in the job over them.

Another word, unconsciously, they are putting a woman/colored person in her place as such person is getting "uppity".

Over time, due to isolation as the resulted of defamation/trolling by these people from Asia, where I often spoken no more then 50 sentences in a year in the Silicon Valley for over a decade, that 'if you don't use it, you lose it', I had trouble speaking.  But like riding a bicycle, if I started talking, I eventual speak like a native as indicative during the June 02, 2011 meeting with Director Wendy Garber and Paul Rodriguez or anytime after Dec. 2010.

They usually don't make any remark in front of me, but defamed/trolled me with the people around me, or behind my back.  Now they are feeling empower and dare to defame/troll me out in the open as they are getting more and more powerful in the US.

How did I last this long without a job?

other then rent, I don't buy anything other then the necessities.  Cell phone is under $50 with free plan.  All my clothes are from sister.  Thx Sis.

As for food:  50cents of rice which I would cook a huge pot of porridge that last me for days to a week.  Then I would buy $2 worth of ground beef, then cooked with soy source to put in the porridge.  I would buy a large quantity of Freeze vegetable whenever is selling at $1, or Progresso soup at $1 = 1 meal.  I also buy fresh fruits (strawberry, grape, etc) for housemates to share whenever it is on sale.

Bile, venom and lies: How I was trolled on the Internet

This is also how the people from Asia trolled me in real life as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley.  I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats as the resulted.

Similarly, I was troll the 1st month I started my job with the Patent and Trademark Office by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, that is now being trolled in Arlington/Alexandria, VA and everywhere I went since; also resulted in sexual harassments, abuses, unable to secure a job, physical harm and rape threats, and 2 failed attempt beheadings on me in Arlington.

I had never met any of these people from Asia in my life.

Thomas Jefferson often argued that an educated public was crucial for the survival of self-government. We now live in an age in which that education takes place mostly through relatively new platforms. Social networks — Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. — are the main mechanisms by which people receive and share facts, ideas and opinions. But what if they encourage misinformation, rumors and lies?

In a comprehensive new study of Facebook that analyzed posts made between 2010 and 2014, a group of scholars found that people mainly shared information that confirmed their prejudices, paying little attention to facts and veracity. (Hat tip to Cass Sunstein, the leading expert on this topic.) The result, the report says, is the “proliferation of biased narratives fomented by unsubstantiated rumors, mistrust and paranoia.” The authors specifically studied trolling — the creation of highly provocative, often false information, with the hope of spreading it widely. The report says that “many mechanisms cause false information to gain acceptance, which in turn generate false beliefs that, once adopted by an individual, are highly resistant to correction.”

As it happens, in recent weeks I was the target of a trolling campaign and saw exactly how it works. It started when an obscure website published a post titled “CNN host Fareed Zakaria calls for jihad rape of white women.” The story claimed that in my “private blog” I had urged the use of American women as “sex slaves” to depopulate the white race. The post further claimed that on my Twitter account, I had written the following line: “Every death of a white person brings tears of joy to my eyes.”

Disgusting. So much so that the item would collapse from its own weightlessness, right? Wrong. Here is what happened next: Hundreds of people began linking to it, tweeting and retweeting it, and adding their comments, which are too vulgar or racist to repeat. A few ultra-right-wing websites reprinted the story as fact. With each new cycle, the levels of hysteria rose, and people started demanding that I be fired, deported or killed. For a few days, the digital intimidation veered out into the real world. Some people called my house late one night and woke up and threatened my daughters, who are 7 and 12.

It would have taken a minute to click on the link and see that the original post was on a fake news site, one that claims to be satirical (though not very prominently). It would have taken simple common sense to realize the absurdity of the charge. But none of this mattered. The people spreading this story were not interested in the facts; they were interested in feeding prejudice. The original story was cleverly written to provide conspiracy theorists with enough ammunition to ignore evidence. It claimed that I had taken down the post after a few hours when I realized it “receive[d] negative attention.” So, when the occasional debunker would point out that there was no evidence of the post anywhere, it made little difference. When confronted with evidence that the story was utterly false, it only convinced many that there was a conspiracy and coverup.

In my own experience, conversations on Facebook are somewhat more civil, because people generally have to reveal their identities. But on Twitter and in other places — the online comments section of The Post, for example — people can be anonymous or have pseudonyms. And that is where bile and venom flow freely. The Post’s Dana Milbank recently quoted a tweet about a column of his that said, “Let’s not mince words: Milbank is an anti-white parasite and a bigoted kike supremacist.” The comments about me were often nastier.

Elizabeth Kolbert, writing in the New Yorker, recalled an experiment performed by two psychologists in 1970. They divided students into two groups based on their answers to a questionnaire: high prejudice and low prejudice. Each group was told to discuss controversial issues such as school busing and integrated housing. Then the questions were asked again. “The surveys revealed a striking pattern,” Kolbert noted. “Simply by talking to one another, the bigoted students had become more bigoted and the tolerant more tolerant.” This “group polarization” is now taking place at hyper speed, around the world. It is how radicalization happens and extremism spreads.

I love social media. But somehow we have to help create better mechanisms in it to distinguish between fact and falsehood. No matter how passionate people are, no matter how cleverly they can blog or tweet or troll, no matter how viral things get, lies are still lies.

Advancing the human race

Getting married and having kids been the norm as a way to ensure the survival of the human race. 

Now that the human race is at the top of the food chain, and not in great danger of being extinct unless an asteroid/planetoids hit Earth, in which case is games over for all anyway.  But the Earth will eventually crash into the Sun in a few million years (learned this in college as an Applied Physics researcher), that means in order for the human race to continue to exist, we need get out of Earth.

 And so, we probably should shift to a new paradigm of living a meaningful life, a life of aspiration/inspiration.

My Civil Case filed in the Eastern District of Virginia

The defendant attorneys for the United States Patent and Trademark Office IS the - Untied States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. 

The website has very limited guidance for Pro Se.  The worst in the country.  One would think the site was build in the 1990s.  When I called or show up in person, some employees were very nice and helpful, but others were nasty and didn't know anything.

My case number:  Civil Action No.  1:15cv01375

There seems to be a conflict of interest.  Untied States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia should excuse themselves from this case.  Why is this appropriate?   It is indicative of America's judicial system is no different then that of Iran or South Korea - the government/King is the law of the land, and is rigged against women, minorities and the common folks such as I, as evidenced by the EEOC and EEOC Appeal rulings.


Consider the massive amount of people had intentionally and maliciously out to ruin my life, who I had never met in my life, from the Silicon Valley/Tech industry to the USPTO, and now the DC metro where 2 failed attempt beheadings on me to make this lawsuit go away.  It said that there are very few decent human beings.  I am treated just as if the Islamic Extremists/ISIS in the Middle East treated women and people different them such as Americans, where they beheaded publically.

Like this new yokel housemate that's been stalking me and thinking he has a chance since "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc", many people were happy that "no wonder no one wants her; no wonder no one likes her; etc".

I will limited my warnings to the dangers ahead for America/Americans, as most had help people from Asia and some ghetto Asians to make me suffered to the point where I will kill myself. 

If there is such thing as Karma, I hoped the same will go to them.

Been warning that the Silicon Valley/Tech industry/the Patent and Trademark Office treated women just as horrific as the Islamic Extremists, that resulted in 2 failed attempt beheadings on me; also revealed in Ellen Pao's court case; and why the Tech industry has so few women, especially in management. 

So far, they all got away with murder because like Wall Street, it is a man's world, including the judicial system as evidenced by Ellen Pao's court case and my EEOC, as so they make sure I understood by ensured I can't get a job anywhere, including the Patent and Trademark Office.


If there is such thing as Karma, I hoped they all get the same, for their kids, grandkids, and generations to come.

I've been practicing Zen and meditation since High School; as such, I learned everything around you, every life form, from a virus to a bug, to the earth you walk on, and the air you breath, are all part of the system to sustain our existence.  When you do harm to your ecosystem, including human, it will come back to harm you, aka Karma. 

When there is too much of one entity, such as human, it put the whole system out of balance, ie human where such entity had to fight for limited resources, and so such mini ecosystem is NOT in harmony, ie do evil.  To restore balance, Justice must be done when evil is committed.

The reason for our existence:            Is to ensure the survival of the species.

The meaning of life:                         Is what you make of it.

"I have more money then you"

A Chinese/Vietnamese girl under 30 years old, either recently immigrated from Asia or been here for a few years, on a rollerblade at a bike path passing me in the opposite direction said that right in front of my face.  She deliberately got in front of my face to say that.  I had never met her in my life.  That's why it is so unsafe for me to be out in the crowd.

I used to rollerblade when I was in the Silicon Valley, as one the reasons the people from Asia see me as being Westernized/Americanized, also I used to ski which many saw me do so during a company paid vocation, hence they couldn't slander me and call me a liar when I said I ski in the winter after they asked me what do I do in the winter. 

In a Thai grocery store, a Vietnamese Mom and her ghetto daughter was telling the store owner that the daughter is MARRIED already at such a young age.   I was waiting on line and was the only other customer.  Mother and daughter said that in reference to their countrymen/women went around telling people that "no one wanted her; no one liked her; etc" about me, that this ghetto daughter is wanted by a man; meant to hurt me, make me feel bad and to make me suffered.  I had never met any of these people in my life.\

Sometimes, these women from Asia would grab merchandise out of my hand, or pushed me aside while I was making a selection while she and I was the only people in the area.  This happened a few times, not just in Asian stores.

One time, I was waiting in line to check-in in JFK, an airport in NYC.  An old Asian couple speaking their homeland tongue (Shanghai?) behind me.  When I bowed down to take out something from my suitcase before check-in my bag, the old woman raised her leg in an attempt to kick me from my back.  Then both of them got ahead of me to check in their bag, the service desk called a security guard over and took both of them to an office.

One must remember these people were from a 3rd world when bicycle was their only transportation, and was the equivalent of Americans purchasing a car.  They are the American version of the trailer trash; and Americans are taking these people's words at face value.  I had never told them I was driving a friend's BMW 7xx series at 125 mph, 2 am in the morning going up to Vermont to ski, in High School in NYC.  This would be akin to telling them a unicorn fairytale.

This housemate "Flower", whom I met in the employment center, and wanted to help her as I have a mission to help other women as society been repressing women since the beginning of time, and women don't seem to realize it, especially getting them to use technology, as women conditioned to believe they are lesser of the male, and not wired to use technology.

She moved into the house after another housemate moved out.  I had given her ~$500 of branded name apparels such as leather jacket, and electronics, and tried to get her to use smartphone. 

There were many signs that she lied about her education, job experiences. and recently she mentioned she is enrolled in an MBA program in a well known university, taking 4 MBA classes.  I asked her what was her GRE score, she snapped at me.  I don't think she even know what GRE is.  She should've corrected me and say GMAT. 

She is extremely paranoid, for some reason.  She didn't want to use a computer for fear of being track by government.  She said she was working in the IT industry and didn't know how to turn-on a smartphone, nor she had ever use a touch screen or seen one.  She didn't have the fineness on a touch screen, she keep jamming the screen as if is a brick.  I had to take the phone back for fear of breaking the digitizer, which will cost me ~$200 to replace. 

2 months ago, another housemate, let's called her housemate #2, knocked on my door and told me that her mouth washer been used up, and it wasn't her.  I showed her my 2 bottles of mouth wash, one empty bottle.  She said she didn't think it was me since we been living here for many years, but she wanted me to know this is going on. 

Housemate "Flower" had accuse Housemate #2 of stealing from her, which I don't believed as #2 and I had lived here for a long time.  Nothing like this had happened.  I think she make this stuff up, also in the future, when she takes things without asking, people assumed #2 did it.   This Housemate "Flower" did that just to harm and to damage #2, because "Flower" doesn't like #2.  #2 is young, hot and is getting a degree in IT.  "Flower" wants to be a CEO and making big bucks by doing nothing. 

Anyone who's been around, should know this type of sociopath/psychopath, or malicious trolls.  "Flower" is no where as ruthless as the people from Asia, who are well-organized and well-planned just like Charles Manson.

I had always shared my stuffs with people around me.  I had given housemates token Xmas gifts, and brought foods from NYC almost every time, but not recently.  I always invited others to share my food, but not recently. 

"Flower" told me that she's been missing stuffs such as paper towels, bathroom tissues, toothpaste, etc.  I said that couldn't be me as I had given you ~$500 worth of stuffs; and when she moved in, I had put all the bathroom tissues the last housemate left in the bathroom so everyone could use it, as this didn't belong to me. 


The people from Asia, who I had never met in my life, been doing this to me as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, NYC, the Patent and Trademark Office and now the DC metro, out of nefarious intentions because they perceived me as Westernized/Americanized, including those who I had helped or friendly.  They also had accused me of being a spy/mole, which I laughed at that at the time (1990s) because we are just a bunch of common forks.  But as someone who had worked 3 jobs every summer since High School in NYC, I had experienced all the dirty tactics practiced in a working environment.  I knew that a malefactor tend to find a scapegoat for wrongdoing, sometime before the act just as the people from Asia did to me in the Silicon Valley.  So when a security guard accused me of wrongdoing, the supermarket manager didn't take his word at face value at all, but put both of us in close observation instead.  It was later clarified that I walked into the security guard forcing sex on another cashier in the stock room, and the cashier reported him, and so the security guard had something against me.  Also, their skills of manipulation and the relentlessly targeted me make me suspicious, and asked who are these people from Asia, where all were dirt poor 3rd world, how is that they were allowed or afford to come to the US.  They had to be well connected to the government, and accused me of being a spy/mole such that if the company finds out something missing, they would assumed it must be me stolen it.  And so, I had warn of stealing of trade secrets since 2004 by people from Asia, and now manifested in recent hackings, including the government - OPM. 

The people from Asia, who I had helped or at least were friends, had also partook in slandering me behind my back, but were extremely friendly in front me as if they were my best friend; also true for my ex-officemate Hung Havan and his coteries that misled people into thinking they were my friends, instead of just acquiescence and coworkers sharing the same space.  They were instrumental in getting me terminated from the Patent and Trademark Office  They passed on the information about me to other people from Asia to use against me.

They had threatened me with physical harm when I was in the Silicon Valley, and now 2 failed attempt beheadings on me here in Arlington, VA.

Not a computer genius

I don't believe there is such thing as genius, and anybody can be a genius if they work hard enough. 

Genius is 99% perspiration, and 1% perspiration. 

A real scientist would never think oneself is "smart""genius", as a real scientist would know how much we don't know about our universe.  Only the wannabes think oneself is "smart""genius" etc.

The evil that's been done to me since elementary school, especially in the Silicon Valley by people such as Beatrice (her name took after Princess Beatrice of England, a baby at the time.  ~40s yo woman from Taiwan.  She was working in the same company but in the lowest position, couldn't tell a toaster from a computer prior joining the company, got the job via friends, where I led projects) Chan(?) and few male engineers from Taiwan that slandered me in the most vicious way.  Most of the vicious defamation stemmed from these people from Taiwan that promulgated through-out the Silicon Valley and Tech.   Also a group of 5-7 from China in the same company, that also slandered me in the most worst possible way.  Most people from Asia went along with above sociopaths, as they are same, the difference is in degree/level of sociopathic.  I was the only woman hardware engineer.  There were only 2 non-Asian males in the whole engineering dept.   They allowed me to see the true nature of human.  This Beatrice and most people from Asia in Trident Microsystems are most likely a multi-millionaire by now.  If there is such thing as Karma, I hope the same will happened to them, their kids and generations to come.

I am just someone had the qualifications and skills to do tech jobs, as I worked 3 jobs every summer since High School.  Another word, 10+ years working experiences before graduation; as well as an Applied Physics researcher and an adjunct, had a Master's in EE, was pursuing a PhD while at the same time pursuing a 2nd Master's in Computer Science.  I was going to be a scientist/researcher/professor, but the environment wasn't conducive to pursue my aspiration, and my research funding was cut.  But being a woman in the Silicon Valley/Tech, tech companies don't like to promote women, nor engineers (especially males) like women in management position, and so forced engineers who would've been my students (was an adjunct in college) to compete with their Professor.  I had to jump from company to company to get the promotion and took the technical path as oppose to management path; as well to get away from cut-throat competition by H1Bs from Asia where they used every dirty tactics on the book because they perceived me as a Westernized/Americanized woman (educated, confident, competent, etc, and not meek/2nd class citizen as they confined women to behave in Asia, else they targeted and ruined her as they did to me).  Which they make me into an effigy of Americans, a punch-bag for anti-Americans that they seek to destroy, hence relentlessly targeted me everywhere I went, despite they had never met me in their life, just as the Islamic terrorists took down the World Trade Center/Pentagon in 911.

Additionally, tech companies wouldn't hire child bearing age women engineers, some even asked if I am married or not during job interviews.  Furthermore, racist and sexist don't want an Asian and a woman that excelled in tech jobs getting "uppity", broking the statue quo as a 2nd class citizen.  I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats by Asian coworkers, and couldn't secure a job due to the defamation spread by people from Asia using social media everywhere I went since, just as the 1st month I started the job in the Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and was wrongfully terminated.  And now the defamation against me are spread all over the DC metro where there has been 2 failed attempt beheadings on me (see pic), and anywhere I go where there is a person from Asia.

People from Asia's defamations had been use as a pretext for closet racist and sexist to discriminate and ousted me in the Silicon Valley/Tech/STEM, such as in the USPTO.

Most engineers had never work a day in their life prior to graduation from college, especially those with a PhD, and especially those from Asia that often still dressed by their Mom every morning.  I already had over 10 years of real world working experience before I even received my Master's in EE.  In addition to I worked nearly 24/7, and was so focus that when my USPTO supervisor Paul Rodriguez told me I was going to be terminated in 2 days, as soon as I got back to my office, I set down and trying to finish a  patent case.  That's how focus I was to achieve the 3 COPA patent cases per biweek.

The worse was mostly were recent H1Bs from Asia, or illegal immigrants using falsified paper, but never had any tech training, couldn't tell a computer from a toaster, but hired by their countrymen, that I had to train.  This is true for most companies that required engineers, there wasn't that many engineers around, so companies hired a bunch of warm bodies to fill the positions, but had no idea what they were doing.  When they hired someone like me who actually could do the job, just as in the Patent and Trademark Office as patent Class 703 patent examiner, they knew they can't keep me around.  So instead they slandered me "she doesn't know anything, etc", and since I am a woman in Tech, males of course, believing these people from Asia that couldn't tell a toaster from computer at face value.  And if someone defended me, these people from Asia would say "if she is so smart, why can't she get a job?"  while continue working 24/7 to continue to relentlessly slander me.  I had never met most of these people from Asia in my life.

As for management, think management from the disappeared Malaysia Airline 370 who were completely clueless as to how to handler the disappearance, because these management got there via nepotism or bribery.  Why most of these Asian countries such as India will remain as a 3rd world.  And that is not the worse, worst is they don't want women excelled in tech jobs over the males, because in their Asian culture, they lose face, disrespected and not a man if a woman is competent over them, as women are a 2nd class citizen in most Asian countries.  Anyone been to any 3rd world such as the Middle East or Asia knew this.

New Housemate, a dirty old man at best and a yokel

believing the defamation of "no one wanted her; no one liked her; she needs a man, etc" as so wildly spread all over the Northern Virginia (NoVa), and been stalking me.  Coming on to me on the 2nd time he saw me after he moved into the house.   He most likely just got out of prison and was from some sort of shelter.  The landlord find these people from a government program.  This is not the first time.  There was one rapist that just got out of prison. 

Is their propinquity toward me as a Transhumanist, or just seeing me as a 20something China man? 

Because of such, I had helped the landlord finding new housemates.  One was working in IMF (International Monetary Fund), the landlord screamed and yelled at her when she asked the landlord to fix the broken toilet, no cold water, leaky faucet, etc.  She moved.  The landlord is a yokel as well, no idea what an IMF is, he said he likes me very much the 1st time he saw me when I came to see the rental, and said he is divorced; but the truth is he's been married for over 50+ years and been a waiter all his life.  He said he immigrated from Venezuela or one of the South America countries.  I told him I already have a boyfriend, he said we can still have coffee and such.  I told him it is a committed relationship, and gave him a "unbelievable you would even say such thing" look.  I have no choice but to continue to endure this kind of denigration by yokels, bottom feeders and low lives.  I pursued a PhD to become a Professor/Scientist/Researcher to get away from above, but as a woman and an Asian in the STEM field, this is where I ended up.  As I learned working the Silicon Valley/Tech/USPTO that there is no amount of education to change a low life/bottom feeder to an evolved human being.

2 housemates didn't like I helped the landlord, and been bad mouthing me to the landlord, and so the landlord screamed and yelled at me for no reason despite I not only helped him in renting the place out multiple times, but also helped him find the current job he loved so much.  So I told the housemates and landlord that I won't be helping him citing the above reason. 

I can't afford to rent a decent place, thanks to the billionaires and millionaires in the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry; as well the Patent and Trademark Office; and all the closet racist, sexist, and people from Asia.  I grew up in the East Village of NYC in the 1970s and the 1980s, where it used to be a crime infested place.  I worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to put myself through school to get out of the place and NOT to work in a bottom feeder job in an environment full of bottom feeders (a term I resisted to used for years, it is time to call a spade a spade), who knew the Silicon Valley/Tech/the Patent and Trademark Office are full of such.

Almost got ran down

As I was crossing S. George Mason Dr. in the mid street while the walk sign counting down to 16, a silver car with a very fat white guy in his 50s-70s, racing toward me making a left turn, almost ran me down.  He saw me from mile away, yet he race toward me never the less and make a sudden stop inches from me.

This is when "no one wanted her" started in the Silicon Valley

Below pic resembled me when I arrived in the Silicon Valley in the 1990s, and like to wear booty back then in the late 1990s. 

Or "no one liked her; she needed a man; etc" as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, by mostly H1Bs from Asia that only been in the US for <5 years, who I had never met in my life, mostly males.  This was especially so in companies where I was often the only woman hardware engineer, and there were only 2 none-Asian males in an engineering dept of ~500. I was a project/tech lead for emulation projects.  They all understood why without saying, and the Americans were like Paris Hilton thinking they are rich, therefore they are smarter then the people from Asia, but were completely clueless and used like a cheap tool to do their dirty deeds for them.  Only now that after nearly every single American companies and government institutions worth hacking, are hacked, that the Americans are "closing the stable door after the horse has bolted". 

They had incited every single low life/bottom feeder to sexually harass, abuse, as well physical harm and rape threats against me; while the racists and sexists used the opportunity to oust me from the Silicon Valley/Tech industry, and now the Patent and Trademark Office, as I am a woman excelled in tech jobs over the males.  These people are no different then the Islamic Extremists/ISIS.

The first thing people from Asia asked me was where I was from as they knew I wasn't one of them because my persona is so different from them, my fluency in English and don't speak their language, as well I was very comfortable in my environment, unlike them where most acted like they were walking on glass; so I said from NYC.  Then they asked what am I (meaning what race am I), etc, etc, etc.; which Americans (of all ethnicities) don't do as we all know this is taboo; I said I am a Chinese-American; which they then told people from Asia that "she thinks she is an American", and targeted me since.  This is just one incident that people from Asia started making me into public enemy #1.

Despite I've been warning of stealing of trade secret by these people from Asia since 2004, which they told the Americans that it is I discriminated against them for saying anything against them, or that I am a disgruntled worker; and continue to slander me.  Recently, the Jedi mind control trick was office politic/power struggle that got me terminated.  They knew exactly how to manipulate Americans.  While they slandered me as soon as they saw me, who I had never met in my life, yet Americans continue to believe everything they said, even after nearly every company and government institution been hacked, and 2 failed attempt beheadings on me.  You just can't make this stuff up!!

Since then, imbeciles (non-Asian as most people from Asia knew what was going on and partook in the spreading of the defamation against me) believing anything anybody said thinking "since no one wanted her, I have a chance with her.  Who else she is going to marry?"  And so the relentless sexual harassments and abuses, physical harm and rape threats.  Hence why I am afraid to leave the house, and why low life such those of the Fairfax County court security guards barked at me every morning at check point when I go there volunteering.  I am sorry women had to live with low lives such as these, as our society still believes that if you are not married, there is something wrong with you; or that no one wants you.

Now the Patent and Trademark Office ex - coworkers that set me up and got me terminated also defamed me as "she became a prostitute after the termination", where many working in the intelligence agencies partake in spreading such defamation in Arlington, VA.

 

As a note, as soon as the males in Asia acquired some wealth, they started either having an affair with young good looking women, or out right divorced and married a young good looking woman.  As such, most middle/old women from Asia hated young good-looking women.  As the resulted, I got unwanted attention from these avarice yokels from Asia, and hatreds from women from Asia.

Like previous years during holidays such as July 4, or Xmas, the security level rose, especially soon after 911. That is to say, anything we, the West, valued, loved, celebrated or important to us, is a targeted by anti-West. This is no different; also the attack in Paris. 
I knew this as Anti-West from Asia been targeted me since the 1990s as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and the 1st month on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office in 2010; also why I warned of the stealing of trade secrets since 2004, that now manifested in hackings of not just trade secrets, but also all government agencies; in addition to 2 failed attempt beheadings on me (see pic) for being a Westernized/Americanized Asian woman and to make the lawsuit again the Patent and Trademark Office go away.  This article is just one example of what a nefarious individual would do with such power in this paradigm shift to a new world - a digital world, which I warned since 2004. 

I warned of stealing of trade secrets since 2004 as I worked in the Silicon Valley in the 1990s where I was an emulation project/tech lead and an engineer that worked with the whole chip design from software (ie: Microsoft Windows) to hardware, everything that makes your computer works (secret to the success of emulation projects). Another word, I have a master key to all locks. What would a nefarious individual do with such power??

As I posted in WaPo numerous times, that nearly all if not all US government agencies, including the military, as well US companies, are hacked, they just don’t know it yet or refused to acknowledge. Needless to say, I was not well received for such comments, as usual.

The people I was training or working with, including the manager with a PhD that had never heard of emulation in their life, all were males from Asia, defamed me and took all the credits for successfully finished one of the most complex projects in chip design process on time and within budget, what do you think they would do with such power??

I am still here in the DC metro because I want the people, especially those from Intelligence Agencies, to see how dangerous these people are to our society in general. This is the equivalent of yelling fire in a crowded theater. This is what they do when they have influential power in the DC metro. 

What got me suspicious was when one of defamations accused me of being a “spy”. This was in the 1990s, when most Americans couldn’t find China on the map. We were just a bunch of common folks, people just laughed at them. So instead of spy, they later accused me of stealing.

Only top government officials or the Intelligent Agencies such as the CIA, FBI, etc, utter the word “spy”. So why are these people from Asia said it as if is a common practice? Who are these people from Asia (mainly Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian) I had never met in my life that attacked me as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and later in the Patent and Trademark Office, now the whole DC metro.

Think of this master key as the RING in the movie "Lord of the Ring". What would you do with such power? The perpetrators in this article used such power to get rich.

Ideally, the court jury ruled in my favor and in such a shock and awe way that the STEM field will be taken women seriously.  If not, Supreme Court will be next. 

New housemate is a pervert

one of those dirty old man that hit on every woman pass by on the street.  Old African-American male about 50+, 6+ft, looks like mentally challenged, just like most males that believed anything anybody said.  Also he said he heard that "she", meaning me, is a slut, and "no one wants to married her", so he think he has a chance to have sex and married me. 

He would be one of those pervert standing on the street corner hitting on every woman.  He is now living in the same house.  He is most likely on Section 8.

Of course, if he makes any move on me, I would either call the police or killed him.  Which is what the people from Asia wanted, that I would either be sexually harassed, abuse, rape or the mentally challenged male believing their defamation of me, and either go to jail or be killed by me.

If is in a company such as the Patent and Trademark Office, tech companies and the Silicon Valley, I am fired by racists and sexist using people from Asia's defamation of me as a pretext, or sexually harassed, abused to physically harmed or even raped if I wasn't careful.  Now with this pervert housemate, I am under such threat 24/7.  It is no longer just in the office.

For those that had done this to me, I hoped the same will happen to you, you love ones, you kids and generations to come. 


Pervious housemates was working for the IMF whom I advertised and recruited, a young woman that the landlord screamed and yelled at when she told the landlord repairs needed.  She moved, of course.  I decided to help the landlord to find new housemates after he rented to a child molester/rapist that just got out of prison, literally; and had taken my food, as well broken stuffs.  Then 2 other housemates from one of the Africa country upped their slandering of me because I helped the landlord which they perceived as the landlord having favoritism toward me, thinking that the landlord put me in charge of the place; and so the landlord started screaming and yelling at me as the resulted of their slandering.  I written an open letter posted on the kitchen to tell them to stop, as well stop helping the landlord.  And so we got this dirty old man pervert as a new housemate.
