severe lost of skin on knee and shoulder, and lost great amount of blood due to the head injury. I may have lost conscious for a while as there was blood everywhere, and someone used tissue to whip the my blood left on my helmet looks like is dried. I would've been dead if I didn't wear my helmet.
I've going through the same path for years. I am especially careful after the 2 failed beheadings.
The last thing I remember was going down the slope, the next thing I remember was waking up on the floor; then I saw a lot of blood on my helmet and my backpack. I couldn't believe the amount of blood I lost.
As I wake up and tried to get up, but was very painful and was blurry. A male was standing near me, signal me to move away from the trail. I tried to move, but couldn't, then tired to use both of my arms to help, but one side was just too painful. Then I saw a group firefighters arrived and took me to their ambulance. They were there to pick me up within 5 minutes of the time I wake-up. I was going to say no didn't realized how serious my injuries were, but I couldn't.
The collarbone is still bended that sticking out of my shoulder. Looks like I am disfigured for the rest of my life like the Humpback of Norte Dame, but did not succeed in killing me. The slit throat/failed beheading also resulted in disfiguring - a scar and a turkey neck on my neck. I still have sudden pains, and can't talk for long, otherwise the lost of my voice.
Left side of my body and internal organs been in pain that I couldn't sleep or move around. I am still in pain today 9/6.
The hospital discharged me the same day because I didn't have insurance. The hospital bill alone was about ~$4000, not including Ambulance, tests, x-ray, nurses, physician, etc. The first failed beheading where I was hospitalized for 4-5 days, the bill came out to be ~$50,000 I still owed the hospital.
9/13/2017 seen an orthopedics, acute displacement/BROKEN of clavicle bone. Surgery 9/18/2017
This should not be see as a freak accident, but a planned accident for me; consider there are people coming after relentlessly since the 1990s and 2 failed beheadings, ensure I can't secure any job, make into public enemy #1 everywhere I went.

The doing of Trump lite's family. My termination was the result of him misled people to believe I am Susanne Lo he was dating. The 2 failed attempt beheadings were also associated with him. Why I said if he continues to mislead I am Susanne Lo, I will disclosed that they were both coming out of the electrical room as if both had ran a marathon. Or if he ever come near me, I will get a gun and shoot to kill.

After I was discharge from the hospital within the same day, I was in pain and
could barely walk to reach for the phone to call a cab, and am still
today. Since my discharged, I couldn’t
move due to pains in my left internal organs, stomach , the collarbone,
scapula and rib cage. Part of my
collarbone is still sticking out on my shoulder. Looks like I might be deformed for the rest
of my life.
Skin abrasion on my knee and shoulder were never treated, as
such, my blood glued to my clothes as I couldn't change my clothes due pains anytime when I moved my arm or left side of my body.
Although I had 5 stitches on my head, nothing else was done
to see if there were more severe damages being done to my brain.

You see my pic? That was a
failed beheading and raped. In the
emergency room, filled with ~20 male med students, police and medics, the police used
a scissor and striped me naked on the operating table. The ER Dr left one of my leg up like a livestock
and said "no penetration", then the other leg and said the same. I was unconscious after that. I now got a turkey neck and scarred for life.
This happened in a NoVa hospital.
